I'm a pretty picky person. The 3.5 stars made me question trying this place but I always see it when we walk around PB and decided today was the day. First, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was so nice. The bouncer, the waitress, the food delivery staff... they were so kind and attentive. There was a dj while we were there. The music was ok but I wasn't there for the music. We ordered the pokē stack. It was fresh and not over seasoned with sesame. You could taste the freshness of the tuna. I needed like 2 more chips, but delicious! I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with fried chicken. Delicious! My husband ordered a double patty burger. Be warned, these patties are big. So if you do order an extra patty, it's a huge burger! We will definitely be back!

Bomb food, house music, a live dj? What more can you ask for? Honestly all the food was extremely good. Our favorite had to be the buffalo cauliflower. Penne pasta with shrimp was tasty as well! Drinks were ok, nothing to rave about. What makes this spot so unique is it turns into a club after hours. Such a fun experience. The bouncers are extra strict at the door, make sure to have your ID ready and potentially wait a while to be seated. Parking obvi isn't the best, get there early, plan ahead.

Had an amazing time; they have good food and great service. Paris is "amazing sweetie", a whole vibe.

Had a lovely birthday party here and called over a month in advance for a large party. I told them I'd bring two tiramisu cakes and asked if they could cut it for me in slices, which they were okay. First off, they brought the cake out with the candles and when i sliced it, it was melted. I literally gave the waiter the two cakes and they didn't even bare to put it in the fridge, it was solely melted when i sliced it. So i had melted soup! Half of the girls were in the bathroom mid dinner, a staff member went ahead and took their foods not realizing that they weren't even done yet, my friend even had more than half her burrito on her plate. What a time! I'd recommend this place for good music and good food. But the service, needs work.

The inferno sliders were great, ambiance is amazing. The sun set was beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Buffalo wings were delicious. I don't write great reviews unless all the food and service was great so if you're in the area choose this place

This place was okay! They have great house music on the weekends. I ordered the chilaquiles. My order came cold unfortunately. Aside from this, it was all decent. This is a fun spot for dancing or group events. Nice view of the ocean. I also got a mimosa which was standard.

Although it was a bit of a drive, but I would like to thank you Firehouse for hosting a special St Patrick's Day with a lot of good breakfast food, bagels, subs, fruits, orange juice and coffee. Great music from Why Don't We member Jonah Marais. I would say the only hard part was parking, everything else here is perfect, the beach, the vibe, you got it down

It's frustrating that the only bathroom is downstairs, requiring at least a 30-minute wait to return to the dance floor upstairs.

As I understand it, Moray's is the outside/patio dining portion, while Oceana is the indoor fine-dining situation. I believe they pretty much have very similar menus, with Oceana having some additional high-end offerings. Came out to Moray's to visit my cousin who was in town for work. Since my cousin now has her most adorable infant, she wanted to keep it simple and dine at the hotel restaurant, which was fine by me. While I waited for them to come down from their room, I got us a patio table and ordered a delicious $10 draft. Mixed drinks were all hovering around $19 each. The server was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. I went with the reasonably priced Steak Frites, $36, which was to stated to come with Muenster cheese and caramelized onions on top, and served with a side chimichurri. While the steak was wonderfully cooked to a solid med. rare as requested, it seemingly had very little flavor. Perhaps had it not been covered with a wealth of some DEEPLY caramelized onions and an abundance of Muenster cheese, I might have been able to taste the seasonings and/or the beef. While I love some deeply caramelized onions on a salt-laden burger, the extent to which these were caramelized left them seeming soggy and too sweet for the steak pairing. Add in the several slices of melted Muenster cheese on top, and flavourwise I could hardly tell I was eating a steak. Ultimately, the abundance of toppings overwhelmed the steak. The accompanying chimichurri was also a little strange. While I appreciate that it was diced and not blended, it was very heavy on the oil, while very light on the herbs. The frites were nicely salted and good on their own, however a decent amount became soggy from being under the steak. The burger on the other hand looked excellent. My cousin devoured his in what seemed like a split second. I could have went for the burger, however at $27 I perceived the $36 steak frites to be of a better value. Again, shout out to our server. They were on-point! Thanks Moray's!

