I went all in with the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and the Million Dollar Potatoes, and I must say --this combo delivered. The pancakes had just the right balance of sweet and tangy. The lemon flavor was bright without being overpowering, and the ricotta added this creamy richness that made every bite feel indulgent but still light. The syrup was warm and the perfect finish. And those Million Dollar Potatoes lived up to their namesake: Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with savory, herby goodness. The food came out hot & fresh. The omelette is served with greens, but, I wanted potatoes and it was an easy switch. No hassles. I wanted my sour cream and pico de gallo on the side. No problem. I had a server in training but her trainer was right by her side. She didn't miss a beat! This restaurant is always clean, efficient and the staff is so friendly. I would recommend this as my favorite location so far! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because I would have loved to have a choice of espresso coffees, such as an Americano or latte, but all they have is brewed coffee. Great customer service at this location. The food was decent. I ordered the breakfast sandwich but was not impressed at all. I asked for the potatoes to be fully cooked and they were not and the sandwich didn't have a taste to it except it was very buttery. It comes in a bowl with potatoes, eggs however you like, Avocado, crema sauce and sweet picked onions. Also got a sharable order of cinnamon apple donut holes with Carmel drippings sauce and icing. Wow! Everything was good, added a little pepper and salt to my entrée and it was just fine. I love the fresh food and the taste. What I don't like is the set up of the entrance/exit/waiting/payment area... that's right all crammed together in one place I tried using the app to schedule my arrival time and the app said that part wasn't available. 12.17.25 first time visit for me, went with my work dept of 7 for a holiday celebration / breakfast. The morning meditation juice is to die for, and so pretty. I couldve had several of those! The food was tasty. Hot coffee was flowing. I loved that they brought coffee right away and kept a carafe on our table. I had the salmon eggs benedict, so good! Other dishes our party had inlcuded the salmon fritata, breakfast tacos, biscuits and gravy, and the seasonal pancake (see pics). I love going to First Watch for breakfast! It's always a great experience. It can get pretty busy, especially on Sundays, so be prepared for a little wait, but it's absolutely worth it. I always order the Farmhouse Scramble because it has a little bit of everything I love: potatoes, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, eggs, and I always add extra cheese. It's delicious every time! The restaurant seated us at their spacious community table, which comfortably fit our group of 7 but with space for 10 and still allowed for a private and productive discussion. The team had nothing but praise for the service, coffee, and food. I personally enjoyed the Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee from the summer menu -- I'm still thinking about how good it was! Portion sizes were generous, and the food was top notch. I had the Chili Chorizo Omelette and my goodness was it one of the best omelette's I've had in a long time. The service was prompt and friendly. All of our entrees were very good, although could use a little more seasoning. The price was good for the food. Surprisingly, it had no noticeable taste of alcohol, making it perfect for those seeking a light, enjoyable drink--though it might be a bit dangerous at a girls' brunch! The highlight of my visit was the Blackberry Lemon Cream French Toast. The thick-cut bread, topped with lemon cream, fresh blackberries, mixed berry compote, creme anglaise, and spiced gingerbread cookie crumbles, was a dream. The lemon cream, in particular, was so delicious that it could be enjoyed on its own... I want it for my morning toast! The dish was lightly dusted with powdered cinnamon sugar, adding a perfect finishing touch. I could eat this every week. The service was excellent,and we did have a newer server who was very nice and attentive. He took the time to double and triple check for food allergies, handling everything with care. The coffee, though I didn't inspect it closely, turned out to be very good. As a Nespresso machine owner and a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I had four cups--an indicator of its quality. They have a decently sized menu with many good options. I've been here a few times and it's always hard to decide what to get. Here they are known for using whole fresh, healthy ingredients. I got the tri fecta with crispy bacon, a huge chocolate chip pancake, hard eggs, and a cup of fruit. Everything was delicious! I have been here many, many times. After hearing local chatter about lemon ricotta pancakes and catching a glimpse of their beauty, I had to run right over. Honestly, they taste even better than I had even imagined. What a unique concept, yum. Other things I like about this place include the variety of the menu, with breakfast and lunch options, the million dollar bacon is to die for, the fresh pressed juice is as beautiful as it is delicious, pricing is reasonable, and with their app you can check in online for a table and even sign up for a free entree on your birthday. The quality of ingredients here for everything is absolutely top notch, so the food definitely feels like fine dining. I also appreciate that they bring hot syrup to your table - warm syrup is SO much better than room temperature. What I don't quite love is trying to find a parking spot, with it being in a strip of stores. At busy times, getting a spot isn't the easiest. Also, service is not the best/most friendly here.
