Classic bacon, eggs, breakfast potatoes
Yolanda T.

Love the Chipotle Steak & Queso Hash from the new summer seasonal menu. Tender steak over the best breakfast potatoes around with just the right amount of black beans, corn, and fresh pico de gallo and the crucial smashed avocado. Everything just works so well together...a must try!!! And you can never go wrong with the classic, crispy bacon, eggs, breakfast potatoes and pancake. It was super busy, however service was attentive but it took a while for the food but it was served fresh and hot. The restaurant always has such a good positive vibe and it's an enjoyable place to sit and converse with family and friends!

The entrance to the restaurant is small so it's hard to wait inside for a table. However, they do allow you to wait in line online before you arrive. And they give out free coffee in the front when you arrive at the restaurant. Which is a wonderful touch! The menu is very unique. I've tried many items. Usually I have had to ask the waiter to adjust the ingredients to my taste. It's never a problem though. Every item has been really fresh and tastes delicious!

We've been to numerous First Watch locations over the years, including Phoenix, Virginia, and several here in the Triad, and this brand-new opening at Friendly Center is up there with the best. The location itself is fantastic, with a super cool ambiance and very nice décor inside. Service was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent all around. The menu really delivers with a variety of options that can be as healthy or indulgent as you want, plus a great mix of drinks--whether you're in the mood for something fresh and wholesome or a cocktail with brunch. The wrap around patio is a huge plus, designed with both fans and heaters to make it comfortable year round. This is a wonderful new addition to the Friendly Center area for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. We'll definitely be back.

Super excited to finally have a First Watch on this side of town -- especially for healthy breakfast options after the gym! The food was great as always. However, it did take quite a while to come out, and our server seemed less attentive than others. Unfortunately, our water glasses and several sets of silverware were dirty, so we ended up using plasticware instead. The front entrance and bathroom were also not well-maintained -- there were sneaker prints on the floor, trash overflowing, and bits of tissue scattered around. I understand they're still new and working out the kinks, but cleanliness should always be a top priority. We'll give it another try in a few months and hope to see some improvements.

My rating is around 3.5 stars as the service and atmosphere is nice and the lighting is a bit bright for me. This was my first visit and upon being seated one of the coffee cups on the table was dirty. It was quickly taken care of and our server was very good. The coffee is just ok, tastes weak and reminded me of run of mill diner coffee . Large selections of dishes and I had the trifecta which was a meat, eggs and one large pancake. I upgraded to their signature million dollar bacon which is candied and also a little spicy, it was good . The eggs seemed to be an after thought as they were not hot. The large blueberry pancake was good, not too sweet but not super flavorful either. My partner had the steak chimi hash bowl which he rated excellent.

Pros Amazing service Plenty of menu options Well prepared food Good sized portions Nice central location Various seating options Bright atmosphere Cons No cons during this visit Would definitely recommend. Great for brunch and families. A true contender in an area with vast brunch options.

Had breakfast here with a friend recently. It was absolutely lovely inside. Clean and bright with a modern but cozy look. The staff was excellent! Attentive but not overbearing. The food was delicious. The pancakes are bigger than your head and their different drinks are very inclusive for those who do or do not drink. We enjoyed ourselves and I definitely will be back!

Christina was my waitress and she was so friendly and patience. (This was my second time visiting First Watch, I couldn't decide what to order.) All of my food items were delicious with generous portions. I sat on the outside patio, the weather was beautiful and the outdoor seating area was comfortable and cozy. Someone was cleaning various areas of the restaurant my entire visit. I was very impressed. Outstanding 2nd impression!

Once again, first watch did not disappoint. We visited their newest location on Pembroke in Greensboro. The food was amazing. The service was great and there's always an inviting atmosphere. If you have not tried the million dollar bacon you are missing out. It's crispy, sweet, and spicy. You can thank me later.

