    Turkey Bacon Ranch

I'm a Jersey mikes girl, I've been loyal to them for years but my husband finally convinced me to try firehouse and I'm so glad he did. All of our sandwiches were hot, soft bread, gooey cheese. The meats were definitely at a higher quality than what you would get cheap at the grocery store. Only complaint: I do not like their roast beef, especially compared to Jersey mikes, but that doesn't even really matter because everything else was delicious. That honey ham on the hero... bless. It MADE the sandwich and whatever you get, always add the caramelized onions. I could eat a bucket of those myself.

I had a club on the sub at Fire House sub. It is always hot and fresh. I highly recommended. If you are tire of Subway, this is a very good alternative.

The Engineer: turkey, Swiss, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, onion, ton of mayo, drop of mustard.

The employees were helpful, and seemed happy to work with each other. One gave me with a menu. Another wrapped my sandwich when my taxi driver called to say he was nearby. The third helped me out to the car with my food since I had a cane in one hand, and a leash in the other. The place looked clean, but doggy found any nearby, tiny crumbs as I got situated. Dogs are good for that, though. Napkin dispensers at the tables needed refilling. It smelled lovely in there, like baking bread. ESPN was on the tv. A child in a firemans hat always adds to the ambience. The engineer sandwich comes with Swiss cheese, turkey, mushrooms, tomato, white onion, and lettuce. I ordered it on wheat bread, which was decent enough. It's dressed with mayonnaise, and mustard. There was far too much of the former, and I only tasted the latter on the very end of one side of the grinder. The turkey was quite delicious. The veggies were very fresh. I just think mayo should be a layer of condiment glue that holds a sandwich together, if used at all, not a featured member of the handheld meal. I tasted more mayo than Swiss. Down two stars for the sammich. Up one for the beyond expectations customer service.

Clean restaurant, convenient location and basic customer service. Took 10 minutes to make my Philly sub with two customers ahead of me. I was very disappointed with the amount of meat on my Philly cheesesteak, there was half a handful of meat on my medium size sub. I'm still hungry....

a hot dog with a pickle

Literally would give this place no stars if I could, I'm not exactly sure how you can put together a to go order and NOT see a roach on the food you're packing. If it was seen and still packed then that's absolutely disgusting, I'm not even sure how this place has a 100 from their health inspection if this is how food is being prepared and sent out. The roach probably didn't only touch the pickle it was on, probably a few others but only stuck on the one I was sent with. Absolutely gross.

This is probably my favorite of the Firehouse locations. It is always well stocked, clean, and very fast. Many times I go to other locations I'm disappointed by things not being clean or the sauces filled. You can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches. Probably my favorite sub place out of all the chain ones.

    Meatball sub!

Great attend able service. The sub was pretty great too. I tried the meatball subs although the bread was lacking flavor the meatballs tasted better than what subway offers. They usually have promotions at the front door as well like free gym memberships at la fitness for 15 days or other promotions. Also a bunch of sauces to try at the salsa bar. Overall I think I would go back again n eat another meatball sub after the gym. La fitness is next to this location.

Daaaaaaammnn Daniel ! ! Thank you for the (2) 2.00 off coupons you came by our table with for no apparent reason. Brandon was so friendly and polite when taking our order - he made sure to ask if we wanted everything on our sandwiches or if we wanted to make any changes, i always forget so that was very helpful. Our food came quickly and was correct - Brandon brought it to our table and was once again, very friendly. They had ESPN on too, so that's a definite win. The spotted table tops are too cute - especially being a dog lover. I will be coming back to this location. :)

Delicious!!! My boyfriend and I went here for lunch today for the first time and we were very pleased with our experience. The restaurant is clean and well organized. My boyfriend liked the variety of hot sauce offerings in particular. The staff were very helpful and our food was prepared quickly. I ordered the 8 inch Italian sub and my boyfriend ordered the 12 inch steak and cheese sub. We both enjoyed our food! My sandwich had a lot of flavor and I definitely like it more than Jimmy Johns and Subway. The portion size was very generous! I could only eat half my sandwich and had to take the rest to-go. This may be my new favorite sandwich place!! Our bill was $15 for the two of us which I think is a great deal for the amount of food you get. Try this place if you're looking for an affordable quick bite.

