Service was a little slow, but otherwise a fine experience. Pretty big spot for this location.

I love Firehouse Subs. My favorite is the Hook and Ladder on wheat, fully involved. It's the perfect blend of sweet and savory. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly

Real good tasting subs. Even my young son, who doesn't like a whole lot a different foods, enjoys the food here.

The staff was so friendly and working so hard cooking what looked like super fresh chicken. It tasted even better this weekend. I love the spicy fried chicken the most with adobo rice and spaghetti. The gravy was not my favorite the first time, but so good now and the biscuit was my second fav to Popeyes being first, but still fluffy and buttery. And while I tell you it was fast and fresh service, it was prime time dinner time on a weekend, and the long lines did not slow anyone down, they seemed to have worked out all of the bugs. I love the pineapple drink the most, but the kids got some refreshers, and I love that they still have those fun drinks, I got one the time before. I would love to see an expanded dining room, but I would also love to see more metro Detroit locations. I bet Novi would be a great spot to open, I will be your customer! People love it here so I bet it would do well if more opened. Since this seems to be a claimed page, just putting my plea to open more locations. I would also love to see Jollibee serve the palabok noodles in Michigan as well.

The staff noticed and surprised him with a complimentary slice of cake for his birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the day even more special. I can't say that I can really distinguish the peppers and cheese in it, but it did have good flavor and was excellent this way. I'm very interested in trying it with different toppings. I believe it would make a really good chili cheese dog. For me the onion rings para well with everything I get from Portillo's. In addition, I also got a slice of their lemon cake which is apparently a summer only item. I love their chocolate cake, but this was a nice change with a really good lemon flavor. I've had it in shakes before, but I don't think I've ever had the cake on its own. I always get good food from Portillo's but I do have a couple of tips on certain items you might order from the menu. First, if you order a gravy bread and you like it, wet throughout than order, it extra dipped with a side of gravy. This way, if they don't open your bread to dip it, you have plenty of gravy to enjoy. Second, I got some advice on their burgers to hopefully make them less greasy. Apparently they are supposed to flip them several times to remove excess grease but you can ask that they flip them 15 to 20 times which may make a difference. I haven't tried this one yet, but I will give it a shot. I still feel that both of these are training issues that need to be worked on internally.

I got the chicken tenders. They gave me one of each of the 4 hottest levels so that i could compare to back home. The heat levels were not even close. The hottest one got my nose running, but nothing like the mouth numbing heat down south. That wasn't the most disappointing part. The tenders were really dry. I had to drink with them because i couldn't swallow them plain. I see alot of 5 stars and that may be because of the chicken sandwich, which I wish I had purchased instead. I hope they have success, but if you are looking for authentic Nashville hot chicken look somewhere else.

We both ordered chicken sandwiches. He went with "hot" and I ordered "extreme fire". He added fries and the crispy potato and mozzarella corn dog. I tried the corn dog and it was SO good! Everything was very high quality. It's important to note that the sandwich has slaw and pickles on top. It isn't listed in their menu, but we knew ahead of time because of the pictures. The extreme fire was definitely spicy, but not very extreme for someone who likes spice- so if you are a fan of spice, go for it. We look forward to going back. I would like to try the miso, dumplings, and more. Thank you!

Have I never written a review here? Let's change that right now…read more.. I have visited here a handful of times in the past. I prefer this location over one that is much closer to my residence. This trip, I ordered online through their Android app. I was able to select my meal quickly and schedule a time for pickup. Once I arrived I scanned the counter as I passed by to wash up before dining. Yep, my order was ready and waiting (about 1:45pm). As I entered the restroom, I noticed that it could use some attention. The sink area was untidy, mirror could use a good cleaning and the sink looked as if it belonged out in a shop area somewhere. It really needs a good scrubbing! The paper towel dispenser was totally out of toweling. On to my meal ... I ordered a mixed 4 piece meal, spicy with an unsweet tea. Unfortunately, my tea was sweet - oh well. The rest of the order was correct. I liked their version of Cole slaw. Now, on to the chicken ... Popeyes served breaded chicken, heavily breaded chicken. You can literally take a bit and get a mouthful of breading, no chicken. Sometimes I don't bite too hard, just in case there is a bone hidden inside. Okay, besides the breading, the chicken is cooked well, but still moist and tender. The spice level is about perfect for my taste. My final portion of the meal was there biscuit. As usual, it was tasty, not overcooked. Overall, had the restroom been clean, this review would have been a 5 star. Offering a clean washroom for patrons it a must in my opinion. I will return.

Just because they are all the way in the suburbs, the low class ghetto people somehow infiltrate good neighborhoods that have places like this. This is Sterling Heights, and I'm very disappointed.