We were thrilled to have one closer to us so we had to check it out. We waited while the hostess checked out a couple of people before we were seated.Autumn took excellent care of us. We got the eggs Benedict and a BLT. The Bene was on brioche bread versus English muffin which made for a nice twist. We had the millionaire bacon and it was good. Nice place for brunch.

This is a new build and it is the nicest First Watch I've seen! The location is wonderful and the vibe is great. Our waitress was friendly and gave good service, there was an oops with my guest's potatoes but the waitress was quick to make it right. The coffee is so good! We enjoyed our brunch!

My other niece had the crab cake sandwich, she said it was good but the fruit was plated on the same plate so it was warm which was not appealing to her so she didn't eat it. I had the French toast platter with the fried chicken. The French toast was pretty good but the bread used was pretty flat but it was tasty and the chicken was overcooked, there was some black spots from being fried too long. The hit at our table was the cheesy grits, very cheesy and flavorful. We'd definitely go back to try other things on the very extensive menu!!

My partner visited Black Magnolia last week after her massage at Green Leaf Wellness center and raved about her cinnamon roll, so I decided to treat myself to one as well and it did not disappoint. I found the Patisserie straight away as I passed it on the way to my massage, but the signage on the curb helps since some businesses in Revolution Mills can be quite difficult to find. The storefront itself is quite small, consisting of a standing room and the glass case of baked goods, but there is seating outside and around the establishment. The staff was attentive, briefing me on all the cinnamon rolls they currently had and letting me know that there were some baking that would be available a bit later. Each roll looked decadent with flavors ranging from lemon blueberry, s'mores, and classic. There were also scones and other baked goods available as well, but I had my heart set on the Classic Cinnamon Roll. I bit into this beauty on my way home and it was the softest and most delicious cinnamon roll I have ever had! Baked with brioche dough and topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting, the pillowy texture and flavors were so comforting and satisfying. I don't eat sweets often, so this was the perfect treat to end my day with. I am definitely looking forward to trying the lemon blueberry next!

It was the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. Just to note, this place is in the cut and you have to go down a few stairs but look for their sign posted outside and parking is right across. I'll definitely come back to try more items.

The sweet potato pancakes were really good, and the steak and eggs surprised me because the steak portion was huge and cooked really well. The avocado toast was also delicious, and even something simple like the eggs and cheese tasted amazing -- they really know how to make good scrambled eggs there. I also thought it was really cool that they had a little French market section where you can shop for French products while you're there. Most of the mimosas were really good too, and on Sundays they're only $5, which was a nice bonus. The wait time was definitely long -- over an hour and a half -- but honestly, the food and overall experience made it feel worth it in the end!

Really great flavor but I barely made it halfway through the bowl. I also ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes. They're probably my favorite thing on the menu. Taste, texture, consistency, all perfect. Tried their crepes for the first time and loved it as well. As someone who drinks coffee daily, they make really good lattes. The salted honey was that perfect balance of sweet and salty without being too much of either. This is the perfect breakfast/brunch restaurant. They're consistent, personable and efficient. Can't wait to come back and check out some new items.

The good news? It's worth it. I had the Reuben, which was excellent, along with a pasta salad that was surprisingly good. I also sampled the artichoke crab dip, and it was easily appetizer-worthy. I ordered the Madison Avenue which is a croissant smeared with honey walnut cream cheese, smoked turkey, and granny smith apples. My side was slaw and I also ordered fries with a side of ranch. Upon walking in the place appeared clean, the customer service, not the best. But maybe someone was having a bad day, I get it. I'm so glad I did check my bag before I left because they did not give me ranch or plasticware, man I would have missed out on some amazing ranch. The young man gave me three ranches which I'm so disappointed I only grabbed one. Unfortunately I didn't get the best pictures but the food tasted great. The fries were thick cut (probably frozen) and let me tell you, I would just come back for the ranch! They have my favorite restaurant ranch. The slaw was really tasty - good ole southern sweet mayonnaise slaw, not too vinegary. The sandwich, not bad, good combo of toppings, they paired well together. I' ll be back. Anyone want to go for a patio lunch? Ciao for now
