    What we couldn't eat
    Alexander A.

Ok , darn it , I'm so disappointed because I know their workers try their best but their recipes had change , their flavors is like a mix of salty latin food and full of msg Chinese, I'm not even going to give a detail of this horrible experience, I know we are still in the pandemic but really this food was not what #1chinese use to be ! I'm not new to the block , I being here for over 10 years but wow so bad we just have to eat the shrimp and the wings because we were very hungry . But they still were so tasteless . The owner needs to do something!

First choice was actually second choice because the other Chinese place was closed. We ordered off of seamless, order came quickly and correct. The only think was their French fries were not as amazing as what was expected. They were very thin. Everything else was delicious though. Broccoli was cooked well, sauce was good and rice perfect. I was very happy. Though they could have added more hot sauce in the bag.

    Nasty food never ever again

Zero start I order the most simple food chicken wing and totones. I ask for the chicken to be crispy didn't get it ... totones loook and taste 3 day old and the portion was ridiculously... wow $775 I got garbage. Never again it was my first time here's and definitely my last

Good food cooked to order although make sure you get what you're expecting your plate to consist of. I ordered a sesame chicken lo mein "$2 extra"! She yells to which i exclaim okay! Long story short somewhere along the line sesame got dropped and I just got some good spicy chicken with lo mein "$2 extra!" Seriously though so I ask what I had she tells me some people don't want sesame seeds with that order so i gave her the did I say I wanted mine that way? No I don't want them now I was wondering why my order of sesame chicken had not one. That's all not mad angry upset or distraught just want my order as explained. Thank you

This is my go to Chinese spot in the Washington heights area. Honestly, I get the same thing every time. General Tso's chicken with either fried rice or lo mein. This dish is made perfectly in my opinion. The chicken isn't soggy and had a little crunch just like I like it. I also like their sweet cream wontons. You can get 10 for $5. They are a nice little treat if you are craving something sweet. I've tried other places in the heights and they don't give me the same satisfaction.

Very bad delivery service, waited more than 2 hours for food. When I called the restaurant after 2 hours they rudely said its on its way.

If you want General Tso or Sesame chicken go to Number One Chinese instead because the sauce and chicken quality is bad but lo mien is good

Absolutely obsessed with their Sesame Tofu (extra crispy) which comes with a little bit of broccoli and a side of white rice.

We happened on this spot on the way to a show, and so happy we did. Such a cozy small dining room,…read moretastefully and simply designed. Everything was delicious! I had the classic Tonkatsu Ramen, with an egg - The pork ws seared and still so tender! The broth was very flavorful. My husband has a salmon rice bowl, and he loved it. He said the fish was cooked perfectly! We started with veggie gyoza, and they do them in a very interesting way. Very flat and all fried together. We were surprised when they brought them, but they were awesome! we were. fan of this style almost immediately! The waiter gently recommended the pork gyoza (his preference) but not everyone at the table eats meat, so we stayed with the vegetable. We really enjoyed our meal! everything was quick, the service was above and beyond, we would happily return!

The restaurant is a small cozy place that's great for a date night. The ramen itself was good. It wasn't very spicy despite me ordering the spicy beef ramen. However that's usually the case for all ramen places. The broth was delicious which I finished every last drop of. Again, the meal was very delicious. It wasn't a memorable bowl of ramen but I have no complaints. The ingredients were great and it had good flavor. It's definitely one of the better spots in the neighborhood. I could recommend this location for a date night over the other ramen establishments in the area. Again, there's no shortage of choices.

Aside from that, we had a fantastic experience here at Friedmans Herald Square near Penn Station. They were playing Hilary Duff music, which was such a fun touch since they often match the vibe of whatever is happening at MSG! They even had special Hilary Duff mocktails. The atmosphere is super sweet and cozy. The restaurant was empty when we first walked in, but the second we sat down, it completely packed up! The waiter was very friendly, and even though they weren't able to split the check at the table, they did provide an itemized receipt to make figuring it out easy. The food was great overall--the Mac & Cheese bites and the corn were especially good! We also tried the cheesecake and molten cake. Plus, the neighbors sitting next to us were so sweet. A wonderful spot with a fun vibe!

I was so full I totally forgot to drink my latte but the latte was good too. Ambiance was nice clean and very busy.

As the name implies, it really is an excellent dumpling house!…read more Me and my buddies were in Jersey and New York for some hockey games, and wanted to go to a deli, get some Chinese food, and a slice of pizza. Got off the E train and when we looked for Chinese food, this place popped up with good reviews and it was just a short walk from where we got off the train. My buddies ordered the special lunches and we also got two types of xlb's, beef chow fun, and some fried dumplings. The special lunches come with a little fried rice, cold garlic flavored noodle, choice of egg drop or hot and sour soup, and main side. My buddies all enjoyed their meals. The beef chow fun was also really good and beef was nice and tender. The xiao long baos were excellent and is comparable to any place in California like DTF. Nice and juicy and great with some ginger, soy sauce, and spicy chili. Friendly service and food comes out pretty quickly. Credit card is accepted. Bathroom was also very clean, which is sometimes rare in some Chinese restaurants I have been to. If you're looking for a good Chinese meal, stop here when you're in the Chelsea area.

I missed a call and literally two minutes later the call came through again and the woman yelled at me - "hurry up hurry up, hurry up, hurry up!" said the driver was waiting 10-15 minutes for me, which was simply untrue - I got a call literally two minutes before- just rude. Added a screenshot in case the owner doubles down that it was 15 mins. Guess the first call was from the delivery driver, and the second was from the restaurant itself. ‍ But the really disappointing part is that they didn't pack any soup separate from the noodles! - So my chicken dumpling noodle soup basically had no soup - don't know if they forgot it or if it was absorbed by the noodles but most restaurants at this point know to pack the broth and the noodles separately,- so I ended up having to add some of my own vegetable broth, which totally was not the flavor I was hoping for. So - love the food, but delivery service leaves a lot to be desired - next time I'll try giving instructions to pack the soup separate from the noodles and see if that helps!
