The burgers were alright--the best part was that the buns are grilled fresh and come out a little crispy inside. I'm not a huge fan and neither was most of our group, but they must be doing something right since the place was PACKED despite orders moving incredibly quickly!

One of Hat Creek's biggest strengths is its outdoor play area. The restaurant clearly caters to families with young children, and the play space gives parents a chance to relax while the kids burn off some energy. It's a feature that sets Hat Creek apart from many other burger restaurants. Overall, I get the sense that management genuinely wants to provide a good customer experience. My advice would be to continue investing in employees because great team members are what ultimately create the experience customers remember. He's a Whataburger kind of guy and today did not change his mind, sadly. He got a double meat burger of some kind and we were both very underwhelmed when he open his up. Very tiny burger for $10... both burgers were not seasoned at all. The patties just tasted like meat. No flavor whatsoever. Unfortunately, I will never be able to talk him into going there again and will continue going to the location I frequent that seasons their meat.
