The food took very long the food comes incomplete, cold, and not good service. You have to get everything piece by piece. It's not right that we had to wait 45 minutes for the table which is alright but to wait another 45 minutes more for the food to arrive? That for me is not right. read more

Our past experiences with this restaurant has been great. We decided to try this new location since it's convenient. The eggs were undercooked and when we sent them back they were still not scrambled well. My bacon was overbooked and did not have a good flavor. We will not return to this location. read more

Great breakfast. Great food, great service. The special Carnitas Breakfast Tostadas was excellent. The Belgium waffle was a good a the compote that came with it. My first time here and the staff made my birthday great. Kalee' our server made it very special when she found out it was my birthday The purple haze drink was absolutely wonderful and the blueberry muffin is the best muffin I've had. I'm also seated with The birthday girl and the experience was amazing. Kalee' insured the birthday celebration was fun and special. This location has to count its days with me!! Since the day it's opened every visit I've had has been lack luster and down right bad. But today really took the cake, now normally my boyfriend will stop me whenever I ask to go with "you sure?? They always mess up your order!" But today we both went against the grain because who can pass up the Kale Tonic (my fave drink there). We were seated quickly but had to flag down a server from a different section to place our drink order and to help find our real server. After about 15mins the server and drinks come out, we place our food order and this is the start of the decline in service I alway mysteriously receive at this location only. We waited about 25mims before noticing the lady that was seated the same time as us and another lady who was seated about 5mins after us had been waited on, served food and drinks and were half way finished. I flagged down the host that sat us to explain or ask why there was an extra wait for our table only. He assured me my waiter would be right out and he was with a plate full of cold food. While stirring the butter into my grits I found black beans. How does black beans end up in grits?? Your guess is just as good as mine honestly. So I flag our server down to let him know. He offered to have my meal remade and took my plates. At this point I'm nauseous from hunger and becoming hangry as my patience wears too thin for my liking. After about another 30mins I flag the host down again to explain that the service is not what I expected to receive today as we had no server in the beginning and now we've watched more than 5 tables that were seated right after us finish their meals and leave and I'm still waiting on food. The Kale Tonic and Million Dollar Bacon (which taste like beef jerky now ) is wearing off and now it's time to turn up because what exactly do I have to do to enjoy at least ONE meal in this place. The host Kenny, was so pleasant and understanding and even went to extra mile to make sure my order was put in correctly and that it would be ready in a sufficient time frame. Well about another 30mins passed still nothing and the waiter only came to check on our table once to advise that he's asked about my order 4 times and there was nothing ready. My boyfriend had finished his soup and bacon so I was more than ready to leave. I'm hungry, hot and annoyed. Kenny is the best host I've ever met. He took care of our ticket and assured us that service at Southside location which is his home store (he was only at the Baymeadows location to help out) was much better. I just hate to have to leave a review like this for a place that I love. The Oakleaf location was my first experience and I figured you just can't have that type of customer service at just one location, it's gotta be company wide. Tuh, jokes on me for being optimistic and ambitious. I literally gave them all the patience I had today. We were seated at 10:45 by 12 the only thing I was able to eat was bacon and a kale tonic all I wanted was breakfast but now I have to settle for Wendy's chicken nuggets which annoys me more because how hard is it to just be attentive and prompt. No care or concern for the customer (me and my table) at all. I don't know maybe this place isn't for me. But I'm not about to visit another location any time soon to figure it out either. But I will visit Kenny's location in the far future‍ read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Amanda was not attentive to our table at all. I asked 3 different servers to assist with necessities our table needed. When Amanda did finally show up with our drinks they were slammed on the table, no apology to follow. Her attitude was far from pleasant. I asked multiple times for a manger to handle the situation, but no one came to attend to our concern. Her customer service attitude was far from enjoyable and this is the reason we'll never come back. read more

From start to finish this experience was amazing, especially for it being Father's Day. The hostess was very pleasant and checked us in within 10 mins. Our server Amanda did an amazing job greeting us quickly, getting drinks ordered and accommodating us for our tiny baby. The food came out hot and quickly and was very tasty. Throughout the meal Amanda checked in frequently. The manager Glen even came over more than once to check on us and it made the experience that more pleasurable. We will definitely be going back to this location again soon. Great food and even better people. That's hard to find these days. read more

Food is good, but if you come to this restaurant expect to wait over 90 minutes for your food. My girlfriend and I came here on a few separate occasions (take out & dine in) and had to wait almost two hours for eggs, potatoes, and a sandwich and they still forgot some things with our order. read more

I had lunch with a coworker who has a food allergy here this week. She decided to be bold and order a new dish she thought she could eat; but immediately realized it would cause her problems later. Mr. Glen Franklin came to the table to hear the problem we had caused and was very gracious in replacing her dish with a different meal. I cannot begin to explain how disgusted with this location I am. By far the worst first watch I've ever been to. They have trash management that won't even address issues of theft. There is no team work or cohesion to the point it shows. I'll never eat at this establishment again and very strongly encourage people to give your business to any other location until they can get their shit straight here. You'd find me in a soup kitchen before you'll find me ever going back to this place. The only thing this place has going for it was a handful of good servers.
