My first time at First Watch and we were seated immediately which is great on a Sunday football day. The greeter/cashier, don't remember his name but super sweet guy & lovely personality! Awesome person to have at the front door when you walk in our waitress was Taylor she was very nice and on top of her game. We got 1 kale tonic w/ booster added and 1 morning meditation w/booster. They were both delish! However the Kale Tonic was insane and I wish I had gotten that. It was so refreshing & amazingly fresh. I had the chickichanga which was very tasty and delicious. I couldn't see any egg in it though so not sure if it somehow missed it. But it was still very flavorful & I loved the potatoes. The mix of onions & seasoning was spot on. My husband had the Healthy Turkey and that was really delicious too. Overall I'd come back here in a heartbeat! Food, juice, staff all go above & beyond and it really shows! Seasoned very well, I loved the detail of preparation and spice! We came by on a Saturday almost at noon, so the wait was about 45 minutes for the two of us, which is pretty much as expected for weekend brunch, especially downtown. Inside was nice and new and comfortable. Our server was lovely and very fast-and when we got our food, she came right out with silverware and syrup before we even had a chance to ask! The coffee was hot and they leave a pot on the table, which I'm a fan of. They have both a seasonal and regular menu, and both have options for everyone. I tried the "Tropica Sunrise" juice, but I wasn't a fan. It was kind of like a lemonade (so watered down) and definitely had some added sweetener, so it was disappointing. They juice some of the produce onsite, but not everything. Looking at the menu, the pineapple & strawberry was fresh, but the mango & lime was processed. My boyfriend got the French Toast and he was definitely a fan. I tried the Smoked Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Frittata (no parm), which was a bit unusual for me because I am picky about my salmon and like my eggs runny, but it was great! The salmon is wild, so that was nice, and although there was only like one sun dried tomato in there, there was plenty of onion and the chive cream to pack in the flavor. The toast was salty, but I didn't really want it anyway, and just a note that the salad is literally just dressed greens, but that was fine because it was plenty of food. The frittata was great and I'd order it again! Next time I think we'll just plan to come much earlier! I'd order the frittata again, but not the juice. read more

This spot was really good! I think there's a few kinks they could work on however. The vibes and service were really nice. The menu has a little bit of everything. I got the eggs Benny with salmon which was probably one of the more expensive things on the menu but it only comes with some lettuce and a mountain of red onions. The eggs were way over done which was kinda sad but overall it was tasty I just didn't find it to be worth the price. My partner tried the biscuits and gravy and liked it but only complaint was his potatoes could have been cooked for a little longer. We tried a few brunch cocktails: the Bloody Mary and the cinnamon cereal milk latte were both really tasty. The way they serve them is unique too. I think they should offer more toppings for the Bloody Mary. They have a lot of good things going on here! I think they'll be a go-to spot here off broadway before long! read more

My hubs scarfed his Chickachonga or I think that's what it's called. He enjoyed his food, but I had to have mine removed. The waffle would have been good if there wasn't some slimy purple thing in the butter that I spread on top of it. But the eggs were gross and had tons of hard pieces where they left them on the eye and basically fried the scrambled eggs. I only got 2 pieces of bacon, one of which was completly fat and inedible. But although, my food was gross and I unfortunately didn't get to eat, they took it off without any issues. I also tried the summer honey toffee iced coffee and it was pretty good, not a huge fan of the toffee crumbles but it was still yummy. read more

My wife and I are avid First Watch goers. We visited the one in Nashville on 07-29-24. The place was dirty. Tables needed to be cleared. The lady working the bar was extremely rude and not very customer friendly. She seemed as though she was working the register down stairs. It took forever to get our drinks and when she eventually got around to bringing our food she just slid it in front of us and walked off. Didn't even ask if we needed anything else. Got coffee and placed our order, everything I ordered was repeated back to me incorrectly. I guess Sunny Side up sounds like over medium. Whatever. About 45 minutes later our waiter came back to ask us what we ordered because he forgot to put the order in. By then the place was packed(as one would expect).
