I had such a great experience at Firefly! From the moment we sat down, our waiter, Drew, was absolutely incredible. Our entire party kept saying we hadn't received service that attentive, genuine, and professional in a very long time. He made the whole evening feel effortless and was a huge part of why we enjoyed ourselves so much. The food, drinks, and overall ambiance were all fantastic. Every dish we ordered was delicious, but the fried olives are an absolute must--I'm still dreaming about them! The music got a little loud at one point, but it was a Friday night, so it was completely understandable. We were just a tired group after a long week. If anything, it gave me another reason to come back on a weekday so I can experience the atmosphere in a different setting. Overall, an amazing dinner with outstanding service. We'll definitely be back, and hopefully Drew will be our server again!
The best meal I've had in LA! From start to finish, the service, atmosphere and food were all exquisite. The Valet is friendly & efficient. The rather hidden front door (the restaurant has no signage--so it's a secret--known by those in-the-know (and now you). The bar is dark and charming--feels like an English country home. That leads into a beautifully lit library bar lounge. The indoor/outdoor dining room is gorgeous: evoking a classic European courtyard. The open-air courtyard is surrounded by arched seating areas, each with curtains you can close for privacy. We arrived at 7:30 with the sunset's warm light entering through the open ceiling. As the sky got darker, the room took on a glow from the string lights, candles in niches, and central fireplace. The waiter was charming and friendly, and brought complimentary aperitifs of Luca Bosio Brachetto Rosso Semi Sweet wine. My friends who drink wine loved it and are ordering bottles for home. I don't like wine myself--but I still loved this because it was like a most delicious sweet lightly fizzy grape juice. We shared a cheese board which had a variety of fine cheeses and sweet grapes, honeycomb, dates, dried apricots and almonds. My friends shared the Mushroom Pappardelle--a rich, creamy mushroom sauce on wide delicate noodles. Excellent. I ordered the Steak Frites, 8 oz filet mignon, green beans, creamy peppercorn sauce, and garlic fries. *This was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten* --and my friends agreed. So tender I hardly needed a knife. And the sauce was savory perfection. Even the fries were delicate, crispy outside. The portions are large--I took about 1/3 of my steak and frites home, and my friends took enough pasta home for another meal. Since it was a special occasion, we ordered the Le Petit Gateau, a dark, rich, moist chocolate cake with golden candied wild cherries. So chocolatey, not too sweet--the hint of cherries made it very special. We each had at least one piece (OK, I had two) and there was still half a cake to take home! Firefly is truly special. But not just for special occasions--because once you've discovered it you'll want to eat there again soon.
I went here a while back for a celebration with a good friend of mine! We were offered a special that day and I wish so badly it was on the menu because it was a pasta dish with lobster in it and man was it so good. I was offered a certain wine by the waiter which I really enjoyed ! I ended up ordering another drink :-) i appreciated that he didn't judge me for wanting something a little more on the sweet side for the wine. the ambiance here is low lighting, romantic, intimate and cozy. I was seated right by a fire which was perfect for the cold night. It had been raining that day so this indoor/outdoor environment and being sat next to a lit fire really set the mood that day :-)!
Finally came here for dinner after only ever going here for drinks and dessert multiple times. Unfortunately so unsatisfied, We ordered the steak medium rare, and it came blue rare the first time, the server even said "oh wow that's rare" so he got us a new one, the second steak came normal rare... Server checked and goes "wow that's still really rare, let me send it back again" and we said no it's fine we didn't want to wait another 15 minutes after waiting for them to recook the last steak... We only ate a few pieces from the outer bits that were medium rare.. Server gave us a check at the end, and goes, "don't worry we took the first steak off and didn't make you pay " ????????? You mean for the steak that was literally not coooked? Thanks? Still charged up for the second raw steak we got and ate 2 bites of. 200$ bill, 45$ tip, and we left unsatisfied after only really eating a mediocre charcuterie plate. Unfortunately won't be back here for dinner again... Sad about this experience.
