I am so disgusted on how I was just treated by the Manager Christine today. The server was nice and sweet and very pleasant. She helped us order our breakfast I had the brisket corned beef and my boyfriend had the Breakfast tacos. So when it came out it looked great. Until I moved the eggs on top to see there was literally like barely ANY MEAT. So I showed the server and she was like "yeah that isn't right". As she went to take it back the couple next to us said they had the same complaint with getting like a small scoop of meat. That's when the rude Christine came with my same plate and was like "the server is wrong, this dish is right it is only 6oz of meat". I was like so that's all the meat you get in a dish that says corned beef. There is no corned beef. She said yes that's it very abruptly and rude. She was like you want another one being condescending tone. Like I'll get you the same dish with no meat... I said no and just ate the little that was there not wanting to cause a scene. The server came and apologized to me she felt so bad. As we were leaving I went to pay and the hostess asked if everything was okay. I told her no. As I was telling her what happened her face didn't seem shocked and to make things worse the same manager walked out of the kitchen and gave me the worst smirky smile and was damn near skipping around me like ha ha. The hostess saw that and her face turned red. I think before I actually said something and stoop to her level I left. My boyfriend felt that she maybe acted like that because we are an interracial couple which would be astonishing in 2022! I will NEVER GO BACK! read more

Visiting Fort Myers for a long weekend with a friend and found this restaurant on our last day here. It's amazing! Our server, Ivy, was super friendly and helpful with all our questions. We shared 2 of the specials (because we couldn't decide which one we wanted!): lemon blueberry quinoa pancakes with lemon-blueberry butter and homemade granola and the Asian pork belly breakfast bowl. Both so delicious! The kale tonic was also quite good. Prices were also reasonable. If you're in the Fort Myers area, I definitely recommend checking this place out for breakfast. read more

Visiting from Puerto Rico and miss First Watch terribly! This location is convenient and never busy. The service is fast, friendly and never rushing you to leave and pay for your check. Some locations up north are so busy they try to get you in and out as fast as possible but it's not the case here. The food is consistently great and never disappoints. They have a new fresh muffin of the day and they are always delicious. I get the fruit crepes, potatoes and whatever muffin of the day is and it's always great! it's so beautiful. the food. the view. i went here with a friend on a rainy day for breakfast, and it was absolutely amazing. the wait time was just right to where we had a small conversation but still got our food before one of us got hangry. so many healthy options were available. and most of all, everyone here is saying it's overpriced but...??? there is no way they can be telling the truth for the quality. overall it was such a nice time and i cant wait to go back!!! read more

I've eaten at First Watch before and they were able to modify a dish for me to make it vegan so this is what I expected again at this location, but not the case. I visited this location after church with 2 of our friends. We waited for about 30 minutes to be seated, which is typical for First Watch. Once we were seated, our very pleasant service brought us waters and took our order. When I asked about modifying one of the dishes and said that they really couldn't because of how busy they were. Whatever. So I ordered the veggie burger. It was good and the fries were tasty, so the reason for the 4 stars. It would have been 5 had they been able to accommodate my request. read more

Here is a bit of chit chat and my 2 cents on the food.. This is the 3 rd, First Watch I have been to. I must say they were all very consistent with service, cleanliness and quality of food. I must say it is very good. I just do not like the idea of having to pay more for what is suppose to be "organic" or "healthy" for you. I have been doing just fine with regular food stuff. Plus I am afraid without all the added preservatives I may not last as long. LOL. Soooooo. I had coffee and the Works omelet. Bacon, ham,sausage onions, eggs ,sour cream etc. I had home fries on the side, with a muffin. It was all very good and very filling. About nine bucks. I am just a cheap skate. I know I can find the same entree at other places for less. BUT if you are into the real healthy stuff YOU must go here. It is a outstanding place no matter which location you choose. First watch was a great first meal of the day! They were doing great with social distancing! The iced coffee was my favorite of the trip, nothing too special but thats how I like it! The food I had was pretty great, it was the right amount and the sausage and gravy was comparable to bob Evans but the best part it was turkey sausage, better for you! Always great to stop in to a First Watch. The meals are great and I tend to try something new each time (this visit was the Cherry Chicken Quinoa Bowl. Not what I expected, as I had not eaten quinoa prior. With dried cherries, herb goat cheese and grilled chicken, I would definitely eat this again. I'll go back to this locale the next time I go downtown, for sure. read more

This is my second review of this First Watch. The first review I did, wasn't great. This time I got the Beefeater and a pancake they had on special, some kind of cinnamon pancake. We got right in at what would normally be a busy time, but thanks to our Northern friends going home, we sat right down. The staff was friendly, as normal, and our waitress, Christine (I'm hoping I'm remembering her name correctly, she has been there about two weeks) was very, very courteous and quick about taking care of our many requests. Thanks for the great service! The potatoes were seasoned a little better than last time, maybe a different chef this time I'm not sure. The beefeater was good, the bread cooked perfectly. The pancake was a little dry and the cream cheese icing on it was just ok. Overall the pancack did have a good taste to it. Bring back the Apple Dutch pancake! My wife orders it everytime we go and even though it is not on the menu, the chef is always nice enough to make it for us. If I could rate it 3 3/4 stars this time I would. Asking me to put my mask on to walk me two feet to my table where I take it off was ridiculous. Won't be eating at First watch again as others weren't policed in such a way. Picking and choosing when to tell to wear masks is not good service. I am an essential worker and wear my mask on the regular however, I have a problem with the way I was treated compared to others. read more

Been sitting here with no service for 10 minutes. Staff is rude. Last time I was here the service was so bad I wasn't going to come back but decided to give them another chance. Last time our order came out completely wrong asked eggs to be recooked and they came out incorrectly again. I won't be back. $17 for French toast and bacon is a bit ridiculous.
