They didn't put enough oil in my car. They have done this far too often and have got away with it too many times. They claim it is my fault that I didn't check the oil after it was changed and therfore they are not at fault. Shameful. read more

sketchy at best. I got the oil changed in my car and have since found out it was short ( within a month the oil light was back on and the dipstick showed practically NOTHING in there). Their "check" failed to note a couple of apparently obvious things that another garage pointed out. When I came in I got treated like a "dumb female" and the guy tried to persuade me taht there were deathly important repairs that HAD to be completed in their store IMMEDIATELY (to the cost of almost $700). Now be advised these problems were things that I then took to my brother in law (a mechanic) who laughed and said he'd never even heard of two of the "services" that were deathly important to the life of my car. I left there feeling extremely worried about my vehicle and less trusting of their service because instead of explaining why i needed them I simply felt pressured to accept and pay for the work. The $10 difference between their service and others that include fluids isn't worth it unless you're desperate and know your car well enough to ignore the "suggested" maintainance. read more

I didn't have any trouble. It was good it was open at 7am on Saturday (other services stores were closed). I came without scheduling and got 1h and 15 min waiting. Think it's a fair time. This is really worst place ever. I put my car 5 hours there to buy two new tires that they actually were guaranteed and they would get the same price as it was, so they would not use pro adjustment and also in case my tires have had the lifetime alignment guarantee, the man said I should pay 90 dollars for that and after I showed my invoice, he said that he did a mistake. After 5 hours they did not do anything in my car and I was in their office. Anyway, I got back my car from them and went to Discount Tire close by there and they offer the same tires much chipper and they fix my tires in just 45 minutes. I would like to say to those who would like to have an idea that please do not waste your time and your money on whose do not care. I will not buy anything from Fire Stone ever. My radiator cracked and I got it replaced here. A few months later, my A/C kicked out. I had a long drive ahead of me and asked this Firestone to do a general maintenance check as well as check my A/C. They said I needed to replace my whole A/C system as well as a few other things (struts, spark plugs). $1400+ just for A/C. I declined and 6 hours into my 12 hour drive my car started to overheat. I had to crank my heat for the remainder of the drive in the middle of summer to keep my engine cool enough to drive. When I got to my destination, I again had my car looked at again. There was a leak in my radiator connection so the coolant was low and for $50 I had it fixed and now my A/C works great and my car doesn't overheat. My daughter took her car to replace a pin size leak in the radiator hose a task the ford dealer quoted $130 . The car unfortunately could not make it to the dealership due to overheating. So she had the firestone dealer do the work. Now keep in mind we are talking about one hose and they could not give her a quote until they look at the car.After working the car into thier busy schedule they charge $295 to install a $18 hose and included over $25. in misc parts.They also recommend the car needs another $900 in more hoses, 2 tires and alignment, brake fluid exchange (I'm not making this up).I feel this business takes advantage of women.Save your money and take your car to a good repair shop............... read more

This place is an absolute joke. Rude staff that seems to work part-time as car salesmen because I come in with an older car and they keep telling me to get another car. My car is running fine - that is until I have a maintenance job done at this place. Flush the brake fluid and do not remove all the air - guess what? Brake light keep coming on. This never happened until they flushed the brake fluid, but according to their oh so arrogant counter person - "nothing we have done could cause your brake light to come on" It is your old car (have only heard that x times before when stopping by this place). Of course they can look at it, but it will be 3 hours and then I will have to pay for whatever they find because it is my old car, not their shoddy workmanship. I only went to this place after staying away from it for 5 years because I had to go to a place on Sunday to get a new battery, so I thought, fine I give them another chance. Lesson learned - never again. This place is good at fixing stuff and more - the "and more" meaning regular return visits to fix the problems that you never had until they worked on your car. Other than checking the air pressure on tires, I would not let them touch my car again. BTW - I went to another place that diagnosed the issue just as I had predicted, low brake fluid due to air in the line (yeah, all these comments on google are not wrong) and after correctly handling the brake fluid job, my car is running fine. I spent some more money fixing the Firestone Quality destruction of my car, but at least my money went to people that know how to fix cars and not the Firestone Agents of eternal hell and damnation for all car owners unlucky enough to take their car here. $2000 later and the car still isn't right. Took the car in for a clutch replacement, two weeks later, when it was finally "done", drove off and the clutch wouldn't go into gear. Took it back, they kept it for another week and it's still not right. Pleasant interaction with Eddie, but I doubt I'd trust them with my car again! read more