Firefly in Studio City is great fine dinning. The menu is not huge, but whatever you want they have. It is beautiful and so elegant. You can dine in or on their wonderful patio. Both are great. Make a reservation or you will be crying. This place is perfect for private events and it is the best for special days like Birthdays or holidays. They have a huge wine list and a full bar. The service is perfect. They know the menu and they never rush you. This is a place to enjoy and not just rush in and out. Their menu has great items. We love it all. They have a Little Gem Salad that you can have has a starter or as an entrée. It is amazing. Their short rib and braised lamb shank is like nothing you have had before. Cooked to perfection with the best seasoning and sauce. All of their sides are great from the mac and cheese to the vert. And their pastas are all great. This place is expensive and we love it for special nights.
We went back to try Firfly after our 1st go, and this time was significantly better. Very attentive staff. Strong cocktails. The crudo was delicate and sensitive, quite flavorful. Crisped corn nugget an interesting touch, but a crostini would've been a more effective vehicle. Meatballs are fantastic. No notes. Rib eye w pineapple butter was delicious and very well cooked. Nice char contrasted w the sweet pineapple goodness, punctuated by the hearty meaty moment. Thick asparagus stalks steamed, grilled, and seasoned exceptionally well. The husband had the NY Strip. Of this, he said it was perfectly cooked. Trio of sauces highlighted the meat. Mac and cheese was gooey but not sharp. Prefer more cheddar, which might just be me. The crust, though texturally effective, fell a little flat flavor wise. Dessert was off the chain. Complete w Port. Thick and formidable chocolate cake, yet noticeably layered. Decadent yet approachable. Def not Trader Joe's caliber.
Firefly is Firefly a staple in studio city for great reason. This was long time coming review as I haven't been there in about 15 years and guess what it WAS and IS STILL AMAZING. The ambiance is exactly what the new restaurants emulate. The outdoor garden with bungalow vibes. The music was so good. I felt like I was in Miami. Coupled with Free small wine and a free drink for my friend whom it was her bday. Service impeccable he was apart of the entertaining of the atmosphere ask for Marty. I tried the crab cake appetizer very big great sauce can be an entree which I made it'. Normally I would get the lamb but I wanted something new. I tried the chocolate cake and it was to die for and I don't even like chocolate cake. It had cherries in it. So delicious. I will be back treating different friends to this jewel I will never forget you again firefly.
The Place- Very nice and recommended for an upscale dinner out. FYI- I thought the setting was the best part and the food was pretty good. Parking- Valet is your most likely option. There is street parking but good luck finding it on that section of Ventura Blvd. Service- Friendly and attentive. Came for Dine in LA Week. Tuna Tartare- Was pretty good but I would get something else the next time. Crab Cake- Was pretty good but needed more flavor. Short Rib- Good and I would get it again. Mushroom Pappardelle- Was good but not great. ***Apple Cobbler for Dessert- This was fantastic and a must have.***
Went to Firefly for the first time on Valentine's Day. The entryway is an unmarked wooden door. Use the valet kiosk to guide you on which door is the entrance. Upon entry, they have a bar and lounge area. Looked more casual and like anyone could come in without a reservation. We were seated at their last dining room area so we really got to see how massive the restaurant was. Loads of seating in an indoor outdoor tent situation with each section still having the romantic charm their main area holds. For Valentine's Day they had a prix fixed 3 course menu: Chilean Sea Bass - Incredible - perfectly cooked. The sauce on the sea bass was packed with flavor and the capers on top added a nice hint of salt. The sea bass came on a bed of mashed potatoes and broccolini. The sauce on the plate itself was soooo incredible. Loved that you could run all the veggies over the plate so that each bite contained that incredible sauce. Tuna Tartare - Extremely fresh tuna. Served with a cripsy wonton type of chip. Molten Chocolate Cake - Came with vanilla bean ice cream. The cake was moist and warm. The ice cream was just the right sweetness to offer a refreshing pairing with the richness of the cake. They also offered a tasting of this sweet dessert wine along with a dungeness crab salad. Both were very small samples but very delicious. Service was amazing even for Valentines day. Ambience was romantic with their decor and they even played love songs throughout our time there. They also had a Photo Booth where we could take as many pictures as we'd like and print them all for free! Amazing. Valet was $10. This was the most incredible meal I've ever had as a whole. Very impressed with the kitchen's ability to handle such a high volume of customers and still maintain quality. I will definitely be coming back for their regular menu items! HOPING the Chilean Sea Bass is on their regular menu!!!
