All locations of First Watch are always incredibly busy on weekends during brunch time, but they have mastered the art of turning tables. I visited the location off of 275 on Montgomery on a Saturday around 10:30 am. There were crowds of people waiting, but for a table for 2, it was only a 10 minute wait. I sipped some free coffee and people-watched. We were seated and our waitress immediately approached us and took a drink order. Soon after our drinks were brought out, we were able to order off of the extensive menu. My husband got the standard breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, and hashbrowns) and I made up my own omelette (egg whites, turkey sausage, and cheese). The food was made pretty quickly considering the business of the restaurant, but everything was hot when brought out. My omlette, for being so plain, was actually delicious! The eggs were not missing the yolk at all, and the turkey sausage had the same amount of spice and flavor that regular sausage did. The cheese was sparsely covering the omlette, which I appreciated, since a person ordering egg whites and turkey sausage probably does not want it dripping in cheese. My husband especially enjoyed the hashbrowns, they had a great flavor to them and retained their heat. I appreciate mgmt responding , however I went back and double checked....I ordered from your online menu and it doesn't state omelets are served with grrens. I have been eating at the Harper's Pointe location for at least 7 years and I have never been served greens and whole grain toast. The same omelet I always get and has always been served with potatoes and English muffin. I have never been offered greens with my omelet nor asked to choose between greens and potatoes! Please take a look at your menu online and correct me if I am wrong! Our go-to breakfast place, it's not unusual for us to eat here multiple times in one week. I have never not had a great meal, food is consistently fresh and delicious, service is stellar, and they are kid-friendly even on their busiest mornings. Cheddar bacon pancakes are ridiculously, dangerously good. I'll get those when I'm feeling like a heartier, more decadent meal. Seasonally, the pumpkin pancakes are yummy as well. You really can't go wrong with the omelettes. I usually sub their multigrain toast for the English muffin. Their coffee is possibly my favorite of all chain restaurants and the carafe of hot refills on the table is a definite bonus. Sad to find they got rid of the fruit crepes, but they have added many more menu options to help heal my broken heart. read more

A large and varied breakfast menu with your standard fare and then fun alternatives for people willing to get out of their midwestern comfort zone. My dining companion had the chorizo filled omelet and I had the Tri-Athlete egg white omelet off the Lighter Fare menu. Such a lovely breakfast. Everything was good. From homemade salsa, thick rye bread, tasty mushrooms, and sweet homemade jelly. And get the coffee- it was a great cup of coffee. read more

If I lived in Cincinnati, this would be my go to place for breakfast everyday. Everything was delicious and they had a wide variety of options which is perfect for a vegetarian! We had a table of 6 but only had to wait about 20 minutes for a Sunday at 10AM (prime time for brunch). There pancakes are especially delicious but anything you get can be perfect! The only complaint I had was that my toast was a little cold but that's not the worst that can happen on a Sunday morning so I wasn't too concerned. I've been to various First Watch about 6 times and was satisfied only twice. The one downtown and the one in Montgomery. The eggs Benedict are always cold and they are not traditional. The service is haphazard. It is overpriced for what it is. The noise level can be deafening. I've given up on this breakfast eaterie. read more

This is my all time favorite breakfast spot. It's farmhouse themed which I like. The parma hash is my favorite item on the menu. I'd highly recommend it. They are usually a little noisy, which is the one downside. They have a good family atmosphere, wich makes this a good place to bring the kids to. read more

On our way home, we stopped at First Watch for breakfast. I ordered Eggs Benedict and my husband ordered the Killer Cajun omelet. We also shared a Belgian waffle with 100% pure maple syrup and mixed berries capote. All three tasty dishes were fresh and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived, but we were seated right away. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt. Stopping at First Watch for breakfast was the perfect way to start our day! We went there for breakfast after not eatng there for a while, We were very surprised at how far it had dropped from previous visits. The table was dirty and VERY sticky. I had the "smoked ham and Gruyere Omelette" which was made from what I can only describe as a pile of of boiled - not smoked ham with a coating of cheese pm yop. Not inedible but not what we were used to seeing. Its a shame how far it has dropped. We should have known because at 9:00 AM on a Saturday there was no line and plenty of open tables. We have lived in CIncy for about 2 years and have been unable to find a decent place to have breakfast - until now! Food is fabulous and served quickly, never greasy or overcooked. The wait staff gets along with one another and every time we have eaten there, there is a friendly vibe. The manager (or possibly owner) is always walking around the restaurant and is quite approachable. The food is served quickly but we have never felt rushed and there is a nice mix of business people, families, and student-type customers. I love the omelettes, which you can get with a salad, potatoes, or fruit. Hubby likes the hash and my 3 year old always gets the scrambled eggs and bacon. Coffee is super strong, so you may need an extra sugar (or two!) but overall, a great breakfast / brunch / lunch location!! read more

My husband and I eat here at least once a week, sometimes more. The food is always fresh, delicious and cooked the way we request it. This trip I had a light lunch of Butternut Squash soup from the new Fall menu, and the Kale tonic. Both were delicious and healthy. Today was my 3rd time going to First Watch. Each time I arrived around 9:30 during the weekdays and I was able to get a table right away. Waiters and waitresses are VERY attentive. The moment I sit down, they bring a pot of coffee and offer some. I've ordered hot tea there too and they'll bring you a hot pot of water, your choice of tea, lemon, honey, and cream in a small container. Their food is absolutely delicious! Their food is made fresh using fresh ingredients and they don't use heat lamps or deep fryers. I recommend the following dishes: Chickichanga (spicy), Farmers Stand Breakfast Choice, and their Cheddar Bacon Pancakes. It's a really nice place, but I dropped a star because each time I've visited, their tables are slightly sticky. They're those old farm tables made of wood (the surfaces not sealed) so cleaning and wiping with just water doesn't cut it. You need to use hot water and a decent amount of soap to get the wood clean. read more
