These guys straight up lied to us. So badly, it's laughable! Told us 2 of our tires were run flats and 2 weren't. We had a screw in one of the run flats. They told us we needed to replace the tire, and they had to replace the 2 others that weren't run flats because it's unsafe to drive a vehicle with a mix of run flat and non-run flat wheels. AND our only tire option was $290 a pop. Needless to say we took it somewhere else instead for a second opinion and they laughed at us. Apparently the Firestone guy was just trying to make a buck off of us. We already have ALL run flat tires. Will never be going here again!!! read more

I had no reason to not trust the staff or mechanics. I came in for an oil change and i know my check engine light has been on and they told me what I needed for it and also little things like my light bulb which I know had fell out. I don't know squat about cars, and so it is very hard to trust a stranger who could easily take advantage of that ignorance. That being said, these guys are the best! I was told by an outside source that I needed a new rim before I could put a new tire on my '99 Acura. When I took it into Firestone to get a price quoted for the rim and tire, the store manager (Tyler) and Chad educated me on the issue and saved me a TON of money. Turns out I didn't "need" a new rim at all, especially considering that I am buying a new car soon! The whole team is really friendly and make you feel right at home. They remind me of a small town service station: treat the customer right, offer fair pricing, and keep me informed of my options, and even recommend lower price options to help save money. I found their tire pricing for performance tires a better value than Costco, I love the lifetime alignment - Do it - great value. Their mechanics for motor care are good too and a lot less expensive than the dealer. Pro tip: Call ahead to make an appointment if possible to get the next open spot, otherwise the wait can get long by they are so good. Went in for a inspection after I had my car serviced down the road. They failed me and told me that I needed the same work done that I just paid to have done and even told me that I needed some more work done to my car outside of the original scope that I had checked at 2 other places which they said was not needed and then charged me $40. I went down the block and the guy passed the inspection for less cash and again said that nothing came up on his inspection... Would avoid these guys if you could. read more

If I could leave a negative review I would. I took my car to this firestone 2 weeks ago to get new brakes. They ended up breaking something else in the process. (This is the second time they've broken something else while working on my car) I took it to a different firestone that told me specifically that I needed to take it back to this one to get the work fixed for free, as it should be!!! RUSTY the most unprofessional manager I've had the pleasure to talk to gave me so much attitude. Denied they broke anything and constantly interrupted me as I was trying to explain what happened. I also needed it fixed before Monday for work and bc "I dropped it off on Sat at 4:30" they won't be able to fix it until Monday. I tried to tell rude Rusty the only reason it's so late is because the other firestone was trying to figure out what THEY broke sense Friday!!! He didn't care, kept interrupting me, and when I told him I'd be calling corporate he gave me the direct line. He really didn't care. Unbelievable, worst service I've ever had. Very disappointed. I came in needing a valve stem replaced. I was told $21 dollars, cool beans. Quite a while later, the guy came back and told me the sensor in the stem needs to be replaced, and now its $89 dollars. I told him Im not worried about the sensor ( have been having issues with them for years with this car) and to just please change the stem. He refused to service the car, and said he would put the spare back on it and send me on my way. Im literally 17 hours from home, and have NO ONE to turn to and no alternatives, and need my (brand new) tire back on my car in working order. As I was paying, he said well the tire is in good shape I was able to save it, I said, Im not stupid, I know the tire is fine, its new. He also sheepishly admitted that he couldn't get the tire pressure light to go off.to which I replied, I know that , I have had issues with them for years. I have also had stems replaced before for about $20. He still insists that you cant change the stem without changing the sensor. I will do more research, and I will follow up with a few letters. I feel very taken advantage of. He really saw me coming. Funny, the original quote was from a female employee, no fuss no muss, and then somehow a male comes along and manages to squeeze out and additional $70........ Beware, and read reviews. read more

I've gone to Firestone for years. Had thought them to be fairly honest. My last trip however, may be my last. I took my 2011 Honda CR-V in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me the $20 Oil Change coupon, that I'd just printed from their website, was no good on my Honda because it required full synthetic. They charged me $60 for an oil change and told me that was WITH the $20 discount. My neighborhood auto shop could put full synthetic in for $30. Next they told me that two of the 2-year old tires I purchased from them needed to be replaced, were out of warranty and wouldn't pass inspection. NEWSFLASH - they don't check tire tread for inspections (only emissions). I just got my Honda inspected at another location, and passed with flying colors, without changing the tires! Nice try Firestone!! How about training your employees to be FAIR & HONEST with customers. THIS sort of crap is what gives auto shops a bad wrap. read more

I have been serviced by Jordan, the manager, twice now, and the second time by Kacie as well, and it's because of their professionalism, customer service, and going above and beyond to ensure safety and that all needs are met that I don't believe I will ever go anywhere else because of my loyalty now to this company at the Ohio and Park location. They are trustworthy, and both Jordan and Kacie represented for their company what the epitome of customer service truly is. This is the absolute best auto shop I've ever been to. Unbelievable service and great people! We entered the store to a line of about 3 people. The man behind the counter , who was helping another customer, said "Folks, I'll be right with you." A few minutes later he said "Don't give up on me. Almost finished." It was 3:00 Saturday afternoon. We were 200 miles from home, on vacation. Our car overheated and shut down. They seemed very busy and the shop was full but they pulled our car in and started diagnosis within minutes. Water pump was busted and leaking. They quoted us a fair price, tried to help us find a rental car. Being Saturday all rental car places were closed. No problem. "We will just have to get it fixed for you today", he said. And at 6:00 (less than 2 hours later) we were rolling. Everything about this place was perfect! And I have a 1 year warranty on the repair that can be honored at any Firestone nationwide. It's so close to my house but I've finally decided to stop giving them my business. I got here at 9AM and left at 1045AM for one oil change. This is not unusual. Got a nail in my tire while visiting in Plano, my 86 year old grandmother took my car in to have tire fixed. They advised her they were unable to repair the tire and a new one needed to be purchased for $300. They also advised her she could not keep the damaged tire it needed to be disposed of. My grandmother bought the new tire and let them throw out the old. A few months later got a massive screw in another tire (about the size of a dime) went to discount tire and they were able to fix it for free in under an hour. Seeing is how it was the same brand with the same wear and all bought at the same time I find it hard to believe they couldn't patch a nail but discount could patch with a large screw. I've also NEVER heard of not being able to take your old tire with you. This could have been one terrible employee at this store, but they assured I will only go to discount from now on!!