TLDR: Great food, especially the bread and potato based dishes. Parking is tough unless you use the $10 valet. Romantic vibe, but the music gets way too loud at times and makes conversation difficult. --------- Parking can be challenging since it is mostly street parking. If you do not want to use valet, which costs $10, you might get lucky and find a spot nearby like I did, but I would not count on it. The restaurant was very accommodating when we needed to modify our reservation after missing an earlier time. Inside, the space feels romantic with dim lighting. The music, however, was inconsistent. It shifted from romantic and classical to rave and pop style tracks. When the louder music came on, it was blasting and made conversation difficult without raising your voice. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff kindly offered a small wine shot, which was a nice touch. I was hoping for a dessert or something sweet to mark the occasion, but that was not provided. Still, the gesture was appreciated. The food is the main reason I would return. The baguette was excellent, and while it seems simple, the butter truly stole the show. The beef stroganoff was also a standout. The meat was soft and tender, and the potato pairing worked perfectly. The garlic smashed potatoes were another highlight, with a creamy sauce that tied everything together nicely. The miso cod, however, fell flat for me. I was expecting more depth and flavor from the miso, but it did not quite deliver. Overall, the starch forward dishes were the stars here. I would happily come back for the food, but only if the music volume were turned down enough to allow for a comfortable conversation.
Firefly has an amazing ambiance and great food options. It is very romantic for different occasions, but also just a fun restaurant that everyone should make sure to go to. I have to say though, as of about a month ago, Firefly has been upping their prices, making certain items no longer worth getting for the new price. That being said, I still think if you have the opportunity, you should check it out once.
Went to Firefly in Studio City for their NYE prix fixe menu and had a great time overall. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but that's expected for New Year's Eve-and the food was actually really good and nicely presented. The atmosphere was fun and festive, and we especially loved the DJ and the photo booth, which added to the whole NYE experience and made it feel like a celebration.
Friend's recommendation on celebrating something special. There's no actual parking lot and valet ($10) is the only way to go. First time here and can't find the door as there's no sign of entrance when arriving. Place do take walk-ins but making a reservation is recommended. Got the reservation through Open table at 8pm for outdoor seating, but it was freezing at the time. Arrive 30 min early and speak with hostess if it was ok to be seated inside since we don't want to freeze. Hostess confirm reservation and automatically say "happy anniversary." Our surprised, we were seated right away and inside. That's plus When walking in, the bar area has a lounge as well, where bookshelves can be found and cute little stools to chill and relax while waiting for your table or so. Walk further past the bar and the dining area is massive. We were seated in the back by an actual fireplace and that's a good thing. Seated right away and our waiter surprise us with complimentary red wine for this occasion. Red wine was just right and not too bitter. Menu is simple as it has one side of drinks and the other side is the actual menu. Chef's pix stix is a three course meal (appetizer, entree and dessert) from selected choices. Kind of like Hell's Kitchen of San Diego. Both of us chose the chef pix of the following: tuna tartare, pork belly, steak frites (medium rare and rare) and side dish of Mac N Cheese and Brussel Sprouts. Desert: chose sticky toffee pudding and crème brûlée. In addition, waiter recommend the Pink something for the sweetest nonalcoholic drink. - Pink something drink: just the right amount of sweetness and not fill up with ice. - Steak frites & fries: gf say the rare is very tender and you don't saw it in order to cut it. Demi-glaze sauce is excellent - Mac N Cheese: it's good and has not over power by truffles - Brussels Sprouts: gf first time having and say it's very good. Dig further to have it coated with sauce to make it more appealing - Sticky toffee pudding: it's upside down brownie with side of ice cream of pecans but it's not too sweet and that's good thing - crème brûlée: gf say it's awesome and the tart doesn't overpower the dish Now here's the interesting part: order the steak frites medium rare. At first I thought my gf has mine since it's the redness is better. But looking back, hardly red so I thought it might be raw or more less rare than my gf. So, point this to waiter, waiter apologize and will cook a new one. 10 minutes later, new steak but was ask to cut in the middle to make sure. Nope, it's the same temperature. So ask to just refry this one and not get a new steak. Third time, actually got it right and with another order of complimentary fries as an apology. In the end, the medium rare steak was comp. Overall, highly recommend this place. The waiter was professional and apologize for the mistake and was good move to ask to cut the steak to make sure the steak was cook properly.

