Stopped here on my way home from work. Ordered a Reuben sub combo and a Smoked Turkey sub combo. Got home and no Turkey sub and no Reuben sub. Instead we got a tuna sub and a turkey something. Not what we ordered, not even close. Called the store and they said oh we mixed up the orders but you can come get your sandwiches, they are here and ready for you to pick up...EXCUSE ME?!? There was no no offer of a discount, refund anything for the inconvenience of getting in my car and driving back to the store for sandwiches I should already have. I understand mistakes happen but when you run a business and cause your customer to be inconvenienced the right thing to do is to offer something in return like maybe a coupon for a free sandwich on your next visit? Usually like this location, but will not be back. Came in probably 20 minutes to close, the two women working were not happy to see me. I double checked with them that they were still making sandwiches, they grudgingly said they were. Ordered two sandwiches. One Medium One Large. Asked for xtra peppers on the large. Came home and opened the sandwich. There was a single pepper perfectly placed in the middle. Hmmm... My medium sandwich tasted fine, but was sick all that night and next day. Love these sandwiches. More meat and toppings that other sub places and is close to home. Always greeted upon entry and pleasant folks behind the counter. Always amusing to see the variety of hot sauces. Even my kid has his favorite sandwich. Plus. I Like the concept and how a portion of there processes go to help safety,but will say I like subway better for instance at subway my spicy Italian has twice the meat on it and twice as big and cheaper and more condiments. So I ordered food from UberEATS and my order went through and then after I waited an hour for my food I went to check why it had not been delivered it said my order was cancelled without any notice and because they never gave us any notice we were unable to order any other food from a different place. After a long day the last thing you want to do is what an hour for food to find out you won't be able to eat tonight because the restaurant cancelled your order. On UberEATS it says that I was still charged and will check in the morning but completely disappointed with the lack of communication. read more

This is my first time at firehouse subs and the food is excellent. The service is also really good, highly recommended.

I asked exactly what came with the create Your Own sub. I told them I didn't want any of the fully included stuff and proceeded to place my order. When I got home and looked at the sandwich it had onions which I didn't order. Took them off but onions really ruin the taste of something if you hate them. We like eating at Firehouse subs because the food is good and it's for a good cause. This is the worst location we have ever been to. It's a sandwich shop. Our order normally takes five minutes or less to come out. We, along with ten other customers, waited over 20 minutes for sandwiches to be made. There were three employees working which should be more than sufficient, but in the 25 minutes we were sitting in the restaurant, no one received their order. While making sandwiches for the phone orders that took priority, the employees were loudly complaining about a coworker who called in sick or late, discussing aliens and if they were the only people in the universe, and one young man had a toothpick hanging out of his mouth while leaning over the food he was handling. My husband went to the employees to check on our order and was told that there was still three orders ahead of ours. He politely asked for our money back and they honored it no questions asked and no apology. Firehouse has better standards than this. Go to a different location! read more

I am a creature of habit so I order the same sandwich every time.. smoked turkey breast on wheat with all the fixings, except mayo..every place that I have been in, they have been super friendly and the service has been on point. I will say my sandwiches are always good but when they take a half an hour to come out, I'm no longer hungry at this point so it kind of defeats the purpose of going here. It always takes a long time but I went last night and it took exactly a half hour for 2 sandwiches. Either under staffed or can not keep up with online orders because every customer in their looked upset. read more

I ordered from there today and I honestly just got what looked like a sandwich dipped in mayonnaise, I ever tried to remove it with a napkin but I couldn't I got mayo every where couldn't even save it just threw it away it was so soggy. This firehouse subs has excellent customer service. you can see the effort they all put into not only getting you your food at a reasonable time but the quality of the sub you get. the subs they give out look very appetizing and they taste amazing!! this is for sure my go to firehouse subs! thank you southern and dobson for being so great! Wow, what a great manager John is. Firehouse is always wonderful but this visit was especially noteworthy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Service was quick and the food was delicious. I decided I wanted a chocolate chip cookie but unfortunately there was a very large order that included all of their chocolate chips cookies. They were making more but in the meantime John convinced me the brownies were delicious and I decided to buy one. He very thoughtfully gave it to me for free because there were no cookies. Ordered the Club on a Sub. Tasted excellent! Ordered through Uber Eats as they didn't deliver. I just wish it came with some napkins.

