I haven't been here in about a year. A group of 5 of us went for brunch on Saturday. I ordered avocado toast. Everyone ordered and one woman in my party also ordered an item to go. It was quite a long wait to get the food but it was a Saturday and very crowded so that is understandable. All our food arrived to the table except mine. It was at least 10 more minutes before my food arrived and only after we asked the waitress about it. (food was very good). The check arrived and we paid our bill but the to go order for my friend still hadn't appeared. When we asked we were told that it hadn't been made yet. It's a chain, but it's delicious! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for healthy options for breakfast! They also have very unhealthy options, but there's such a great selection. You must try the million dollar bacon! It doesn't cost $1 million, but it certainly taste it! I recommend the location in Bartram Park because that's the only one I've been to, but the staff is always amazing and takes care of us every single time. I have been to this location a handful of times. They get a A in quality of food! An A in friendly staff! An A on how they are seating everyone with this covid status. However this last Saturday my wife and I noticed their method of cleaning needs improvement. My wife and I witness a whole table being cleared out but never wiped down, swept underneath the table or disinfected. All they did was pick up the plates, and with a rag wipe of the table and sit the next group down. My wife and I then began to wonder about our table, but this point out food arrived and honestly we just prayed over our meal and well-being. I don't know if it was just that day (I hope) but that certainly needs to improve. We used their app to get on their waiting list- honestly if you are going to go- the app will save you so much time and secure you a great spot on line. Once we arrived, we were seated! We had a Great waitress, sorry I can't remember her name. She was so attentive to us. Now the food was amazing. The avocado toast is one of the best on the planet. We have First Watch in Phoenix which is where we live, however we have never been. On a recent trip we ate here with some family and it was amazing. The million dollar bacon is to die for: signature hardwood smoked bacon ( if you like sweet and bacon mixed together) along with their breakfast potatoes. Our service was top notch along with their social distancing practices. Two words- Community Table. Another two words- No WAIT. Sunday morning we were bound for Green Cove and we were later than usual for our breakfast time. Our first stop had an hour wait. Our table neighbors had a french toast (kid size- idk) which was HUGE! and mom had eggs benedict. Everything looked and tasted delicious. I ate 95% of my huge pancake before calling it quits. John ate all of his and my remaining couple of bites- fresh blueberries really do make the difference. The dining room was bright and loud with all the customer banter. Packed house! It had over easy eggs, bacon, Gruyere cheese, lemon/mayo dressing on a brioche bun. There was not alot of dressing on the argula therefore, I didn't really get the flavor of the lemon or mayo, but it did add a peppery kick! I did however, enjoy the over easy egg because it added a richness to the dish. My friend ordered the the biscuits with turkey sausage & eggs. He stated it was good, but the gravy needed more flavor. We came right before closing ( hate to do that, watch the hours they close early!) and although I'm sure the employees weren't too happy to take this last table they did, and our server was wonderful..she got everything out to us very fast. I only had the cinnamon roll waffles and they were a treat, tasted just like a cinnamon roll, I just ate a lil and passed around the table and they were gone in a minute! Everyone in our party enjoyed their food, no complaints! They do a seasonal menu and are constantly changing their specials which I think is pretty cool, one of their specialty items right now is Millionaires Bacon which is Bacon topped with brown sugar, spices, and red pepper (?) then baked...ohhh delish...sweet, salty, spicy,crispy bacon!! First Watch Bartram was a long time coming & being the only real Breakkie sit down place in the area, I was excited to give this location a try & having my Family with me on this first visit was a PLUS! Upon entering, I was surprised at to how well designed the place was... the open well lit interior is a Fav for me! Order: me - Smoked Salmon Benedict - loved my order. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked & loved that our waitress remembered to put my hollandaise on the side. The organic mixed greens was not so fresh looking, so I asked the waitress to bring us some potatoes to substitute which she exchanged quickly. Sister & niece - Pork Belly Bacon & Grits (no pickled peppers) - they both enjoyed the main course but was displeased w/ the salty tasting "artisan ciabatta toast" & organic mixed greens was the same as mine & did not look pleasing (salad not fresh) Nephew - Kids menu choc chip pancakes with bacon - he enjoyed this & I even got a taste of his pancake & was pleased to find the same well tasting I've expected from First Watch pancakes! Me and my fiancé went here for breakfast waited 25 minutes, ordered the breakfast tacos and the traditional breakfast. The tacos came out cold and the seasoned potatoes with the traditional breakfast were cold and hard not cooked all the way. I would not recommend eating here for breakfast. read more

Pros: ~ food is super yummy ~ ready quickly and hot when picked up Cons: ~ have forgotten side dishes (specifically toast) that was paid extra for ~ double charged for a full meal ~ kind of stingy with syrup (1 packet per meal) We didn't contact the restaurant, as the mistakes were not the end of the world but it does make us reconsider where we order from (and we hope that it is correct each time we order). I would love to not enough have to think about that when we order. However, it will not stop us from getting breakfast from here going forward. read more

I just learned about this restaurant today. Very simple to order online. I had to change my pickup time due to my lunch break being pushed ahead. I called the restaurant and had changed the pick up time with no problem. Upon arrival to the restaurant, the manager greeted me and reassured me that they can change the pickup time anytime, just call. My order was ready on time. The friendly manager held the door open for me on my way out and told me to have a nice day. The restaurant is clean and the food is not just healthy but also delicious! And then on recommendation by my friendly server I ordered the avocado toast with basted eggs. Also fantastic!! And I got million dollar bacon because I needed to balance out my healthy a little.
