What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication from management. Not once did a manager come over to apologize, explain the delay, or provide an update. We had to repeatedly ask the host for information because no one from management took the initiative to address our group. They did offer us seating upstairs at high-top tables, but that wasn't a reasonable option since my mom has health issues and is unable to climb the long flight of stairs or sit comfortably on bar-height stools. The venue itself seems like a really cool place, especially with the kids' play area, and I can see why families would enjoy it. Unfortunately, the poor planning for large parties, lack of communication, and failure of management to address the situation completely overshadowed everything else.