Our server was polite and provided decent service, but wasn't very personable. I ordered the pork sliders appetizer as an entree, which were ok, I didn't love them but didn't hate them either. It came with a side of mac salad which was also just ok. I'd give this place 3.5 stars overall, but added 1/2 a star for the views.

But I've definitely had worse Mai Tais served in plastic cups (true story). We only came here because the opening hours for the actual restaurant on property were not correct on the website or the info in the room, so we needed to kill some time before we could get a proper drink. Available alcohol at this "resort" is something you don't turn down. And if you're stuck here for some reason (work thing, misled by the name "Hyatt Resort"), you can stop in for a quick drink before you try out the restaurant/bar or decide you'd do better to get yourself elsewhere for good food and an actual Happy Hour that is, in fact, happy. Note that there is a waterslide nearby. That should give you all the visuals you need about how many kids are nearby. This is desperation drinking. And if you're in need, this will scratch the itch. They also deliver to your seat if you put up a flag. It's not "Stay Classy San Diego"... but it'll get you to a happier place.

Server brought it quickly. Food: Caesar salad w/grilled chicken. It was standard except they added some crispy prosciutto, but the chicken didn't seem cooked all the way. Son ordered the St Louis Ribs and said he didn't like them at all. Husband arrived and ordered a Moscow Mule. Upon check-in at hotel we got a coupon for free chips & salsa. We ordered them, and chips were good, but salsa was thick like a spaghetti sauce; weird. Why 3 stars? Service was very good. Our server was fast and when she noticed that husband had been sitting too long without his drink she removed the charge from the tab. Awesome. Plus, they gave me generous pours of my wine. They need to work on their menu to improve. FYI, they are the only bar at hotel open late. We returned around 11:30pm. They have a ping pong table & Foosball table outside with seating. Hubby and I had an intense Foosball game (I won!) and several Moscow Mules (tried their cucumber one, meh) and their regular one seemed a tad too sweet for me. But at night, great atmosphere to sit outside (they closed around 12:30).

I will preface this review with the acknowledgment that this is the epitome of first world…read moreproblems. I actually love this place (I could have sworn I had reviewed positively before). I'm just extremely disappointed with how poor my experience was today because I had only super positive experiences previously and was looking forward to dining there this morning after sometime away, but holy hell ....today's experience has been so profoundly bad. Firstly, my husband ordered two breakfast burritos - one with bacon and the other with bacon on the side. I'll chalk this one up to miscommunication, but they put bacon in one, and bacon in the other too - and then added bacon on the side to the other and charged us $5.50 for the extra bacon. Again, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt here and will be sure to communicate explicitly next time. They kindly made me a new one, but the new one had potatoes that weren't cooked thoroughly (likely to rush the food to me, so I acknowledge the difficulty here), however there was hardly any avocado. I literally had to complain again because I didn't believe there was any avocado at all. I wouldn't be as pissed if this weren't an EIGHTEEN DOLLAR breakfast burrito. Lastly, the coffee lids don't fit on the cups. We tried to put one on and ended up spilling the entire coffee. I chalked this up to an accident on our part, however another patron who observed our incident said "their lids don't fit the cup, right??" And I was like "oh so it wasn't just us??" And she was like "no, I almost spilled mine all over too." This random patron encouraged us to ask for a new cup of coffee as a result (thanks, random patron!). The Molly's team did kindly make us a new (albeit quite bitter) drink, which I appreciate. However, the lid was still an issue - it would spill out of the cup all over the rim between the cup and the lid when I'd try to take a sip, so I took off the lid entirely, but then was stuck with dealing with spills while walking around - I had to move at a snail's pace to prevent spills altogether. This was easier to deal with random leakage around the entire cup every time I'd sip with the lid on. Ultimately It was just a lose-lose with the ill fitting lid situation. All this to say - Molly's Team, yall were fantastic just a month ago. What happened? I understand food and services in the beach area stuff are often expensive and rarely good, but you guys are *too* expensive for this poor of service and quality. Two stars because at least the folks there are generally nice.
