The breakfast ingredients were very fresh and well seasoned. My husband and I were super impressed with how delicious everything tasted. 10/10 for the breakfast platters and sides. I'll be honest the "million dollar" bacon wasn't to my taste - it was very maple saucy/sweet but great presentation regardless. Staff was very kind, only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the fact we had to wait 20-25 minutes to be greeted by a waitress after the host sat us down at our table. I'd definitely come back next time I visit TN! read more

Good flavor and free coffee is nice, but really expensive for some eggs and sausage! Its hard to beat Waffle House though

Never a bad experience! Food is fantastic and the Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Food is average at best. Sad thing, they're the only real option in the area. If it wasn't for my daughter liking their chocolate chip pancakes, we wouldn't go. Lately the place seems dirty. Went in for breakfast one morning, no silverware, glasses on the table, etc. So when my wife asked our waitress for a glass, she grabs one off a table that previous had customers and didn't use said glass. Beside the lip marks on the glass from a lack of cleaning, it was rather funny. If you looking for a good meal and don't feel like driving, go to the city. read more

Best bacon in town! Have eaten here several times, and restaurant and takeout, each meal was excellent

Looking for a meal That wasn't your traditional "heavy" southern breakfast and found this gem. Not only was the food absolutely delicious but the service impeccable. We all enjoyed our meal (and that's saying a lot for a pre-teen and my 16year old)! read more

Nicest staff ever. Been eating here for years. They literally know my order when I walk in. Incredible and consistent food. Wonderful juice, healthy but not too over priced. Very accepting and diverse staff with tattoos. Love this place read more

If you like 1/2 your eggs overcooked, and half raw. Fruit that's been sitting out for days, brown avocados and a rude hostess. This is the place for you! This place has really gone down hill. Used to be our favorite. This is the second bad experience we had. Walmart has fresher ingredients. read more

COLD PANCAKES... Twice!! Came Cold, Sent back, cold again... not even warm enough to melt SOFT butter! This is second visit here with same experience. Also, water glasses greasy dirty. And cold pancake meal served, while hubby's was a no show....had to wait. Hostess with the Mostest CRANKY! Stick a fork in their cold pancakes, because, for us, they're DONE! read more

Atrocious/pitiful. As a customer you expect one thing to be done right, having cooked food. An egg is probably one of the easiest things to cook, but it seems that was a mountain in itself for the team here to overcome. 1/2 eggs came as ordered. The second egg seemed as though the cook was too lazy to throw it on the pan and instead cracked the egg into the to-go container before sending it away. Seems like quality is little to no concern to the team here. Again pitiful... had to cook the egg myself. Sounds ridiculous to complain about in a sense, but if i'm paying for food im doing so expecting for it to be cooked. PITIFUL read more

By far the best place to eat breakfast actually the only place I eat breakfast out. I can make regular scramble eggs and pancakes like at Cracker Barrel or Waffle House any day of the week don't need to pay extra for such simple meal. First Watch goes beyond the basic breakfast very flavorful and love the greens with breakfast. Have never been disappoint on their food or the service. read more

First time to eat here , the service was great , the food was good but the prices were a little steep for the type of food being serviced . On the bright side the portions were plentiful . Great place to try every now and then . Parking is a little limited . read more

Just wonderful. We had breakfast on Fathers day and everything was divine. This place offers upscale, organic, chefy options in a casual environment. From fresh juices to cold brewed coffee to beautiful omelets with hollandaise. The do not offer gluten free toast options but you can't have everything. Definitely a new favorite here in the Ville! Our server Kayla was great! read more

It's good, but extremely overpriced and always insanely busy. We've eaten there a few times, but don't find our dollar goes very far.

Delicious! All three of us ordered different plates and all three of us were pleased. There is so much to choose from. I was so excited to get avocado toast. Not many places to order that. We will definitely eat back! read more

Pricey but so good! I would love to have their Morning Meditation fresh squeezed juice every single day. They do have Gluten Free toast!! And they offer dairy free creamers for coffee. My whole party cleared their plates with no complaints. Even my super picky son ate his whole adult sized pancake. Service was quick and pleasant. read more

Reminds me of a California breakfast with the avocado toast and quinoa power bowls. I love the healthy options they have. You can buy a loaf of the grain bread they use for the avocado toast also at a very reasonable price. The pick 2 options for lunch are great value also! read more