Firefly is one of those places that feels like a warm hug with dim lighting. The drinks are always top-notch and the ambience is perfectly cozy, like the restaurant equivalent of your favorite sweater that somehow also serves cocktails. Service was great and genuinely friendly, even when our card decided to audition for a true-crime documentary and got flagged for fraud. Our waiter said it happens a lot with Chase, so apparently we're part of a very exclusive, mildly inconvenient club. We never skip the tuna tartare and crab cakes, our emotional support appetizers that have never let us down. This time for Dine LA we kept our tradition alive, then went for the steak frites and short rib, finishing strong with sticky toffee pudding and molten cake, which we loved enough to consider writing thank-you notes to the pastry chef. The only hiccup was the steak frites. The steak itself was innocent, but the sauce tasted burnt and kind of confused, like it had been through a rough breakup. I'm guessing it was just a small kitchen oops moment, but it probably shouldn't have made the journey to our table. Even with that, we had a really nice time and will absolutely be back again, just maybe giving the steak and fries a little space to work on themselves first. read more

We went to celebrate my friends birthday!! The staff welcomed us with a friendly hello and asked whose bday it was and congratulated him. We had reservations and were sat immediately at an amazing spot right by the fire place. Our waitress came up and took our drink orders super quick and offered a free drink for the bday boy! (which was tasty!) We placed our orders and food came out timely. I got salmon and a couple sides. They were tasty and perfect temperature. Refills were constant. (I literally drink 8 iced teas per meal so I always apologize to the servers in advance) such a gorgeous restaurant! literally a vibe!!! We had a great time and a great meal. This hidden gem has all of the romantic date night energy youre looking for! A little door nestled in an ivy covered building, you cant even imagine all of the magic that waits for you inside! I personally suggest opting for the valet because street parking is a bit of a nightmare in this neighborhood, and its only $10, so not too bad. We had reservations for 8:30 in a cabana and took a seat at the bar for a drink while we waited. Good thing the company and spirits were pleasant, because we ended up waiting over an hour and a half! This was the main reason I docked them a star... its nice that they allow people to relax and enjoy their time, but to have a reservation and not be told in advance that we would have to wait so long past that time was a little much for us. Thank god we weren't starving, but the hostess said the party had been there for almost 3 hours. Maybe having a decent time limit on the cabanas would be helpful. The food was great, although I would say it was priced a bit high for my liking. I got the tuna tartare and for $30+ was expecting a bit more, but delicious all the same. The cocktails were mixed perfectly and the toffee cake was to die for. The vibe was everything and we really enjoyed our time! Can't wait to go back soon read more
Enjoyed our Easter brunch date here--reservation required, valet parking, super packed (would like to return when it's less busy). I especially liked the ambience in the library room by the bar, a little more intimate and quiet compared to the patio today. Everyone was seated in the patio area for the Easter brunch which is a cool space with alcoves off to the side and multiple 2-4 person tables in the middle. It's covered but lets in a lot of natural light, and has a fireplace in the middle. All the staff were professional and helpful. Our server Nick was super attentive even though it was so busy, always making sure we had plenty of water and letting us know are drinks or food were coming out shortly. We started with beverages. I ordered the Spanish Romance cocktail and my husband ordered the Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned. Both were delicious. From the special Easter brunch menu, we had the arugula and machego salad and the broccoli frittata to start, and a side of Brussels sprouts to share. For the main dish, he ordered the Steak and eggs and I ordered the Atlantic salmon. And for dessert, he ordered the molten chocolate cake and I had the panna cotta with mangos and berry drizzle. Everything was so delicious. Having never eaten frittata or panna cotta before, let me tell you, I'm a fan! I enjoyed the people watching and the festive atmosphere, and the entire meal. read more

