Very disappointed, came in and ordered a couple of sandwiches for my daughter and I. She got a combo and I didn't, total came out to $29, which is pricy. She wanted to go to TOGOs and I'm sad we didn't. We ordered in store and waited a long time for the order to be made only to get extremely soggy bread with barely and meat on either of the sandwiches, and they were overwhelmed with sauce. Not good, will not go here again, which is too bad because the one in Roseville is awesome. TL:DR 30 bucks for 2 soggy sandwiches without very much meat, 1 bag of chips and a medium soda. came here for lunch with my son. got the kid combo for him along with a. order of the Mac and cheese. sandwich looked decent. Mac and cheese was good but the skimp on the serve ring . the cup was only half full. for myself I got the fire house sub in a medium combo with a pickle wedge. no pickle was given sandwich was good but was a mess. half of the ingredients we're in the container not the sand which. the service was awesome but it seems that the order taker for 07/28/24 around 2 was fast and frantic on the register causing him to get my order wrong. i ordered a bacon ranch with white bread, no onion, extra pickles and olives and with the pickle on the side. Way overpriced First time in. Got three medium sandwiches-basic menu items and no extras. Waited almost 25 minutes for the order with three people behind the sandwich bar. Order came to $43. Wow! Sandwiches were not marked so we had to tear them apart to determine which was which. Just putting 1, 2, or 3 on each container did not help as there was not a corresponding reference on the receipt. Went today for first time and got prime rib sandwich and chill to go Service was fine and wait was short. I got lg to split with my husband. The chili was delicious but sandwich was disappointing. I only live 5 minutes away and we shared it as soon as I got home The flavor and meat was good but the bottom bread was getting mushy fast. Towards the end we just ate open faced with the top bread. They need to toast it more or use a more substantial bread like Dutch crust. For almost 17 dollars I don't want a sloppy mess I will try again sometime.. read more

Mehhh... I had high expectations of this place . Very mediocre tasting sandwiches. And very overpriced. Sort of taste like Jimmy John's but with hardly any flavor. 2 medium sandwiches combos for over $30 is crazy . I'll be going to Mr. pickles Sandwich Shop across the street next time. I went in about 2 weeks ago and the sub I had was very soggy and falling apart, usually places ask if you want extra sauce but it looked like the woman making them slathered them all. (make sure you are specific about how much condiments you want) I always give second chances and tried them again last night and I am glad I did, the two that made my sandwich did a great job and were very friendly. Tried this restaurant for the first time today and will definitely be back. I ordered the Italian and my sister had the steak and cheese. Both were delicious, from the flavorful fillings to the incredibly soft fresh rolls they were served on. the place was well-lit and extremely clean, and the service was fast and professional. Finally went in and ordered a sandwich from this place. I had heard they were pricey, but omg! I ordered the Steamer which was supposed to be pastrami and corned beef and provolone with mayo, mustard, and Italian seasoning. I ordered the large which I don't recommend unless you're sharing it with someone (or are super hungry) and the reason I ordered the large is that it was about 3 dollars more than the medium and I do weird food math in my head and decided it was a better value to go big. I'm used to Togos big and this was quite a bit more sandwich. It was just ok. Too much mayo and didn't taste the Italian seasoning at all. It needed it to break up the dullness of all that mayo. I was disappointed my jar of pepperocini were expired when I got home because I think that would've helped the flavors. Maybe order it with pickles or peppers (I don't remember if that's available as an add on). Service was nice. I can say I've tried it now but probably won't go back. First time going here and I am unlikely to go back. A small sandwich is extremely small. My son ordered 2 small to try two different kinds of sandwiches and it was half the size of a large but the same price as a large. Not sure why that is. He loved one and hated the other. Mine had hardly any meat. We said no onion, no tomato and received both. The drink machine was out of the majority of sodas and when I waited in line to tell the cashier, she said she would look at it and it never did get fixed. It wasn't busy or anything so it's weird she didn't say anything or apologize or offer an alternative. I wish we had a better experience because I love supporting the fire department. read more

Ordered small sandwiches and they were smaller than a kids size. Online says 4 inches but was about 3 if that and they were super soggy. The kids grill cheese was covered in mayo. Online never mentioned it came with Mayo and my daughter couldn't even eat it. Who puts Mayo on a grilled cheese? Very disappointed since the one in Folsom has been good we were super excited for this place to open. So spent 23 dollars for a total of 6 inches of sandwich and a grilled cheese we had to toss. read more

Tried a bowl of chili and a bowl of potato soup. I'm guessing by the size of the bowl that a cup is a thimble! The chili has no texture whatsoever and wasn't as good as some canned chili I've had. The potato soup was bland, I had to add salt and pepper for it to have a taste. I think $12.50 for the two was too much! I've tried there sandwiches at a different location and was unimpressed. I got a 2.5" sandwich for what I would have paid for a 6 inch at Subway. The toppings were falling out and dripping in mayo. It was disgusting and I'm so disappointed because I've heard good things about Firehouse. I had the steak/cheese hubby had the italian. What a rip off. I ordered the large steamer and it was about the weight of a half peanut butter and jelly sandwich I would make at home. It was all bread and the large cost over 16 dollars. What a joke. And I got a hair on my sandwich. The dude with long blonde hair was not wherein a hair net or anything. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I love the subs, and I've been there twice now, but each time, they need 30 minutes to make a sandwich for dine in. Also, the person at the register has to stop and answer the phone to take, take-out orders while taking dine in orders. Recently I've been traveling around the US to see which Firehouse Sub has the best sandwiches, and out of all 1,189 stores, this took the #1 spot. The service here was immaculate. I was treated as though I were to be one of the royals. Don't get me started on the subs, I ordered the popular Italian sub and felt as if I were ascending to the heavens.
