With a lot of shame and sad feeling I write this, use to be my restaurant to go for breakfast almost every day till today, I got a young man approach to my table this morning claiming to be the manager ( never seen him before ) basically telling me me that he has received complaints from the staff about inappropriate comments from me, he dint say what was clearly but the way I see it according to his reactions, this was something the I won't even ment here, am a adult person and a business owner myself so if on the place I like to go almost daily I see something the it can be for the best of it, I will say it, if the food I order is not make the proper way , if the staff are chatting ( 4 or 5 of them) the counter while a client is trying to reach them, if they try every time to say me on a place I don't like it when half of the restaurant is empty, this morning was the most horrible morning I have in a while, , at a moment I feel like I should call my lawyer to persue a legal matter about this accusations but honestly, I went to another place down the road and they really make it up for me, god bless america. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I'm hoping to spare someone the humiliation and pain that I felt. I went to pick up my order for the first time, and while standing in line an Asian man in front of me told the hostess his name, she looked at a bag with said name and gave it to him. Then, when I said my name she looked at the bag with my name, looked at me and asked to see confirmation. I'm a black woman. I have no problem providing proof of purchase which is why I had it in my hand. The issue lies in the fact she didn't require it from others. She could sense that I was offended because she then said "I just don't want any problems." I will not be returning and while I'm sure they do not care, I hope other black women can save their money and go to an establishment that has employees who will not make them feel discriminated against. read more

I am here visiting from Jacksonville FL for the holidays with my family and this was my first time eating at First watch and it was Absolutely AMAZING‼ If you happen to visit this restaurant ask for a waitress by the name of SaKayla Harris she was PERFECT‼she was a very patient and kind young lady. No matter what obstacle came her way with the incorrect orders and loads of questions from my family members about the menu, SaKayla tackled each one with a smile and even a little dance here and there lol. First time at first watch! It was a very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was a charming farmhouse theme. The food was fresh and delicious. Our waiter was Steve, he provided fast and friendly service. I definitely recommend the cinnamon toast cereal milk. We tried the pumpkin spice donuts and they were the perfect little breakfast appetizer. As first timers, Steve provided a complimentary juice taste testing and they were all surprisingly delicious and refreshing. We will definitely be back to try out other items on the menu. read more

This morning me and my dad went and again got taylor, when i tell you we had a smile on our face we were beaming. Her service like always was amazing she was attentive even though she had another table of 13 to take care of she always had a smile and was quick to give us our drinks. Speaking of those were AMAZING taylor recommended the pomegranate pear punch so we got it and loved it. We ate out side and it was surprisingly clean servers made sure that as soon as a customer left they cleaned the table and seat someone else. read more

This was my first time going and lets just say i will be back. The waiter we had was extremely nice, very professional, on top of everything! I don't remember his name i believe it was Camren? Maybe but he was a light skinned young guy, handsome, polite!!! The food was good , presentation on my plate was beautiful, my food came out nice an hot. & most of all someone surprised me an my friend by paying for our meal an we still don't know who it was. read more

I recently tried this establishment again the first go round I had made me not want to come back but with some convincing of friends and family I went here Sunday for brunch and whewww in glad I did the food was delicious and my sever Kaitlyn did a exceptional job I absolutely love her she shows great care to the guest I'm so glad I came back and will definitely be back! read more

First time visiting and I'm a fan. Autumn was super attentive and the food was superb. I would definitely recommend this spot. Side note: I have an allergy to milk. Autumn printed out all of the foods and the ingredients of each to ensure I didnt come in contact with any dairy products, upon placing my order. We had the farmhouse skillet and the TriFecta breakfast With French toast! They both were absolutely incredible along with the Kale tonic juice!! When you come to first watch ask for Lara... She is so accommodating my toes always comes out perfect and hot and that's important to me. First Watch (Aliana) has become my favorite go to restaurants for breakfast anytime of the day. Or server Andrew has the best personality and is very attentive to keeping the needs of his customers met. I haven't tried many dishes because each time I visit I have to order the Eggs Benedict BLT style. Delicious!!! read more

I see a lot of these reviews and I just don't get it. My wife and I eat here at least 1once a week and the food is amazing every time. The staff are bubbly and treat us like family. Sabrina at First Watch gave 5 star service!! She was attentive and knowledgeable of rhe menu and pricing. I love this reataurant and am a brunch connoisseur.
