Came by to check on us multiple times as they were getting busier. Wine and charcuterie were perfect. The board is enough to feed 2-3 people. Not a wine expert so no clue what we ended up drinking, but it was a 10/10 experience. We also had live music to enjoy. Music was at a perfect level, and artist was extremely talented. We're visiting from out of town and stopped in since it's right next to our hotel and so glad we did! The service was excellent and the vibe was super welcoming and fun. Mattie took great care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and gave awesome menu recommendations. We started off with corn dogs which was amazing. I had the buffalo chicken Caesar wrap and my wife got the Big Kahuna burger, both were delicious and hit the spot. If you're nearby, definitely check this place out. I'm a pretty picky person. The 3.5 stars made me question trying this place but I always see it when we walk around PB and decided today was the day. First, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was so nice. The bouncer, the waitress, the food delivery staff... they were so kind and attentive. There was a dj while we were there. The music was ok but I wasn't there for the music. We ordered the pokē stack. It was fresh and not over seasoned with sesame. You could taste the freshness of the tuna. I needed like 2 more chips, but delicious! I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with fried chicken. Delicious! My husband ordered a double patty burger. Be warned, these patties are big. I would give the service -1 star if I could. We came here for my birthday. It was fairly empty. We ordered our food and drinks and didn't see our server basically the remainder of our time there. We actually had to get up and move our table ourselves because it was so hot and we were sweating and we hadn't seen the server in a long time to ask to move. The food was not great. I'm pretty sure out of 6 of us dining, none of us really liked our food or finished it. When it came time for us to pay the bill, after trying to flag down the waitress for over 25 mins; we got up and searched for the server in the restaurant. As a server that's so embarrassing to not be available and present when you have genuinely 1-2 tables. I will not be returning nor recommending this establishment. read more

Made a reservation on Open Table for 12:30pm on 7/19. Reservation was confirmed. At 9:35pm on Friday (7/18), I received a vm from the restaurant that there was an "incident." They had forgotten about the World Cup finals, were cancelling all reservations, requiring a $60 min per person on a first come first serve basis and "we will likely be at capacity and can't serve everyone so ya, sorry about that." Definitely a local place to hang out. Streetwise seating downstairs and 'lounge around' seating in the 'Apres Ski' themed upstairs bar. We arrived at happy hour Sunday foe a cocktail. They had a DJ and we're quite busy. Hostess service a little sparce and bar service not super attentive. However, the security and ID check-in guys were super friendly and thanked us for.stopping in. Had a lovely birthday party here and called over a month in advance for a large party. I told them I'd bring two tiramisu cakes and asked if they could cut it for me in slices, which they were okay. First off, they brought the cake out with the candles and when i sliced it, it was melted. I literally gave the waiter the two cakes and they didn't even bare to put it in the fridge, it was solely melted when i sliced it. So i had melted soup! Half of the girls were in the bathroom mid dinner, a staff member went ahead and took their foods not realizing that they weren't even done yet, my friend even had more than half her burrito on her plate. We had a drink and had to leave because we felt so unwelcomed. The 2 female bartenders need some sort of customer service training. We were told to sit at the bar by the staff if we weren't ordering food but when we did the bartenders kept removing the chairs to sit at. I used to love this place. I was really disappointed from my recent visit. The two cocktails I ordered were awful. I had the watermelon margarita. Barely you can taste the tequila and it did not taste like watermelon. The bartender was being very stingy. I noticed they measure everything but it looks like they under measure. I ordered another cocktail. Again, couldn't taste the alcohol. It was a Red Bull vodka. All I could taste was the Red Bull that then became watered down because of all the ice in my cup. I informed the waitress. She took it personal. She didn't offer to have my drink remade. She said the bartenders have been there for years; defending them. Then she dropped off the check. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. She looked upset. It's ok to give feedback. I used to enjoy this spot. However, the team wasn't open to feedback. If the drinks were better, this place would be packed since it's a great location and vibe. Unfortunately, the waitress defended the bartender. They must be good friends. The only way they will improve is if they accept constructive feedback. I will not be returning. Poor customer service from waitress. Drinks were $15. Couldn't taste the alcohol. I went to Mavericks afterwards. Drinks were cheaper and much better. I had a French martini. Amazing. The waitress was really awesome there. Highly recommend and music was better.
