I had a 6 inch beast with extra tomatoes extra onions, extra jalapeños with pepper jack cheese. It was made awesome. The kid who was making it did a really good job. I eat once in a while at Subway and today made it a great day. Place was clean and as soon as you walked in, you were greeted with a big hello. The staff was friendly and made today a good lunch. Definitely download the Subway® app your accumulate points. You get some great coupons on there. So thanks again for making a great sandwich. Sorry that my sandwich looks sloppy. (FOOD AND SAFETY ISSUE) I would like to begin by saying that the moment I walked into this location (9/6/2025 at 8:10 PM), it felt as though I had walked into someone's home rather than a professional establishment. Immediately upon entering, the first thing I noticed was an employee sitting cross-legged on top of the counter. Although I was greeted, the atmosphere quickly turned unprofessional. There was loud yelling and screaming coming from what appeared to be a family in the store. From what I observed, a daughter seemed to be babysitting her younger sister at one of the tables. At the same time, the employee was speaking with her sister near the register. Suddenly, the employee appeared startled by a spider descending in front of the register, screamed, and ran away. What happened next was extremely concerning: the sister removed her dirty slippers and used them to smash the spider above the register. Afterward, she dropped the same dirty slippers onto the counter, directly on the surface where the register and Subway sandwich wrapping paper are kept. This is not only unsanitary but also unacceptable in a food service environment. The mother did not seem bothered at first, but when I commented, "on the counter," she then became upset with her daughter. I have visited this location in the past, and it was nothing like what I experienced today. As I write this, I do hope that the manager, Keisha, takes this matter seriously and addresses issues like this moving forward. I was very disappointed with this experience. read more

Churro Review: we ordered two churros. They warm them up in the toaster oven. I was hoping for a nice crisp outer crunch and soft inside, but instead they are a chewy mushful. If you are craving churros, the Subway/Cinnabon version is not what you're looking for. Sorry, not sorry, they were kinda gross. Better off finding something else to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. Skip the chewyrros! The service and regular subway sandwiches here were satisfactory, good option for a no frills meal option. We'll be back for the regular menu items. read more

Rarely enter Subway, but new commercials drew me inside. Tried the Baja Steak and Cheese. The steak starts cold, but then enters an oven and bingo,steak and cheese. The Meat has no fat, but is not top level steak. The best part was the smoky Baja sauce which is nice and smoky. New cheese bread was good and coupon made the footlong only$5,99. read more

I want to start by saying I love this Subway location! I have one just about 2 minutes from my house, but drive specifically to this location because it's always on point and so clean. Ordered ahead and ordered a sandwich with tuna, mayo, and tomato. Somehow ended up with literally every single ingredient at Subway on the sandwich - lettuce, pickles, cucumbers, black olives, you name it. Didn't find out until I opened it at home. Otherwise the sandwich wasn't bad. I like Subway's tuna and I like their Italian Herb and Cheese bread. Just wish they'd paid attention when making my order. read more

This store cheats. If you happen to order online and pick up in this store, make sure to double check your order. A lot of times, it's missing items especially bacon. They dont toast the sub as well. I don't recommend this store. read more

Is it okay to say you love a Subway? Because we love this Subway. They can vary by location but this one stands out. The place is the cleanest one you'll ever walk into, the employees are always friendly, speedy, and funny. The food is solid and delicious. Mostly, we just know what we're getting every time we come: quick, delicious food, with friendly people to help us. They are always kind to our daughter too! I'm not one to typically write bad reviews (and everyone says that, right?), but I legitimately have never had an order messed up at a Subway as much as I did tonight. I got the veggie patty, which normally is frozen/refrigerated and needs to be thawed in the microwave before being added to the sub and toasted with the cheese. I didn't think anything of it when the first employee didn't do that, thinking it must have been already thawed, only to bite into a very cold sub when I got home since it was still slightly frozen in the middle. I was there with my boyfriend and we ordered 2 subs, a veggie patty sub for me and teriyaki chicken for him. The second employee started completing my sub asking what I'd like on it first. I was listing the veggies I wanted to add, and when I got to guac, he scooped it out and put it on the teriyaki chicken sub... my boyfriend had to stop him and tell him it was the wrong sub, at which point he scooped it back up off the sub to put onto mine instead. At that point, my boyfriend then told him I'm a vegetarian, and I added that he just scraped that guac off a meaty sub, and he mumbled an apology and said, "Well, it's just the sauce..." At this point I didn't want to make a scene, so I said it was fine, and let him finish the two subs. We had a coupon for BOGO (buy one get one free) which we gave to that same second employee when going to pay. He glanced at the coupon, threw it away, and went to put our order in to charge us. After several minutes of messing with the display, he finally told us our total was $11 something... my boyfriend asked about the BOGO coupon, and the employee said he applied 50% off instead since the veggie patty is a "deluxe" sub. They went back and forth for a few minutes, but finally my boyfriend said whatever and just paid. Looking at the receipt after we left, we got 50% off of one sub (the veggie patty) rather than just getting one of the subs free. We rarely get Subway as it is, but we definitely will not visit this location again. read more

This is probably my favorite Subway in the Valley. It always very clean, I always get an enthusiastic greeting when I come in, and the sandwiches made here are top notch. Management seems to set the bar high. I have been very impressed with Seth and it's clear that his employees rise to his example. While there is a certain level of expectation for food on the go, it seems that this Subway branch prides itself in being a step above the rest. read more

Drove an extra 8 minutes to this location because of the reviews. I heard this is one of the best subways around. However, I was disappointed. My bread was not soft and fresh yet we were there right at dinner time. We all know their bread is what keeps them alive and more than not the bread is hard. I got a veggie foot long and the girl literally tried giving me 3 green peppers until I asked for extra. They are skimpy with all ingredients but it seems to have gotten worse at all subways. I was also shocked that they no long offer the $5 foot Longs. Just too expensive now for subpar food. Sometimes you have a taste for "good ole subway", but times have changed and it isn't what it used to be. I will stick to jersey mikes for a sub. read more

I went to this subway today so that I didn't have to make dinner after a long week. I was promptly greeted by two young employees. They both really just impressed me! They were friendly, presentable, they helped each other, they were polite, and efficient and they were such a joy to be around! They were both excited to go to prom tmrw, and we briefly chatted about their plans etc. They asked me if I had fun at my prom and if I had any kids going to prom soon. Silly stuff maybe, but I was seriously impressed with their interest in me as a customer, and their ability to make small talk and make my "errand" more enjoyable! What great "kids"! Worst Subway Ever!! I have ordered online salad at this store for pickup and on multiple occasions they missed to add chicken in a double chicken salad and the quantity of is not even 1/4 of the box they pack it in. Never going here again!! read more

I had eight sandwiches to order. I called ahead and read my order over the phone and showed up 45 minutes later to get it. So easy and perfectly prepared. Don't show up here 2 hours before closing because apparently they have "so much cleaning to do" they stop making and giving you anything. All out of bread, all out of meatballs. Not to mention while they were cleaning, all the meat, cheese and sauce was just sitting on the counter. Gross and probably a health code violation.