We've been into the store twice. both times the staff was very friendly and super accommodating. its mine and my daughter's favorite place to go! she always get the fireman's hat and they are more than helpful with coupons if you ask. The sandwiches are amazing! super yum! And you get a free sub on your birthday! just bring something to show that it is in fact your special day no questions asked. the store is clean and it's not much of a wait if you go in the evenings. So unbelievably upset. Went in 30 min prior to closing with no customers in store with my sister. I ordered first out of 4 sandwiches. They made mine and Co to used to make the other 3 after which took 15 min. I do not live remotely close to the location and drove home only to find all that I got for a sandwich was bread and lettuce. No meat, no mushrooms, no anything. I paid full price for nothing. Two teenagers working during 15 minutes and making 3 other subs and neither them nor the owner, who was present, cared to notice they were robbing me blind. By rhe time I noticed I had nothing they were closed. I called and got the owner on the phone who couldn't care less. Not apologetic, understanding, empathetic or anything. Last night me and my family went to get firehouse subs around 830. My husband asked if they were opened to which an employee responded cant you see the sign? And my husband responded yes which led the employee to say well your still in here even if we were closed so it's not like you care. He continued on with how it wasn't his responsibility to turn the light on how it was morning crews responsibility not his and he got angrier and angrier talking about it with the other co workers that were there. i wanted to walk out immediately. There was a female worker who was soft spoken and not rude told us we close in 30. On top of all that a grubhub or doordash worker came to pick up an order for a customer still extremely rude to the driver we turned the tablets off at 830 have a good night. Won't be back to this location food was good just didnt enjoy how my husband was treated and how both of us felt uncomfortable even to order. read more

Not that great...better then subway. I was expecting s bigger sandwich for the price. Sandwich cost about $9. I had the sirancha sandwich....not hot at all. Ordered a sub without mayo and ranch dressing. The order taker asked me three times if I wanted no ranch dressing. I said no ranch dressing each time. Next employee looks at the slip and asks me if I want cheese on the sub. I said yes, just no mayo or ranch dressing. She says the order taker rang it up as plain and again asked me if I wanted ranch dressing. By this time, I had said, "No ranch dressing" six times. I patiently waited while three employees were doing something behind the counter, presumably making subs. After a 15 minute wait, I hear the employee who asked me if I wanted cheese telling the third employee in line there was to be no ranch dressing. Guess what? The third inline put ranch dressing on my sub! The second or middle employee tells me there will be a little longer wait while they remake the sub. I asked for my money back as 15 minutes had already passed and now they were to make another sub. Unbelievable. This location is the worst!! Only because of the owners and the managment running it. Steve aka the manager had the balls to tell me that when people call in during lunch to place to orders that managment corporate / owners told them to just put people on hold and go back to working with no intentions to ever take the phone call because we their busy ..i was one of the customers who was placed on hold .. it took me 15 minutes to drive to this location. The whole time i was on hold. Even when i walked in and was standing in line I had my phone on this whole time... On hold.. when i finally got to the front of the line and showed steve the manager my phone he shrugged his shoulder and said this is normal practice, he explained how they are trained to do this...Put people on hold and never take their call... This is to the owners or corporate who ever manages or owns this location... To operate a bussines or practice business ethics that are demeaning, disrespctful, are absolutly unexscuseable, unexcetptable and are outwrite unethical. 1st time going to this location and as usual we had a complicated order. We had to go back to get it corrected and this is what ended up being the best part of this visit. They were extremely helpful and offered to remake the sandwiches immediately before we even told them why we were back. This was amazing customer service and we will definitely be back to this location in the future. Plus the sandwiches were great. read more