I remember trying these subs for the first time and being blown away. I stopped by recently to grab a sandwich for dinner and it wasn't the greatest. I asked for no mustard and they still put mustard. My sandwich tasted like something was off....I've gotten the same sandwich before and it had tasted amazing. My bf got a salad which didn't look appetizing at all, the lettuce was browned and just looked old. I'll be trying a different location next time.

FIRST TIME VISIT!…read more Woohoo! Been looking for chili cheese fries and happened upon a review for this place boasting fries with a homemade chili so we HAD TO stop in tonight. THE LOCATION: on the very end of a string of businesses in a strip mall that I've never been in before, so that was cool. Lots of parking, that'll never be an issue. And right off the 410. THE MENU: Burgers, dogs, Mexi-style munchies and a variety of frozen dessert-type items like shakes, frozen fruit concoctions and Italian ice. THE STAFF: I wasn't overwhelmed with a warm welcome and smiles, at least from the guys. Lol! They should really work on that. There was a sweet gal who ran out our food orders and she was great. THE FOOD: I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich deluxe with tots and a sweet tea. The grilled chicken was juicy and cooked well and the bun was lovely, slightly sweet and toasted. Overall, the sandwich could've used more flavor, like a creamy bbq spread and cheddar instead of the "Swiss" cheese that tasted more like American cheese. But overall, 7/10. The tots were extra crispy and the guy who took my order didn't take heed to my request for ranch. I was too lazy to get up again so I settled for ketchup. The sweet tea was nicely sweet and fresh, I'll be sipping this in my dreams. The hubby ordered the bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and an Oreo cookie shake. The burger looked good and he ate it quick, so there's that. This guy can EAT so it surprised us both when he slowed down fast after eating that burger. Lol! He kept saying how filling it was, but then he also killed a large shake before the food arrived, so there's that. He ate most of his chili cheese fries, leaving me a few bites to sample. Not bad. I order a Coco Haven frozen dessert to go and omg is this thing delightful! Vanilla ice cream and coconut Italian ice (?) with a blue snow cone-like syrup drizzled throughout. I loved the texture of what I believed to be Italian ice. Smooth and flaky, a perfect icy dessert. OVERALL: decent eatery, the hubby said we can go back (LOL!) Shockerrrrr! But I recommend the staff tries harder to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable. The next visit will be telling.

I originally asked for Colby Jack cheese, but my sandwich was made with Pepper Jack. When I pointed this out, the employee handed the sandwich to the cook in the back. Instead of remaking it, he removed the two slices of Pepper Jack and placed Colby Jack on the same sandwich, which was disappointing from both a food quality and customer service standpoint. When I received the sandwich back, it was completely cold. I asked for a new sandwich. The first one was thrown away, but when I received the replacement, that sandwich was also cold. When I explained the issue to the manager, Anthony responded with a grin and stated, "The sandwich is not guaranteed to be warm because we are a fast-paced company." I then asked if it could be toasted, and he told me they "can't do that." His tone felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. At that point, I asked for a refund since I was not going to eat a cold sandwich. Anthony chuckled, then asked for my card. The interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from a manager. Chick-fil-A's mission states that the company strives "to glorify God by being a faithful steward and having a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A." Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that mission. I have always associated Chick-fil-A with high standards of food quality and exceptional customer service, which is why this situation stood out so strongly. I'm guessing once the initial rush dies down, the experience might feel a bit more relaxed. When I first walked in, there was a slight unpleasant smell, kind of like body odor, which wasn't the best first impression. That said, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though I ordered through the kiosk (which was easy and straightforward to use), employees still checked in to see if I needed anything. After placing my order, it took about 10-15 minutes to get my food, which felt reasonable considering how crowded it was. I decided to sit outside since it was a nice day, and they do have both indoor and outdoor seating options. As for the food--portions are definitely generous. I ordered two sliders (mild spice level) and a salad. The sliders had thick pieces of chicken, and while they were filling, the chicken itself was a bit too thick for my liking and didn't have much flavor beyond the spicy seasoning on the outside. On the positive side, the sauce on the sliders was really good. The salad was also a standout--I genuinely enjoyed it. The fries were another highlight: fresh, crispy, and paired well with the sauce. Overall, this visit felt a bit hit-or-miss, possibly because of how busy things were. I'm willing to give it another try down the line to see if the experience improves once things settle.
