Never give a tip when ordering online for customer pickup. On August 6th 2021, I placed an order online and included a tip for an order that I picked up. I arrived on time, actually about 3 minutes early, and called the number that that was sent to me to advise them I was there. The guy put me on hold and after 7 minutes of holding, I hung up and called back. Same guy answered the phone and I advised him that I was still waiting for my pizzas. He advised me that one of them was done and the other was just going into the oven. They were brought out to me about 5 minutes later. All I heard for an excuse was they were really busy. Pizzas are great but the customer service left a lot to be desired. No more tips from me when I am picking up from this location. read more

My husband and I stopped by here for pizza and for the entire time we were there from start to finish the whole staff was on their phones behind the counter. A group of girl employees kept going in and out of the bathroom on their phones and not realizing all the customers can see them being foolish. My first time trying this place...I was in the area due to a work meeting. I walk in the place smelled amazing! How ever I was not greeted or helped right away...the young man who made my pizza did not wear gloves it took up to about 25 minutes, at this point I was very frustrated. Today was the first time I have ever tried this place. I passed it yesterday on the way back to work from running an errand and thought I need to try it. So glad I did. One of the best thin crust pizzas that I have ever eaten. The crust was cooked to perfection, the flavor of the ingredients were fantastic. This create your own pizza and salad restaurant is now our favorite. We always get the freshest ingredients from the most courteous and respectful staff. I'd say this has been the fifth time we have come in and stayed to eat in the restaurant. Where do they find the time to keep this place spic and span clean, they always have a line out the door but when me get to order we are treated as though we are the first customers of the day. I'll preface this review by letting everyone know that I'm not typically a pizza kinda gal. That being said, Fired Pie has made me a new woman. Before coming here it was described to me as a "fast food" make your own pizza kinda joint. I heartily disagree. Although it is fast, the quality of food is a staircase above fast food. I ordered the chicken pesto pizza with spicy bbq chicken while my friend opted to create his own pizza. Both choices were unique but equally mouth-watering good. For a personal sized pie, I was still stuffed to the gills and able to bring home leftovers for the next day (or that same day around midnight, if you're like me). If you're looking for a thick crust, drowning in sauce and cheese kind of pizza, this won't be your spot. The crust was thin and super flavorful but the true crowning joy of my pie was the spicy bbq chicken. I will definitely be going back to try one or two or all of the different menu items. My only complaint was that there wasn't a huge array of adult beverages to choose from. Maybe this is just me but, when I think of pizza, I think of pizza and beer. read more

Lupita is the best !!!! I came in around closing and as soon as I stepped foot in the door she greeted me without hesitation and you could tell she'd been working hard all day and still had great energy despite it being close to closing. I was a bit indecisive but she helped me choose the right pizza, and dessert and maintained the same energetic atmosphere I walked into. All while she was cleaning and preparing to close and made it a priority to put the customers first ! I was recommended to come, from my mom & aunt whom said the supervisor was really encouraging and optimistic and they really preferred this fired pie from the one in river view just based off of the way they treated them so I'm so happy I came and seen her, and seen how up beat everyone was !!! When Fired Pie first showed up in the valley, we LOVED it and were very impressed. We frequented the 4 original stores often. We moved away and recently moved back. Tonight was our first experience with this particular location of Fired Pie. The fact that we LOVE the taste of Fired Pie and the reputation it has had is why we give it 3 stars instead of 1. I called in our order, she repeated the order back to me several times and was very patient with me. 2 pizzas and 1 salad seemed easy enough. My husband arrived to pick up the order and they kept telling him "well all these orders are door dash (including ours, even though it wasn't). She finally said "oh this must be your order.....the one she kept saying was door dash. ‍ The order wasn't correct. There should have been pineapple and cilantro but there wasn't. The toppings were horribly scarce, even for the pepperoni pizza. They charged us extra for the pizza with only one topping. Toppings that were scarce. He gets it home, there's no garlic and oil anywhere on the pizza as requested. The salad was great!! As requested! They actually got THAT right!! It's unfortunate that the management there is so disorganized. We'll be back to A Fired Pie, but not this one. read more

Great pizza but poor service. First the girl took our order made our pizza and that was it. I waited at the counter for a couple minutes while the pizza sat on the prep table ( because they don't put in the oven until you pay ). After a couple of minutes another lady came to the register and asked what I wanted. I told her I was waiting to pay ( and she seemed to be bothered by this ) we wanted water not soda and the lady said I would have to pay full price for a soda in order to get a cup bigger than 6 oz. $2.69 for a cup of water is complete crap. I have no problem paying a fair price to cover the cost of the cup and some ice but $2.69 for a cup of water is an insult to my intelligence. The lady said this was the owners decision. Again the pizza is great but why can't I pay a fair price for a decent size cup for ice and water. read more

Place was disgusting! Filthy , mold under soda machine, old cups and pizza papers under tables, tables not cleaned off, only wiping off pizza pans instead of washing between usage. When I asked to have the table cleaned I was told they don't have enough help to clean the tables tonight. So I had to clean it myself. I asked for a manger and was told he is not there. Finally I saw our pizzas sitting in the counter while the person was taking phone orders. After 10 minutes I asked could I have my pizza. It was cold I asked for my money back and was denied. I've been a regular here for the last couple of months place is always nice and clean, staff was friendly, great customer service, manager Talon knew my name and order by heart. Visited this location the other afternoon with my family, staff looked very unorganized and frustrated. What seems to be new management was not very friendly, got very upset very quick and was very aggressive and rude to her employees. My family and I got our food as we sat in the lobby we overheard the manager screaming and yelling at her employees which was very disturbing. We got our food to go and left. We will most likely not return to this location as we had such an unpleasant experience. But this was our go to spot but now under new management my friends and family will not be returning. read more

Hello This is the first review I have ever done. I stumbled upon the Grand Opening for this location and was instantly intrigued by the amount of people willing to wait for this pizza and for th amount of people it was a fair wait. After waiting about 40 mins in line we finally got to order and it was done surprisingly quick. Sat inside ate and then left. Why the 1 star? Because I was so pleased with everything I told my wife about the amazing lunch I had. So she wanted to try as well so I meet her there she was already in line. As soon as it's our turn to go inside the owner stops us and says you've already been here so what do you need? Almost left right there but I was trying to understand his point of view with trying to keep costs under control but I own 2 businesses and I would never greet a retuning or new customer with such disrespect. I came for dessert which I was paying for and my wife came to try the food i replied. Is that okay? I asked? He politely said yes of course and left. As we were waiting inside in line still I see the owner behind the employees whispering and nodding in my wife and I's direction. I'm guessing to let them know I've already had free pizza. But really unprofessional and embarrassing. As I was checking out lady told me to pay 9.50 I told her the pizza is not mine but for my lunch wife. I had to go out of my way to make a yelp account to get my point across. I came in yesterday afternoon before work to get a pizza. Typically, I visit the downtown location and order a meaty Italian - the service there is PHENOMENAL. Anyways, as I'm ordering my pizza, I noticed the manager. She was wearing a polo (which separates her from the other employees in). Her attitude came off as nasty and rude. I simply asked for a Meaty Italian and it was followed by an eye roll from her. There was no greeting, no conversation, nothing. For being 1pm there were several dirty tables and the drink station was very messy and sticky. Didn't look like much traffic was coming through so not sure why nobody bothered to clean. There were 2 men in the back preparing food and several other employees on their phone looking like lost puppies. Why even bother having that many people there? To stand? Anyways, my pizza was great as always. But I won't be returning to this location until the service improves. read more
