Wow, what a disappointment. Been to other First Watch locations in both Cincinnati and Pittsburgh, thought they were expensive but had very good food. So we tried the new location that opened in May on Cin-Day Road. My two eggs looked they must have been quail eggs. A very small serving. When I pointed it out to our server, he said they use very small eggs and he would be happy to bring me more. Which he did. The scrambled eggs were also so over cooked they tasted like rubber. My wife's over-easy eggs were also very over done. Same with the breakfast potatoes, so over cooked they had no flavor. And the serving size of potatoes was about half of what we received in the past. To be fair, the bacon was very good! For $25 for 2 for breakfast, we could have gone to Frisch's for half the price. Its a shame. We've been to this first a few times since it opened and wanted to like it, we wont be back. The one on union center is better. This one is noisy and small because of the design. This time around our service was slow. It wasnt even that busy, about 3 fourths full. It took a long time to be acknowledged and place an order once we finally sat down after a 20 minute wait. After waiting another 20 minutes for our food to arrive after we ordered, the food was cold temperature and distasteful. read more

Just love this place!!! At times, I swing by First Watch after working out at the gym. I truly appreciate that not only the food here is healthy, fresh but also delicious. My favorite is the Power Wrap which includes turkey, egg whites, and roasted mushrooms with extra pico de gallo . Since they have a good selection of healthy meals here, I don't feel like my time at the gym was counterproductive when I come here. One my favorite breakfast/brunch places. read more

I love the food here. I like to get blueberry pancakes. The service is quick. Might be because I went when it was almost closing time. Wish they stayed open just a smidge later, especially on Sundays. The seating in the restaurant could be better though. Had another fantastic meal today. We have been 3 times since they've opened. We've sat at the bar with Eric, outside with Dillon and inside with Hailey. All three servers get 5 stars. Great friendly, helpful servers. My husband and I share. We've had the Chilaquiles twice, the lemon goat cheese pancake, the Hashbrown benedict, and the bananas Foster Pancake. All were Home runs. We've been waiting for this to open and we're very pleased with everything. All COVID-19 requirements are met. I'm an at risk so we are very careful. Highly recommend! read more

We've been here multiple times, so were shocked, disappointed, and angry at being served old tasteless tea (without even being asked if I wanted sweetener or milk with it-my male companion was given every consideration), potatoes that were still white, and improperly cooked eggs, all backed up by a manager that defended incompetent help. And who had no idea at all how to relate to customers. (If he really wanted us to return, we needed more incentive than his perfunctory words when we finally just left.) read more

This place has very good pancakes even though they are very big difference is cheap and perfect for breakfast or brunch but the portions are really big so if you're willing to have a full stomach halfway for your meal I'm would recommend this place read more

First couple times we came it was amazing, but this past time, the food wasn't very good. My sons pancake was almost half the size and my food had a piece of hair in it. This will be my last trip to First Watch. The last couple trips every time I order bacon it comes out barely warm and tastes reheated. I suspected they were precooking bacon. So I started asking for fresh cooked bacon done medium because I don't like it crunchy. Last weekend I ordered bacon and was very specific with my server "Please tell your cook to make fresh bacon done medium and not crunchy." She said I'll do my best which didn't give me a high degree of confidence. Sure enough she brought out old cold bacon cooked 5 hours earlier. I asked her to take it back and try again. Here's what shocked and appalled me. She said, the cook said "we can't make you fresh bacon because we don't have enough space on the grill." I responded by asking for the manager thinking surely he would have a chat with the cook and I would get fresh food as a result. The manager came over, I explained the reason I come to first watch is because I like fresh food. I pointed to my bacon and said "that is not fresh food". He replied "90% of our food is fresh; unfortunately, the bacon isn't. We precook it in the morning." I said okay, I get why you do that to save time but I don't understand refusing to make it to order when requested. He agreed and said let me see what I can do. He returned with the same sad excuse. "I'm sorry, we can't make it fresh for you because there's no room on the grill and we're just too busy." I made sure he knew his refusal to cook me fresh food would result in a 1 star Yelp review and that I would never return to a First Watch. He said he was sorry didn't want to lose a customer but refused to waiver. So, that was my experience on my last visit to First Watch, ever. If you enjoy fresh cooked sizzling bacon hot off the grill you better go somewhere else. Hell, try Waffle House, at least they cook everything to order every time. If you're okay just eating from the rest of the menu that might be fresh or you like buffet style cold hard bacon for breakfast then give First Watch a try. read more

Not my first experience eating at First Watch, but new to the liberty township location. Food is consistent, always fresh and non greasy tasting. Great location, conviently off I-75 & 129. Love it being within 3 minutes from my house. For those who are health conscious, try the Kale Tonic, it was bright tasting and delicious read more

I absolutely adore this place. I've had brunch here quite a few times with my baby included and the service has always been quick and helpful even during their busiest times. Excited to have this restaurant option in Liberty Township. Went on a Sunday and had about a 15 minute wait which was reasonable. Once seated service was quick and orders arrived correct and timely. Meals were delicious, I would recommend the Nutella drizzle French toast. Nope!!! Never again. I only started coming to first watch for the chia seed pudding bowl. Today I went in and paid $16 for two bowls. A fourth of the cup had pudding with equal amount of granola. Seriously? When I said something about it they just threw fruit on top. Yeah, that really solved the problem. I will not be returning to this location. First watch is always good. There are lots of fresh healthy options, and daily specials. Breakfast here is a treat. This location is great except for one thing..if it is full, it's loud. Infact it registers a 8.3 " on my husbands db meter which equates to the volume of our riding lawn mower. So many places are doing this industrial vibe now and as nice as it looks it's impossible to have a quiet conversation over breakfast. On a Sat morning I don't want to eat in a middle school cafeteria do I don't think I will be coming back. I would rather drive the ten miles to the older location that is quieter. read more

Always get amazing service and food here. We've been regularly going on weekends for brunch and their seasonal items are always good as well as their regular menu items. I love the superfoods bowl and the avocado toast is also a great start to the day! All the staff here are warm and welcoming. It's nice that you can use the no wait app to get 'in line' before you even leave the house so we don't have to stand around long. Horrible service. Not a good experience at all. Is it too much to expect for my food to all be delivered without my needing to ask? Waitress never even checked to see if everything ok after our food arrived. She finally came by to deliver the check. She didn't offer to bring refills on a drink. Love the look and feel of the new location. As always the food was very good. I will say I think the prices have gotten a list bit high but not outrageous. Service was okay.....they forget my order of OJ and bacon and brough it out 10 minutes or so after my main order was served. Also the two servers committed a serving no no, reaching across the person sitting next to me to had me my plate, 2 separate times. Its just not the proper way to serve, I would hope they would receive better training. That said, it was a good experience, they just need to improve service. read more

Took my son to try 1st Watch after a Sunday a.m. soccer game. Food was average. Bill was not. Son had omelet. I had egg's, sausage links & pancake. One pancake $4.30! Total before tip $32.50....that's not a typo! For breakfast food?!? Glad my wife & other son were not with us. 4 people cold eat at a nicer restaurant for dinner at these prices. Not even the "better ingredients" mantra justifies these prices. And, my son found a long black hair in his omelet. They replaced it, but he ate most of my pancake before it arrived & he was full.. Not even a discount offered. First review I've written in years.... Won't be back. Hope I've saved you some $. read more