Its always a pleasure to come back to Firefly and have a nice evening with family. This time we were finally able to sit in the library lounge!! it only took about 4-5 visits. A bit crowded but over all nice. We had their charcuterie cheese board. Along with their meatballs and garlic fries. its always a great time when i get to visit. read more

I tried the Atlantic salmon and the New York strip. The salmon was cooked almost perfectly, and the white bean purée with the sauce it came with made it super flavorful. The New York strip didn't really stand out for me and the presentation wasn't the best, so I probably wouldn't recommend that one if you're looking for something impressive. We were greeted with warm smiles and welcome drinks, which was a nice start. The inside has dim lighting, nice decor, and plenty of tables. Parking is mostly street parking. Overall, it's a solid upscale casual spot that made the night feel a bit more special. read more
Firefly has such a beautiful atmosphere. they have both the indoor seating and the outdoor area (covered with heaters!) are super cozy and aesthetic. The service was amazing and so helpful the entire night. Parking is either street or valet right in front, which made things easy. The food was honestly really good. I can't even pick a favorite because everything we ordered was so good. The daily special, a lobster pasta(don't remember the actual name), was super flavorful. I also loved the mushroom pappardelle, so rich and perfectly cooked. The brussels sprouts had this slight sweetness that made them really stand out. They even gave us complimentary drinks, which was such a nice touch. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the ribeye was amazing with the three different dipping sauces which was really good with to try. We celebrated a birthday here, and just FYI, they do have a cake-cutting fee of $5.50 per slice. Overall, such a great experience. I'd definitely come back! read more

The food, service, and atmosphere here is exquisite! The entire establishment is gorgeous and encompasses the perfect date night ambiance. I of course have to mention how top tier the service was here. The hostess Gabby was amazing from the second we walked in. We didn't have reservations but she was kind enough to accommodate us and was even able to seat us right next to the beautiful warm fireplace just as I requested! I was quite impressed. I loved that she was very kind, social, and quick to seat us! Our waitress, Brady also made our night! Her energy and spirit was so lovely and infectious! She was knowledgeable about the menu and took very good care of us from start to finish. We had a delicious braised lamb shank cooked to perfection. Both Gabby and Brady deserve raises immediately!!! Hands down, most classiest restaurant as far as ambiance, service and food. Shoutout to our amazing server, Kyle, who constantly checked in to see if anything else was needed and the manager, Eric for his professionalism and generosity. All the waiters and waitresses worked together as a team to make sure we were constantly attended to. It was a great experience from beginning to end and everything exceeded beyond our expectations. Every dollar spent was well worth it. Thank you, Firefly team! We'll be back soon. read more
First time here in about 5 years after a disaster of a brunch experience and we had a great time. Celebrating my sister's birthday, everything went well, save for one table with an obnoxious child climbing on the back of the booth, but they left 5 minutes into our dine, so that helped! Server, Alex, was exceptional, and we loved all of our food. Pasta special, a lamb shank, and a burger, all perfect. Tuna Tartare app is just amazing! First time we we've been in the auxiliary space (guessing it's new?) And while not as charming as the original space, it's bright and comfortable. read more

