A friendly gentleman at Enterprise recommended we try this location as we were looking particularly for a breakfast served all day menu. The restaurant is located across from a mall, and they have limited outdoor seating. We opted for indoors as it was a bit cooler, and quieter. Our server Danny was pleasant and prompt with taking our order. There were so many choices, including the Benedicts, which I enjoy so I ordered the BLT, and coffee which comes in an urn so you can refill your cup yourself. The coffee was flavorful and strong. My husband ordered their specialty; Croque Madame which is presented on Challah bread, and served up with three types of cheese (see photo) bacon, poached egg, and tomato. He reported enjoying the creation very much. My benedict was plated well and I opted for roast potatoes instead of greens as I was quite hungry after traveling and little opportunity for consuming food other than complimentary pretzels. The food arrived, and I often discover that poached eggs are served on the tepid side, and I prefer my food hot. So my only negative comment is the food was not hot. I was so famished I opted to not send it back, and enjoyed the flavorful ciabatta bread lathered in runny egg yolk with crispy bacon, fresh avocado, and tomatoe. The potatoes were just the right amount of crispy, very nice. My overall thought after consuming just about every last bite is how happy I felt after eating the food I was given. Not eating a substantial amount of food for more than 24 hours certainly makes one appreciate a meal of any temperature. Danny was very helpful in providing a To-Go cup for my coffee, and the overall price was reasonable for food and drinks, under 40.00. Reasonable if one compares prices to California from which we hail from. We absolutely need to return and try their home made brisket hash, I am definitely looking forward to that. In times of post quarantine (or almost post?) good places to find food were hard to come by. First Watch came through nicely, abiding by all the rules, so big ups. I've been to several different locations, but without it being overly busy, I was actually able to take in the decor and the entire vibe the restaurant tries to deliver. My first time at this location and pleasantly surprised to find that there was no wait (I normally see a crowd here when I drive by). I usually love their avocado toast ( who doesn't love avocado toast?!) so that's what I ordered, along with their Million Dollar bacon. The bacon was just "ok". Basically just bacon drizzled with syrup and a few sprinkles of cracked black pepper. I was expecting more of a candied bacon-type of situation so I was definitely underwhelmed. And they are wrong for that name. It should be called 3 dollar bacon. The avocado on the avocado toast was definitely prepackaged stuff and not fresh at all. Another disappointment. My bf & I went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning, the wait for a table for 2 was 35 minutes for us, so that wasn't too bad at all, we just took a little walk around the shopping center. There was a hostess right inside the door who directed us inside after our wait, & we were seated quickly afterwards. Service was pretty good seeing as our drink order was taken & fulfilled within a couple minutes (I got a Purple Haze & my bf got a coffee). After our drinks arrived we gave our order, and about 30 minutes later the food came out. We were a little impressed seeing as the place was super busy (line waiting for a table going out of the door). I got the BLT Eggs Benedict, & my bf got a Chorizo omelet, both with potato pieces as a side. Food was great, veggies nice and fresh & portion size for us was nearly perfect (I couldn't finish my whole plate, I got so full, my bad lmao). Our server (Vanessa) made sure to check on us at a pretty steady interval, refilled our drinks without us having to ask, and brought our bill right as we planned to ask, so that was pretty nice (: All in all, this was a great place! We met my parents to celebrate my dads 50th. This place gets pretty busy! There was a lot of people waiting outside. Luckily they have a wait list that you can join online. I looked at their menu ahead of time and I think I missed their cocktail list. We pretty much got a different drink from each other. I ordered the morning glory and it was so good! Very refreshing and it had a nice kick. I tried the cinnamon toast cereal milk and it tasted like one of those bottled Starbucks drinks you could get at the gas station. Yum! I highly recommend this breakfast spot. It's located in the Epic West shopping center. To give you some landmarks it's where Blaze Pizza, Olive Garden, Burke's Outlet and Burlington are all located. They are allowing dine in services with face masks and social distancing in place and I appreciate them so much for it. I have been deliberately avoiding the restaurants that are operating like food trucks as if unwilling to simply deep clean and operate like a restaurant. First Watch is incredibly clean and bright and every item I've tried on their menu is delicious. I highly recommend their pancakes and million dollar bacon. We visit here often and the in-person visits are the best! Love the seasonal menus. Food is always very good and the value is very good as well. Our recent visit on Saturday, we noticed new wait staff and all seemed to be on point this visit and less standing around talking to each other. We also order to go, either pick-up or delivery, often as well. Unfortunately, I have to say, the orders are never as good as in house dining and usually something is missing or just not the way it is served when in house. They need to make this better.
