Hate leaving a 1 star but this is the worst Firehouse I have been too..Hubby went last night and got a hook and ladder he took 2 bites and threw it away ..I just chopped it up to him not feeling well...I went toda and got a meatball add mustard, lettuce and tomato...No mustard,no cheese and this is what I got on top of my sandwich?...Same girl both nights making food,,,we are in a hotel so did not feel like going back..Will never go to this location again...Did not even try to get it right

Picked up a to-go order and it was super fresh and hot! This is my favorite sandwich from Fire House. I'll be back soon. Thank you for a great dinner that was quick and delicious!

Good here is good and the choices on the menu are great. I love the bread they use nice and soft inside with nice crunch. It is a little slower than most sandwiches place but worth it

Honestly I don't usually find myself throwing up the 5 stars for sub joints that often but I truly was thrilled with this experience. Kudos to the men working today making these sammies, for they knew just the amount of dressing to slather them in, were jolly and friendly and super accomodating. I had a free Med sub for my birthday... HOLLA. So I've been here from time to time and this afternoon was going through my birthday rewards and was like, WAIT, SNAP, WHAT, free medium sub at Firehouse? SOLD. From the moment I walked into the door, there were smiling employees and just a feel good vibe. The cashier was super informative, wished me Happy Birthday also, and took the NO ONIONS instructions well. The food did not take long and when it arrived it was the bomb dot com. A medium sub is a good portion of food too. I only had half so that I could eat my Cheddar Sun Chips and have a little pop without getting too stuffed to return to my office. I noticed they had Cool Ranch Doritos too which I was pumped about because a lot of sub places don't carry Doritos anymore. Have you ever noticed that? I have. I'm usually craving those Cool Ranch. So, good little thing to know for my future return. They've got the chips and the pop I want. SNAP! The gentleman (possibly Manager) helping out on the sub line was super nice and let me have an extra pickle, because those spears are delish and a part of the draw for me as well. I spattered on a little hot sauce from one of their many selections and loved the variety to choose from. It was Alligator something or other. I ended up making a good choice! Thanks for a fantastic Birthday lunch experience. I will greet your doors with welcoming arms for my next visit... well, if I do then someone will have to open the door for me, but hey, at such a friendly place like this, I'm sure that won't be a problem. ;) Catch ya on the flip side, FS!

We ordered the steak and cheese. It was fresh and hot. Very good. We don't have this joint in Los Angeles. Or not that I'm aware of this place. We saw a lot of firehouse subs here in Arizona new Mexico and click Colorado. Finally got to eat at one. Look forward to eatting at another one soon. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Pretty tasty sub, but a little pricey. Good service. Friendly staff, well-maintained decor.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt inviting, and the service was genuinely outstanding--friendly, attentive, and the kind that makes you want to come back. I ordered the stuffed cabbage and the "Russian roulette" pierogies, and both were fantastic. The stuffed cabbage was rich, hearty, and perfectly seasoned--clearly made with care and tradition. The pierogies were a fun surprise, each one a little different, and all packed with flavor. It's the kind of dish that keeps you engaged with every bite. Even the black coffee stood out--smooth, bold, and exactly what you want alongside a satisfying meal. Altogether, Red Rock Deli delivers not just great food, but a genuinely enjoyable experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for something a little different and truly comforting.

The brats were delicious - whatever herbs are in there are delicious. The schnitzel was also good and there was enough we were able to take it and eat half of it later. We also ordered meat pierogis and sweet pierogis. They were all very small. For$16-$20 I would've liked them to be more than two small bites/one large bite each. There are no fountain drinks only cans/bottles. All that said, like I said, the meats were delicious. The potato salad with dill was delicious. The Eastern European market stuff was fun and I saw a lot of things I want to go back and get. There's a lot of cool polish stuff on the walls.

We ordered: The Crazy Cuban Sandwich The Chicken Guy Classic Sandwich Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger Flavortown Fries Chocolate Whiskey Cake My favorites were the fries and the cake. The fries have this incredible seasoning and are cooked perfectly. The cake is decadent and tastes a lot like a coke cake, very moist and velvety. My husband enjoyed the Cuban and Bacon Mac N Cheese Burger a lot! I tasted the Bacon Mac N Cheese burger and there was just too much going on for my taste. There is lots of everything on it, but the meat tasted chargrilled which I liked. The one let down was the chicken sandwich. I've been into chicken sandwiches lately so I was really looking forward to this one and it was way over cooked to the point of being super hard and dry. I literally took two bites and threw the rest away. Overall it was a good experience, it is quite spendy for fast food but I figure it's worth it for fast food done right!

I peruse the menu, another customer drops their shake. Gonna be longer. That's fine, go help them. "No, I can take your order REALLY FAST." Well, I was looking at the menu, but cool to be rushed. I remember when the young lady that used to work there was at the counter. 6-8 people in line, greeted with a smile and Hi! Welcome in! There was a longer wait, but it was ok, because the service was good, and so was the food. Today? I'll never return. I spent over $15.00 including a credit card surcharge (a business owner that wants to take credit cards but can't be bothered to be a business owner and pay their bills.) I left a $5 cash tip - I figured I'd the business owner can't pay the 3% on a bad merchant account, they most likely aren't paying the staff livable wages... I sat down and put my gear down, and waited... for about 15 minutes, before this garbage salad that was falsely advertised as having toppings and 3 sliced chick'n strips. The entire salad didn't fill the bowl.? On the bottom were less than a teaspoon of diced tomatoes. In the entire salad there was ONE "fried onion." The lettuce was chopped like slop, there was barely enough chick'n to call it 1.5 slices. Absolute trash. For 15$ I ate my salad, listening as Morticia Addams' understudy pleasantly said good bye, have a nice day, et cetera to the customers who were leaving. I got up, threw my trash, walked out. Silence: The whole time I was in there, a cheap speaker was streaming some crappy 90s "radio friendly hip hop." When my salad was brought to me, even after explaining it's very hard to eat, or carry , a salad on a motorcycle, it arrived in a to-go/carry out, lid is RIGHT THERE,.Morticia helpfully pointed it out, a subtle hint that I wasn't a welcome guest. As I was gearing up to get on my motorcycle out comes our antagonist. Not to be polite or anything. To smoke or vape. I didn't stick around to smell which one she was doing in the doorway. I get it, lucky goose doesn't want my money. They've made it abundantly clear. That's fine. I'll go to Steelbender, where they have vegan options, and like that customers come on to give them money. I accidentally posted this review to the uptown location. I've never been, and will never be, to that location. This review was the knob hill location.

What was even better was the taste of both the Gyro and the feta fries. As you can see from the photo the Gyro was stuffed full of meat and other goodies while the feta fries were plentiful and all covered with sauce and seasonings. Absolutely delicious. I can't comment on the ambience because I got delivery, as usual. But the delivery went smoothly, and as stated above, the presentation of the food was stellar. I also had a second order from them about six weeks later that I ordered with several friends. Again, the food's presentation was appealing, and the food was great. My friends also indicated that their salad and Mediterranean sampler were delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and I don't think you'll be disappointed if you do the same.
