At the Jacksonville airport and needed something To Go for the next leg of the journey back home. My Go To is always a sandwich. Especially after a long conference of hotel buffets, I need something fresh and simple. Turkey Bacon Ranch for $10.99 was perfect. Came with all the toppings and a pickle spear on the side. I'm a happy camper.

Only 2 tables to dine at, they had paper bags, took mine to eat at the gate.

Turkey sub with a bag of Lays chips and bottle of Diet Coke totaled $19.24. Was plenty big to split with hubby and they kindly already cut it in half. Didn't even ask. It's easy to tear apart the cardboard container to make a plate. Everything was fresh and tasty. It was prepared quickly and correctly as ordered. I would eat here again.

When traveling through the Jacksonville International Airport, I found this location for a quick bite for breakfast. I've been twice for an egg and cheese sandwich, which both times have been both delicious and quick service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's only two tables with two chairs, so not much for seating but great for on the go before your flight.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

While flying out of JAX early in the morning, I came here for a breakfast sandwich. They have several to choose from, as well as their normal menu and everything looked and smelled very appealing. I opted for the pastrami breakfast sandwich, which is a smaller sub roll with pastrami and egg on it. The sandwich was really tasty and piping hot. The service was friendly too. Pricing wasn't bad, considering it's an airport. Definitely worth trying, as it's good for airport food.

I typically check Yelp reviews on places long before I choose to eat at them. This time I didn't. This location was the worse in terms of customer seevice. You get there, order but the guy taking your order gets annoyed easily resulting in him getting snappy if you ask questions about any of the menu items. A good thing to note, which is the most important, it that each order take about 20-30 minutes to make. This isn't because the restaurant is short staffed or because the are back logged. I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich with no additions. The 4+ employees would rather waste time chatting and scrolling through social media from what I observed. So if you gave a flight or a connecting flight, don't waste your valuable time going and ordering from this place or you'll risk missing your flight. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is shop and go with only two tables for two for seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Rude staff. Ignores customers standing at register for 10 minutes. Hope you don't have to catch a flight cause these guys have no interest in getting any food out. They only have one choice of bread and are out of everything. After taking our order the staff member went into the back office to play on her phone before even starting our order. Maybe they were busy? Nope two people in line. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh not to mention the inappropriate music playing around children.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Go elsewhere

Your slow service and untrained employees give your brand and airport food in general a bad name

Steak and cheese did not taste at all like one at a traditional Firehouse and the customer service was terrible.

I'm sad. I'm sad this place isn't in St Augustine, or have a location closer to St Augustine…read more Ever since I discovered this place, I try to add it in when I'm in the area. Unfortunately, I'm not in the area that much, and only once did I make the journey just to come here. What is the draw, you may ask? Great beer, great food, great atmosphere, great vibes! , That said, every meal I have had here has been delicious. The beer is pretty darn good & cold too! Of course, with the long drive...ya gotta limit it. But it's worth it for anything on the menu. I don't know where to start food-wise, I am trying to eat my way around the menu. The gator tail and fish dip are two of my favorites for small bites/appetizers. The Elk burger, the Taphouse burger, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich are always amazing....and then there's the cole slaw...yummy! Delicious food, and they have more than just sandwiches. The menu offers a little something different. The atmosphere and vibe are always inviting, and the staff is super friendly. The prices are fair, portions are ample, and there is plenty of parking. The decor is fun too! Not to mention, they give a veteran discount with proof of ID. What more can you ask for? Well, I know what I can ask for! To the owners: pretty please, with sugar on top, consider opening a location in St. Augustine. Not in the downtown area, but the folks north of town need something; they need you! Around the Palencia & Kensington area, off US 1 to be exact...or anywhere nearby in that area. The folks there would love something they can walk to, ride bikes to, maybe even use a golf cart to get to...and yes, a short drive is good too. Jus' sayin'! Please just check it out...I said pretty please!

When having my boyfriend and his momma pick me up after a work trip to have a weekend to visit…read morethem, they suggested this location for lunch before we made the drive back to Eustis where she lives. They had mentioned seeing some good Yelp reviews, and the menu looked intriguing. I had already had breakfast at a great locally owned place, so my appetite was smaller. What We Ordered: - Oyster Po Boy: my boyfriend and his momma split this, and they both said it was okay though they HATED the gumbo. Very unfortunate as when splitting they had to pay for an additional portion of it. - Blackened Mahi Sandwich: this was recommended by our waitress who started out fantastic, but ultimately disappeared after food delivered so I went without a drink for quite some time. I did eat enough a portion of mine before running out of coke, so I had to pause eating as I need a liquid as I eat. I had split this with my boyfriend, so he enjoyed his fully warm. Mine was good for those first few bites, and really enjoyed the fries. They remind me of the filmstrip fries you can get in Disney's California Adventure. - Coke + Lime: if the machine is calibrated, this is always a win for me! It definitely made a travel day better. Sadly, between the waitress being inattentive after the food was delivered and there being quite the unsavory show being played, this was a miss for me. Who plays Steve Wilkos in a restaurant? It's the modern day Jerry Springer show. I just find that baffling to be quite honest, though we did get a chuckle at it while I waiting desperately for a refill so I could eat the remaining portion of my meal.
