Tri-Athlete with greens (no fruit cup)
    Matthew R.

Second time patronizing a First Watch. This location was convenient after kayaking at Creve Coeur Lake, and my vehicle with kayaks fit fine in the large parking lot area. I enjoyed the Tri-Athlete again. At this location, it came with greens instead of a fruit cup, which was a benefit to my health. I would honestly take it either way. She enjoyed the eggs Benedict, which were good, with a slightly firmer yolk than normal. Good energy and vibes at this place...we will be back.

This is what they put in your omelet , an avocado that's nearly rotten. Clearly, they could've used better ingredients.

Always enjoy a nice brunch from First Watch! Definitely a busy spot for Saturday brunch but worth the wait! Nice warm and family style restaurant. Tried their new and freaking dragon fruit drink and it was great! Also tried the season pumpkin pancakes. Unfortunately, those were a bit underwhelming. I couldn't really taste the pumpkin flavor. I wish there were more non-meat protein options though! Our servers were great! One of our times took awhile to come out and they ended up covering my sister's meal because of it!

My friend and I went here for brunch yesterday to celebrate our birthday's. Be sure to sign up for their emails. I used my bday treat from them for buy one meal and get one free Their menu has a nice selection of fresh entrees. They also have different specials that they introduce. The muffins and pancakes are delicious. One pancake is as big as your plate. It can definitely be shared with another person. The millionaire bacon is a crisp sweet treat. They also have some great drinks. First Watch is very popular and you will probably have a wait depending on the time you go. You can join their waitlist online and they will text when your table is ready.

I came here this morning in hopes of getting a simple breakfast and First Watch delivered. Let me preface this by stating you have to be a brave soul to conquer this location and at peak times on the weekends. Since I was hungry, I was prepared in the event I had to wait. Upon walking in, I noticed there were a lot of people waiting in the front. I figured I'd at least ask what the wait was and hoped it wouldn't be too long, especially since I was dining solo. She told me it'd be about 15-20 mins, so I went ahead and put my name down. In exactly 15 mins, I was notified my table was ready and off I went. It seems like they update the menu every so often and I noticed they had a few new drinks that I was eager to try. I opted for the Mango Passion Palmer, which comprised of mango and passion fruit, as well as organic ginger and green tea. It was incredibly refreshing and didn't have the after taste of tea, which I thought it would. For brunch, I got the Traditional, which came with two eggs, breakfast potatoes, two chicken sausage patties, and multigrain toast. Note, you have the option to substitute the meat and the toast. I decided to add some mozzarella and spinach to my eggs because why not? The food came out in a timely manner and was hot! The eggs were scrambled perfectly and I liked that the spinach and cheese were mixed in, instead of sitting on top. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned just right and had the perfect amount of crisp, while not being overly done. The toast was thick but paired well with everything else on my plate. Alas came the chicken sausage patties and while I took a couple bites, I realized I could do without. Despite the chaos of the morning, my server, Paige, always made sure to check in on me and made sure my meal was to my liking. Once finished, I went up to the front to pay and was on my way. This place is always a solid option for fast, healthy food and even if there's a wait, I promise you it's worth it.

(MARCH 2024) I came here during the spring and split some Shrimp & Grits and the A.M. Superfoods Bowl with my friend after we got done doing the Creve Coeur stairs so it was the perfect amount of food with protein ever! Service is always good at First Watch and hardly any wait considering how busy they were on a Sunday!

Always a good breakfast/brunch stop at First Watch. Atmosphere is homey. Service is always nice and quick. Food is as you'd expect for good, classic, breakfast food - it's what we usually order. We haven't tried any of the newer menu items. The pancakes are always a must-have and they're huge and fluffy!

First Watch is one of the places that I will continually go back to. They have fresh food, using seasonal ingredients. I've eaten throughout the St Louis area, to Columbia, and the food is all the same. Friendly service greats you, great place for a family to grab breakfast or brunch, or to meet with friends. I love their fresh juices - many of which can boost your immune system! Stop in and check them out when you get a chance...you will be going back again too.

We absolutely love First Watch. We try to find this restaurant wherever we are! This time we visited and ate the ham and cheese with a side of fruit. He ordered the breakfast burrito. This was ordered by numerous people sitting near us. So yummy! This place is clean, has the nicest staff, and the food is so delicious. If you haven't tried First Watch yet, you are missing out.

The service was good, as well as the food. I couldn't get past the food on the floor at the table where I was seated or lack of a clean table.

    Smoked salmon eggs Benedict

Can't cook poach eggs to save their life. I Love eggs Benedict smoked salmon and I love first watch but this location eggs are either barely cooked or hard boiled . Been here 5 times in last month and every time this has been the case I drive an extra 10 mins to go to clarkson and olive from now on

The food was delicious and service excellent. This place is only open for breakfast and lunch. There is usually a wait to be seated. However, it is worth the wait. There are so many food options to choose from. None have disappointed. Many are unique and full of flavor. I do recommend this restaurant. One thing to be prepared for though is to feel rushed. The servers try to turn the tables over quickly as possible. We received our check with our meal. After about 3-5 minutes while we were eating, we were asked if we needed any boxes. It was a bit over the top. However, putting that aside everything was wonderful.

Nothing better than a yummy, filling brunch before hopping on a flight. The fam suggested First Watch last Tuesday for our last meal together before I flew home. This location is nearest my parents apartment, so off we went around 10am. There wasn't a wait, but the place was bustling. The very first thing I noticed...the smiles and friendliness of literally every staff member. You don't find that very often, and it really makes a restaurant feel brighter. As for our meal selection, the healthy Turkey and an omelette for my parents, while I copied my daughters selection of the tri-fecta, subbing in potatoes for the eggs. The food came out hot and fast, and of course with a smile. All of the plates looked and tasted good, but for my daughter and I the star was the skillet potatoes...crispy with those dark yummy edges, and FULL of flavor. I can't speak for other locations, but this, my only experience at a First Watch, was great. No complaints. Fast, friendly, and clean, with healthier breakfast options available, great food and good portions.

That being said, the atmosphere was very pleasant. The service was also pleasant, but they took about 10 minutes to hand me my order - not ideal when you're in a rush. The food we got was very good. Lemon Ricatta Pancakes? Absolutely amazing combination! Traditional Breakfast? Delicious - eggs, bacon and hash browns were SO flavorful. Red Velvet Latte? Interesting combo, a bit too strong for my taste. All I could taste was coffee.
