We had brunch on Sunday as a big group of 12 people! The wait time was longer since they didn't have a table ready for us . The food is great. The drinks are delicious and healthy, and menu is more toward healthy side! Avocado toast is yummy and the wrap is filling and comes with some fresh fruit. I will definitely go back ! read more

Love this restaurant!! We're visiting the kids and grandkids here in Frisco. And we were blessed to have a First Watch literally around the corner from our hotel. It of course was packed for fathers day and we waited for about forty five minutes. Well worth the wait!!!! Manager was very friendly and understanding when We continued to requested info about our remaining wait time. Soon as we sat down the manager sent someone over to our table to drop off glasses and cups and take our order. Once we received our order, my wife immediately tasted hers and was not thoroughly convinced this was to be our go to breakfast restaurant. I was convinced months ago but she had to test it a few tomes before she said yes. She is very picky about where she eats, but after eating here she was convinced. A mist try!!! read more

We were standing in line to check in get a table and the wait staff over looked us as she checked in others that were coming in behind us. The staff is completely clueless. We went at 2pm on a Sunday so it was not busy. Between the 3 ppl at the front no one bothered to seat us even after asking. We finally asked again and got seated by a waitress. Once at the booth there was food on the seat and trash under the table. Pretty nasty. The First Watch in my college town was a place I found myself a lot but living in McKinney I hadn't made it out to this one yet! I was really craving some banana granola pancakes and went with my sister on a Saturday thinking that it was going to be crazy busy. Thankfully we beat the big brunch crowd because we got there thirty minutes before closing. Even though we did go later in the day we received the best service and everyone was so incredibly kind. The pancakes and scrambled eggs was incredible and we very much enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended! read more

$17.15 for one person breakfast of 3 eggs, 2 pieces of sausage and 4 pieces of bacon??!? Too top it off the eggs were semi-runny... I'm not usually too sensitive to price, but putting almost $20 out for a small egg breakfast is annoying, particularly since I've eaten here before, same breakfast tho only 2 eggs, and it's been around $12... strange that I was charged more, but it's because the waitress before rang it up in a way more favorable (since it's all a la carte). The food is fair, not great, I've come back simply due to proximity to work... that's done, i won't be back - being ripped off/gouged pretty much seals the deal for me. I would not recommend this place. By the way, don't let the re-brand "First Watch" fool you, it's still the Egg & I, just with a facelift and apparently new owners who maybe spent too much for it and are now bleeding their customers to cover the costs... bummer. read more

We decided to give this place a try. It used to be the Egg and I. Came in, decor was okay, waitress was nice. She poured our coffee and right before my husband and I made our first sip I noticed that both of our cups had someone else's LIPSTICK on it!!!! I opened our silverware and it was filthy!!!! I've been to a few other First Watch restaurants and I love the food and the selections available for healthy breakfast. At this particular First Watch the food was good but the service was absent. It was terrible in the sense it wasn't there. Our server took 10 minutes to come by the first time to take our order and then we didn't see her again until she brought our check. And that took 15 minutes after we were finished eitth our meal. With a line of people waiting to be seated. My wife wanted some butter for her dry toast that wasn't toasted and wound up telling a different server, because we never saw ours again, never mind. Great customer service! This is our go to weekend breakfast spot. This weekend they were busy as usual. When we went to pay our bill the manager took care of it for us. He said he noticed we waited a little longer than he would of liked. We were happy with the service so for him to take note of such a detail in his restaurant and comp our meal was true customer service.
