I also couldn't pass up the shrimp remoulade salad for my lunch the next day. The shrimp were seasoned, the romaine greens were fresh, and the remoulade dressing was a knockout. If you're not feeling like a hot plate special, World Deli has a big list of sandwiches and poboys that are super popular, as well. But whatever you decide, don't skip out on dessert. This is one of the few local sandwich spots with a homemade dessert menu as big as the sandwich one and these desserts cater to the local palate.