There were two vehicles make and model just alike that were brought in at tthe same time. So when I received my initial quote of the issue I was given the information for the other car but Miles Cotillier, Jr caught the error and personally walked through searching the issue and ensuring that my issues were correctly identified and properly addressed.He made sure that all of the issues were resolved in a timely fashion. It was because of him that tge mix up was identified and quickly resolved before any work was done on either car. I even called and added on additional items for him to check and he did them with a smile. Miles Cotillier Jr provided excellent superior customer service and support . He went above and beyond. He is the epitome of customer satisfaction at its best. He was extremely helpful. Him, the technician and Sales agent took the time to thoroughly explain my issues, show me visual aids, to help make sure I had a good understanding and showed me the worn out dysfunctional parts in the process. Let me begin by saying we have been going here for over 5 years! I initially went in yesterday, for a free tire rotation and they discovered other imminent problems that needed to be addressed. Not only did Eddie personally take me to my car, he patiently and thoroughly explained every single problem. He even let me take a picture, so I could share it with my husband at work. Eddie helped me to prioritize the problems and reminded me of their 6 months interest deferred program. Upon arriving at my appointment, Edwin, was professional and courteous. He continued this professionalism until the end of the night when they were closing. Eddie has an amazing team working for him now, including the crew in the back. I was so impressed by Eddie's kindness, it prompted me to do this review. We have always been 100% satisfied by their work and care for their clients! To put this simply, this Firestone is not trustworthy at all. In fact, by taking your car here you could be putting your car and your life at risk. I am unsure of whether or not the issues are caused by the intention to scam me or due to the workers being utterly that incompetent, but every single time I have taken my car to this Firestone (as others have mentioned as well), it has come back with a new, often worse and dangerous issue, anywhere from just 1 day to 2 weeks later. For example: 1) I took the car in to get a battery fix - then while I was literally driving back from the shop to go home that night the car started jerking violently and I had to pull over to the side of the road as quickly as possible and the check engine light came on because somehow, that night, wires got mysteriously damaged near the engine. 2) I took the car in to get a tire replaced and asked the men to carefully check to see if any of the other tires needed repair or replacement. On the phone when they got back to me they clearly said, "We've checked the tires and all of them are in good condition, no need to replace." One week later, another tire gets a serious flat on the road due to what they would end up saying was indeed serious wear and tear. Funny how I also happened to have a warranty that would have given me a large discount on the tires, when they conveniently said I "didn't need any replacements". When I came in one week later and brought the car in they suddenly backtracked and said "Well we weren't sure of the tires". They lied about the condition and safety of my tires and deliberately gave me the green light to continue driving when the tires were apparently seriously worn, and another serious flat happened due to their condition. Complete, malicious scammers. I have had additional tire issues after replacing the rest of the tires and also oil problems directly after taking the car to the shop. This is the last I will ever be taking my car to the shop. No matter how loyal you are to this Firestone, they are potential scammers and malicious greedy people. I am utterly disgusted and discourage anyone from using this Firestone if they value their car and their safety. read more

Be very careful about this business. You can obtain a quote on line which I did and I brought it in with me as instructed. Then when I picked my car up later I had an extra $94 charge on the bill that was totally unexpected! The quotes states nothing about not including the extra labor charge. They do tell you that the quote doesn't include tax. read more

Friendly staff, however, they scammed me. I went to replace my brake pads but got forced to replace the rusty brake motors too. I learned later on that there was absolutely no need to replace rusty motors as the rotors on my car were already replaced about 14 months back. Folks - brake rotors are supposed to be rusty once tires get in contact with water (rain,etc). It is very disheartening to see that they are just another business trying to squeeze as much money as possible from the customers. read more