Last-minute reservations brought me back to this restaurant--I'd only been here once before, about seven years ago, around the same time of year. The interior is stunning and really transports you somewhere else. When you walk in, there's a bar up front, followed by a beautiful wall that looks like a library with shelves full of books, and a cozy lounge area. The dining area is outdoors but covered, and I noticed they've expanded to a new section with gorgeous blue walls, cream-colored furniture, and soft lighting--it feels very soothing and relaxing. My friends chose to dine in the more lively, original dining area, so we didn't sit in the blue section, but it was still a great experience. We got there early, and although it got pretty packed later, the manager kindly offered to move us to the lounge and even bought us a round of drinks. Very thoughtful--we didn't need the free drinks, but we appreciated them. As for the food, everything was delicious. We tried different dishes: the short rib stroganoff was a standout, served with mashed potatoes instead of egg noodles, and it was probably our favorite dish of the night--highly recommend it. The Brussels sprouts had a surprising little kick that was amazing. We also ordered tuna tartare, and two steak dishes--the steak frites was cooked perfectly, and the other steak was medium-rare. Drinks service was a bit slow for second rounds, but overall the food made up for it. Overall, a beautiful ambiance and excellent food. Definitely worth revisiting! read more
Had a great time at Firefly celebrating a birthday. Very classy restaurant with an elegant ambiance. The restaurant is a bit loud but it was full. We were seated quickly at our reservation time and shown to a high top table. We were brought complimentary small glasses of a Rosé. The server was very fast and attentive, asked if there were any food allergies (which I appreciate since I do). I had an old fashioned which tasted great and not too sweet. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, the steak frites were tender and cooked to order. Overall, great date night or celebration dinner location. read more

We came on a weeknight with a reservation for my friends birthday. Parking is impossible, so we all did valet which was $15. The place itself has a really cool ambience, it has a lounge area and a more formal seating area too. We got our own little corner and shared the muhammara cauliflower appetizer, which was delicious. My friend got the salmon and I got the chicken. The food was delicious, although of course portions were tiny. While I liked the food and ambience, I'm not sure I was wowed enough to go again. read more

It's all about the "happy, happy, joy, joy" happy hour for this girl and now I can add this place to my official "SFV HH" list. Opens at 5:00pm and by 6:00pm there are very few seats available. The dark cozy bar section is very inviting and ready for a small intimate group or a larger gathering. Josh was our very attentive server. You can order food & cocktails in the bar area. Sorry, no kids allowed in this area but they are welcome in the restaurant just past the bar. read more

Our anniversary dinner... Well this was supposed to be a super sweet anniversary dinner. And it was. But the restaurant sure didn't help...nor did the food. Chris surprised me with reservations that he had made. I was excited and it was a surprise. He had been wanting to take me here...so we went for our one year! It was cute. There is however a new area he tells me that happened during the pandemic...a parking lot turned dining area. They have done a nice job for sure...it just doesn't have the same shine as the main dining room. The food again...eh. Nothing impressive. I really can't even remember what we ate. It was pricey. They had a prefixed menu for the DINE LA and I believe a Valentine's Day menu...nothing wowed. This feels like a cute spot that did well for a few years...and now people just don't care as much. That was my takeaway. Not sure we will be back. read more

My boyfriend surprised me with a date night at Firefly! From the outside, the restaurant doesn't look like anything special. There's no parking lot either so you'll have to find street parking. I didn't know what I was walking into but the vibes in here were so cute. When you first walk into the restaurant you're transported into an intimate bar setting. There's a bookshelf walk and the decor is such a vibe. Walking to the outside area it felt like I was dining on vacation in Europe. The side tables were draped with curtains and we were lucky to get seated there. Our waitress was so kind and had drink recommendations for us that tasted amazing, my boyfriend ordered the Pineapple Express and I had the Tokyo Drift. Super refreshing! We ordered the Little Gem Salad, basically tasted like Caesar salad and they didn't skimp on the dressing! For our main I ordered the Tandori Chicken, the chicken was juicy and the sautéed vegetables had great spiced flavors. My boyfriend really enjoyed the steak frites, the steak was tender and they cooked it perfectly (well done without being dry). The peppercorn sauce added great flavor to the steak. He would rate the fries 9/10, he appreciated the thick cut and said they were crispy but fluffy on the inside. The brussel sprouts were roasted well, it was soft but still has a bite to it. We went here for a girls night. The staff is incredible. Everyone we encountered was so sweet. The drinks were good. The food was yummy. I wish I can give it a 4.5, only because the Heirloom tomato salad came with 4 tiny pieces of tomato's. I was so weirded out $22 for 4 pieces. Our steak was so so as well; but the Brussels sprouts and the fried olives were delicious. Ambiance is good. Perfect for a date night. The mood is set. read more