Just no. Everytime I go here I'm not happy at all. I kept trying because I wanted to like it. I liked the Egg and I bit this is not that at all. At first I thought this might be a cool brunch place but of course no booze. I think they're really missing out by not serving some breakfast beer and bloody Mary's. The food is just not good at all. At first glance at the menu everything sounds good but no. I ordered the 10.00 chicken breakfast burrito that had these tiny shreds of barely there chicken pieces, but a ton of spinach (gross) avocado, cheese (non existent) eggs (whites only yuk) and a bunch of other veggies in it. It's great that it's a healthy breakfast place but they really should put some pics or better describe the items on the menu. When I read "chicken breakfast burrito" I'm thinking chunks of chicken breast, eggs (the whole egg) onions, salsa, avocado the traditional burrito fare. This thing was gross. The tortilla I think was an enchilada corn tortilla also which I can't stand! Yuk. The potatoes were good though! The service isn't good either. My friend arrived before me and ordered me a drink and went ahead and ordered her food. When I arrived she already had her food and I sat there for 15 minutes before someone finally came and took my order and it wasn't busy. I won't go back on my own unless my friends want to eat here. read more

This was not the first time we've been to First Watch, but it is the first time we've actually eaten there. We went there shortly after The Egg and I became First Watch, and they seated my wife on a bench that was soaking wet. We left without eating that time. When we showed up a noon on Sunday, we knew full well that the service would be slow, and it was. But our waitress was a real trooper, trying to keep up with all of her orders and tables. And the food was very good. My daughter had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and let me try them. The ricotta really gave the pancake batter some extra character. And the lemon curd sauce was exquisite. My wife and I each had the Farmhouse skillet, and we both loved them. There was so much flavor, and including the avocados made a real difference. My wife seems to have forgiven First Watch for the wet seat, so we will undoubtedly be back. read more

This place is amazing. I would give it 5 stars but there's always room for improvement. The chickichanga is our favorite. We recently went on vacation to Florida and I was craving the chickichanga we were in a remote area Weeki Wachee. I figured it was worth a shot to look and see if there was one close by. We actually found one in brooksville fl. Super excited to have First watch close to our home and our vacation spot. read more

By far and large the best option for breakfast/brunch in the area. Hands down. I wish they'd stay open a little later as the area is absolutely strapped for good quality healthyISH food! They can get crazy busy, and sometimes the service suffers as a result... and that can get frustrating, but they're always polite and do their best to right things BEFORE it's too late (unlike the vast majority of other places we've been unlucky enough to frequent lately). read more

The food is always tasty and exactly as ordered, even with special requests. Great selection of healthy food and calories are listed on the menu. The servers are all VERY friendly and helpful. Nice, comfortable atmosphere. Outdoor seating is nice in good weather. The service is good outside as well as in. Portions are generous. We also buy a loaf of their artisan bread to take hime almost every time we dine here. We use the YELP app for faster seating. Works great! read more

I highly recommend this place. I moved to the area a few months back and went to all the typical spots that people talk about but this is by far the best. Great food, great service, and a fair price. I've taken family and friends here when they come visit and everyone has nothing but good things to say about it. read more

The food here is always pretty good. I would recommend the chimichanga chicken dish. Also, grab a morning meditation to drink while you wait in your food. The service however is extremely subpar. Waited forever to be greeted and when I finally was sat, the waiter had like 4 other tables and it was an extremely slow experience. If the food wasn't good I wouldn't go back simply due to service issues. read more

Hate to be the downer amongst the great reviews but this was practically the worst breakfast/brunch experiences I have ever had and hence I feel compelled to write my first Yelp review. After a 20 minute wait outside the restaurant and a half hour wait for our breakfast, me and my boyfriend received our cold omelettes, his with undercooked meat and mine with under seasoned cold vegetables. I could not even bring myself to eat three bites of the meal. And when I did complain, they offered to re-make the omelette which would take yet another half hour. Even the side greens were inedible. Only redeeming factor was that I could go back to dieting for the rest of the day as this meal killed my appetite thoroughly. read more

Creative, tasty and interesting breakfast. First Watch and The Egg and I merged with FW serving slightly more healthy options. I really liked E & I, and I'm familiar with FW as they are located in my last hometown, Cincinnati. I ordered the Fig and Prosciutto Toast, shaved prosciutto, fig spread with a lemon ricotta cream served on whole grain toast topped with arugula and drizzled with a fig balsamic and served with 2 basted eggs. Great flavor, love the salty, sweet balance, lots going on here. Excellent way to start the day. read more

Best breakfast in Hendersonville! Their iced coffee is AMAZING!!!!!! This is the only place I've ever been to that offers turkey sausage gravy, and boy is it good. Huge pancakes (we love the banana nut!!) and the fruit is always super fresh. My husband loves the chickichanga. Their portions are huge!!! Christiana is a great server! read more

This is a good place for breakfast! We go often. The pancakes are huge. The skillets are delicious. The French toast is yummy. The OJ is refreshing. They try to be as healthy as possible. There are several options for those watching their diet & vegetarians. They always have these nutritious juice blends. They also write certain seasonal specials on the chalk board. The service is great. People are very friendly & helpful. I definitely recommend. read more

I love the healthy foods that they serve! I went for lunch and was craving a salad. I got the Chopped Chicken and Avocado Salad. I don't care for the Romaine lettuce but there was also arugula.
