Service was good- Jafal was friendly and attentive. Food was cold. The Salted caramel holey donuts and later my eggs Benedict were served room temperature at best. Restaurant is great for groups. Large and clean. The outdoor space was nice with a nearby water feature and corn holes.

This location isn't busy all the time which I love. However, the food here is delicious and fresh. I thought the atmosphere was on point as well. The staff here no matter the location are always great. This is fresh food and I'm here for it!

First Watch is a great Mexican/American breakfast hybrid restaurant that I'll recommend to anyone on their way to work (or just looking for something on the weekend). I had the Tacos al Pastor and the Avocado Toast, and I'll routinely come back for the Tacos al Pastor. I love the homemade masa tortillas and potato hash topped with sliced avocados, shredded Cotija cheese, and pickled onions. They also have a juice bar, and while the Morning Meditation left me disappointed (all I tasted was orange juice, nothing else), the mix of lemon and lavender in their Purple Haze is enough for me to keep ordering more. I'm only keeping this review a 4/5, because upon my first visit, it was really cold inside the restaurant. I wanted to warm up with some hot coffee, but the coffee was served after I received my meal (in hindsight, I probably could ask for it to be served first). So I had to endure a while before I could warm up. In future visits, I'd rather just use the outdoor seating they have or just order takeout. Speaking of takeout, I'd prefer if I had the option to place my order over the phone instead of just using the website every time. It takes less time to order over the phone since it takes a while for me to enter in my credit card information at that time. But when I called their number on Yelp, the automated message system just told me to use their website. I'd rather swipe my card when I go to pick up my food so there's no need to enter in anything.

I really wanted to like this restaurant. The staff was absolutely amazing. All of them were very attentive. I tried to keep in mind that this was a cafe/diner. It wasn't really loud and there were a lot of families that were eating here which, to me is great. While I looked around I realized that a ton of people were eating waffles and did not order a waffle. Darn.... I ordered the chickichanga. While the meat had great flavor, it was a chicken/chorizo blend, it was lukewarm at best. The potatoes were very very good. Seasoned wonderfully and piping hot, which just drew more attention to the fact that the rest of my food was not. Maybe I should have ordered the waffle.

The morning meditation, trifecta with waffle, chorizo omelet and banana pancake were realllly good. Overall I wish there was a little bit more bigger portions for the price but alll the food was great. The jams that came with the waffle and pancake were amazing.

I took my niece and nephew there and they loved it! I knew they would cause that's what this business do!! very kid palatable. I would always rate 5 stars.

This morning I had the opportunity to join my team members for breakfast at this location. It was my first time visiting a "First Watch" Overall, I give the restaurant a 4 out of 5 rating. I'm comparing it to similar restaurants. They do have a great menu selection. My table's favorites included the French Toast and the elevated breakfast sandwich! I enjoyed a delicious healthy avocado toast. Service was wonderful. Friendly seating host and wait staff. The coffee isn't freshly ground I'm somewhat of a coffee snob. Other than that, I'll definitely eat here again!

Staff was friendly, i loved the atmosphere! Nice water fountain by the outdoor seating. My favorite thing about first watch is the endless healthy super food options. Some substitution options with no up-charge! If you like tasty clean food and freshly pressed juice, this is the place for you.

Nice size, generous amount of toppings (eggs, tomatoes, onions) such that I had toppings in every bite with my lettuce. The entire salad, dusted with a cajun seasoning, was a nice touch. Food was served in a metal plate with plasticware & plastic cups. (I'm sure the 'plastic' is helpful for managing the outside dining.) Chef Dee came out to check on us. She saw me taking a picture of my food & playfully said 'hey you gotta take a pic of the chef who created it'. Of course I took her pic!! Based on my salmon salad, I would definitely try other items on the menu if ever in the area again. Try them out. If you don't prefer a crowd, pop in for lunch.

But the seasoning on everything was GREAT -- we got mild, and it was a little spicier than I would imagine mild to be, but it was still delicious. Seeing my food waiting on the shelf and still no staff coming, I just took my food and left. No one even knew I was there. Got an email from them asking for my experience. We ultimately decided to leave, so we'll never know how much longer the wait would have been. It was clear they were not prepared to accommodate a larger party. They only had two large tables available and appeared to be waiting for those specific tables to open up before seating us. Instead, they could have blocked off tables as they became available and combined them to seat us in a much more reasonable amount of time. During our wait, they continued seating smaller parties, even ones that arrived an hour after we did, which was incredibly frustrating to watch. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication from management. Not once did a manager come over to apologize, explain the delay, or provide an update. We had to repeatedly ask the host for information because no one from management took the initiative to address our group. They did offer us seating upstairs at high-top tables, but that wasn't a reasonable option since my mom has health issues and is unable to climb the long flight of stairs or sit comfortably on bar-height stools. The venue itself seems like a really cool place, especially with the kids' play area, and I can see why families would enjoy it. Unfortunately, the poor planning for large parties, lack of communication, and failure of management to address the situation completely overshadowed everything else. We left disappointed and, unfortunately, never even had the opportunity to try the food. In our experience, it simply wasn't worth waiting over an hour and a half with no communication or clear plan.
