So this is my second time coming here, first time was terrible. However they have redeemed themselves. My brother loves coming here so we came here for breakfast. The food had taste! It wasn't bland, I got something that was really good. It was eggs and potatoes and toast. The potatoes were really tasty. The drinks were ok, it's not freshly squeezed orange juice. Lol the box saids it's freshly squeezed but it's not. I'm use to the Cuban places where they squeeze the oranges in front of you. That's freshly squeezed. Anyways I ended up with cranberry juice. Overall it was a good experience and the food was so much better. I didn't give it a 5 stars bc of my juice. If you are looking for a basic breakfast he will find out here but you will also find some of the more popular dishes that people look for these days. They have so many different variations of avocado toast for all of you basic people like me. LOL. They also have super delicious and fresh juices that I have heard many people swear by. They have a beat juice that I cannot personally get enough of. He would think it sounds gross but it's actually super delicious. Wait times can range from 45 minutes to 2 hours, even if it's a party of two with the help of the "No Wait" app. I ordered The Elevated Egg Sandwich. It has an over-easy cage-free egg, bacon, Gruyere cheese, and avocados on the inside, and mayo and lemon dressed arugula on the brioche bun. It also comes with seasoned potatoes on the side. I was impressed by the taste, freshness, and appearance of the sandwich! Limited time menu items are always something to be happy about: sweet, sweet summer for their seasonal Strawberry Smash - a powerful alliteration to emphasize something so tasty and fresh. Place was ok, I know a few people that bragged about it, but I was not impressed, ordered the eggs Benedict which were way runny and undercooked, waitress was new so she really didn't know much about the menu items, and then she would disappear for the longest time. First Watch has become a victim of its own success. I went today with my family to have brunch and also to use a $20 gift card I had received from the management team because of a prior negative experience we had at another location in Jacksonville. Now in retrospective that was nothing compared to today's mess. First wait time was 75-80 minutes, so we put our names down and left to do a couple of things nearby. We come back and are promply seated. We start off with the Million Dollar Bacon which we had to return because it was burnt. At the same time, the table next to us was also sending food back to the kitchen. Anyway, after the bacon, it took over 35 minutes for our food to come out. Our eggs were COLD, and on top of that my daughter had to wait 5 more minutes for her pancake to come out. This is breakfast guys, it's mostly eggs and pancakes, get your act together. There were a lot of unhappy folks there today. On top of that, the ladies room was filthy. It's such a shame to see a great concept be so poorly executed. That was the last chance I gave First Watch. It's been a while since I heard about First Watch, and I've heard nothing but good things. They were all spot on. We came in Easter Sunday and used the "No wait app". We were seated within 5 minutes, which was really great. I really loved the vibe. The menu is geared toward health conscious individuals. They have vegan options and list calorie counts for all menus items. The best thing I tried to my surprise, was the kale smoothie. Yes Kale. That is not a mistake. I don't know what they put in this thing but myyy god. Biscuits and gravy have Cracker Barrel a run for their money. And the elevated egg sandwich was freakin fantastic. First time there today after driving past for years! Amazing place, both food and vibes.

I really like this place. It has become my go-to for a yummy breakfast on the weekend. The service is so friendly and I have yet to eat something that I don't like. On the weekend, there is almost always a long line, and I mean a LONG line, so it is best to download and use the NoWait app. Even with the app, you will still have a wait ahead of you, but at least you can time it perfectly. I put myself in line and then come as close to the predicted time as possible, this method has worked time over time. About the food. It is yummy and it feels like "real" food, not that cheapy-production line type food that most restaurants crank out. I feel like their food is conscious and they have quite a few vegetarian and vegan options (that are actually well-thought out and delicious). They offer complimentary coffee while you wait and the coffee here is delicious! Their juices are pretty good too. Overall, give this place a try. On the days that I'm not feeling so adventurous, I always place an order of one of my all time favorites, of course, the avocado toast with tea. It tastes incredible and is surprisingly very filling. Before you go in, I highly recommend joining the line either via the app or the website prior to getting there, otherwise you'd be in for an incredibly long wait. The managers are always handling the wait very professionally, one time I saw that they even placed courtesy water and cups out for customers waiting. Great location off of Pines Rd. I went during a slower time, so there was no wait for a seat and only about a 10-15 min wait for food. All the servers were very nice and helpful. I ordered the Steak and Eggs Hash and although it looks like a little at first, it was more than enough food! Everything tasted fresh and hot, straight off the griddle! The toasted ciabatta on the side wasn't my favorite, perhaps I was expecting a fluffier bread loaf and the Parmesan was a little more toasted than I'd prefer. First watch promotes locally grown and seasonal ingredients and backs it up with delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch options. Early morning hours can be extremely busy so get here early or be prepared to wait. Friendly service, but again, it can get busy, which on occasion has left me in search of a servers attention. The "Tri-Athlete" Egg White omelette is my personal favorite and is simply excellent, with a mountain of fresh mushrooms, chilies and onions within. Great place for brunch and it's healthy. The wait time is very long sometimes but it's worth the wait.

This store needs help. They are always running behind. You can never place an order via Uber eats although they say they do participate with the service. I have tried to place orders the day prior and in the morning the order is cancelled. You call to place an order for pick up and they say they don't do phone orders. I place the order for pick up via their website and it says ready at 11:15am when I arrive they say wait another 20 minutes. They clearly need help I hope the owner of this store reads the feedback and makes a change. No other first watch has this issue. read more

I have been cravingggggg breakfast like it was no ones business but I can definitely say first watch delivered and more. I came very hungry on Saturday and it was the best decision I've made since my last meal for sure. I had the works omelet and it was hearty and filling the onions really elevated this dish. I also had the lemon ricotta pancakes which we light and fluffy and the ricotta really added a nice sweetness to it. I would definitely say pass on the the gravy and biscuits its dry and lacks major flavor. If you want breakfast and it's full of flavor and food and not so much on your wallet, you should come by! read more

Trying to get into this place sometimes is impossible. The service is hit or miss. The prices are a little pricey considering your getting a egg on bread with some salad for $10.49. This is the new trendy over priced breakfast place.. Originally I gave three stars but considering I walked out without eating last time, I lowered my rating. They really need to figure out not having one person handling the register and check in for customers. Everyone lines up to pay and blocks the front door, so you can't even get in the place. Then you have to try to work your way to the front to get your name in. The girl had 10 people waiting to be seated. There were numerous tables open for people to sit at but she couldn't sit anyone because she was to busy having people pay for there meals. So all these people are standing there looking at empty tables but we're not being seated. People were walking up seeing the crowd at the door and leaving not realizing these people were only waiting to pay... after 10 minutes of standing looking at empty tables we finally left with out eating... you pay a lot to eat at this place and it just gets worse... probably one of the poorest managed stores I have ever eaten in. read more

Our server was quick to assist us and already had coffee and water in hand. We knew what we wanted so it made it even easier. Great way to brunch! Farm-like atmosphere and feels like home. Lots of options and if you're craving something healthy you can definitely find something you'll like. I usually go for the Tri-fecta but decided to go traditional this visit. My other half ordered the Chickichangas which he throughly enjoyed as well. Staff is always upbeat and attentive to your needs. I do advise if you go on weekends to download their app to hold your place in line before you go as they do tend to get very busy.
