The strips were so bland , zero seasoning. My kids complained about the cook on them and that they tasted gross. It's chicken strips and fries, not sure how you can mess that up! And if kids complain you know it's bad. Very disappointed a waste of $20!

I had such a great experience at Firehouse Subs. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and ready to help. They greeted me right away, took their time with my order, and made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted. You can truly feel the difference in customer service here compared to many other sandwich places. The food was incredible. The subs were fresh, loaded, and full of flavor. The bread was soft but held together perfectly, the meat was high quality, and the toppings tasted fresh. Everything was made with care and attention instead of being thrown together. I also love that the portions are generous. You definitely get your money's worth. What really stood out was how clean and well maintained the restaurant is. Very Disappointing Service Unfortunately, my experience at Firehouse Subs in Chino has been extremely disappointing. The service is painfully slow, and it seems like there is very little sense of urgency. Even when the restaurant isn't particularly busy, the employees seem to move at a very slow pace, and the overall process takes much longer than it should. What really bothered me, though, was an experience I had during my last visit. I noticed a large dead cockroach underneath a table and immediately brought it to the employees' attention. Instead of reacting with concern or immediately taking care of a clear sanitation issue, they just looked at me with a blank stare. I actually had to tell them, "Please go clean it up right now." Why did I have to tell the employees to clean up a dead cockroach that I had just pointed out to them? That should have been an immediate response without the customer having to instruct the staff. Between the extremely slow service, lack of urgency, and the way the employees handled the sanitation issue, this location needs some serious improvement in both customer service and management oversight. I like Firehouse Subs, but this particular location has been a very disappointing experience. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the speed, attentiveness, and cleanliness of the restaurant. read more

I had to make an account just for this place! I went the other day with my sister and we were well taken cared of by Linda she was very informative and knowledgeable of the restaurant even though it had just opened. She made sure to attend to our needs, take our order as well as take our trash from us. The New York Steamer is the best sub in my opinion. Lots of meat, very good value and it comes with a pickle on the side. Love the atmosphere. Extra friendly staff as well as management. Will sure to be coming here again soon ! Much more appealing than Jersey Mikes and Blimpee ! And extra clean place! Recommended for those who are hungry and want a satisfying meal that involves employees that know exactly what their store is about and are not there for the money. Good job firehouse ! read more

Sandwiches shops essentially use the exact same ingredients...meats, toppings and bread. But they can taste world's apart. Firehouse Subs are one of my three favorites national chains. They are delicious and fairly generous with their meat and just offer two bread choices, white or wheat. I like the New York Steamer (corned beef brisket, pastrami provolone) and the Italian (salami, pepperoni, honey ham, provolone). If you like things hot & spicy, they have several hot sauce condiments available. The subs come in three sizes small, medium and large ranging in price from from $5 to $12. Warning: Their small sandwiches are disappointedly small sandwiches. They should be called "micro" instead of small. All in all, their subs are some of the best tasting available from a chain. read more