Came for a birthday and we got free wine which was really good! The strawberry cocktail is good too and decently strong. The braised lamb shank is SO good. I'd come back for it. I liked the steak frites too but my partner said it was a little too rare for him. Our server Alex was really nice and checked on us a lot. We didn't wait too long for anything to come out either. We came on a Monday at 6:30 and had made a reservation and had found street parking close by. The ambiance is really nice and the music wasn't too loud. I would definitely come back to try other dishes or also get the same thing! It was so good! read more

5 star review because its very rare to find a stunningly romantic restaurant where the food does actually taste great! Unfortunately no pictures since I was here for a date. You'll just need to believe me when I say this place is magical like straight out of a fairy tale. If you're looking to take a lady on a date this is definitely the perfect place (coming from someone that has high standards). Things ordered : brussel sprouts 5/5 fries 4/5 Strawberry fields drink 5/5 Shrimp spaghetti 5/5 The food was delicious I have no complaints. The service was excellent, didn't feel rushed at all even considering the fact that since it was valentines day weekend all parties had a 90min limit. A nice touch that I should mention is the fact that they had a complimentary tasting of a delicious sparkling red wine (Luca Bossio Rosso semi sweet) , now that I did get a picture of. Came here for a girls night. Loved the ambiance, perfect for a date spot or girls night. There's also a bar in the front to grab drinks while you wait. We ordered: -mushroom pappardelle -the library burger -braised lamb shank All of the dishes were amazing and plenty of food for 3 people to share. Dessert was okay, nothing stood out but will definitely be back to try the other entrees. read more

My family came for my mom's birthday. We had a reservation but still had to wait a bit before being led to our seats. The entrance was so packed and seemed chaotic. Vibes were pretty. The food was decent, not really worth the price for the portions. Food is very American, and our favorite was the wagyu burger. Drinks were just ok. They do give a free dessert for a celebration which was really thoughtful. Luckily we had an amazing waiter who made our experience better. read more

We love firefly for special occasions, this time it was to celebrate our engagement. Everything is 10/10 here from the drinks, to the food, the service, and the cozy ambiance. Our server Amber was great, friendly, and definitely knowledgeable about the menu. We loved our drinks - pineapple express and sun-kissed passion. For apps we started with one of the specials - the crab cake, and the baguette. Great quality crab, but we do wish it came with more sauce. You can't go wrong with bread and butter. For main courses we had the steak frites and scallop special. Incredible flavor on the seasoning and sauces. Lastly, the sticky toffee cake was incredible. Can't wait to come back. read more

Is this a speakeasy with like a secret entrance?
Nope! Just a normal restaurant concept although the vibes do give speakeasy with the dark moody ambiance.

Do you need a reservation to sit in the library lounge?
No, you do not. It's first come first serve in the library lounge.
What's the difference between Outdoor and Outdoor Covered Patio when booking a reservation?
If you were their at noon or 1 for lunch the covered patio would be nice because it would block the sun. Otherwise it is up next to the hill so no direct sun!

We take dinner reservations. If you have a preferred seating we could note it down on your reservation, however we don't guarantee it but we do our best to accommodate. Also there is street side parking and valet. Hope this helps!

$35 per bottle and only two bottles are allowed and it can not be a wine they serve.
