The first time I added hoisin, sriracha, and lime. The second time lime only. The next time I go, I don't think I'm going to add anything to the broth. It can absolutely stand alone and shine. The sandwiches are loaded with choice of meat along with veggies. There's enough sauce to moisten the bread, lightly coat the ingredients, and add another layer of flavor, but not too much that leaves the sandwich wet and dripping. The rice box is so cute!
