We went back after Cassi Checklick reached out to us. It took a while to go back with our schedules but we made it. For starters this location had complimentary coffee while you wait! Being that coffee was the first thing on my mind this morning it made the wait very pleasant! Server Bri Gonzales and Gen. Mgr. Renee Flores did a great job. Server was well versed in the menu and GM had the restaurant flowing well. Despite the fact I was the last one to receive my food (10 minutes after the rest of my table) the food did not disappoint. Everyone's dish was hot and we always had what we needed. This establishment, under its new management, seeks out proper service and care for their customers. While I noticed several empty tables..... Translation shortage of serving staff. - food took awhile to come 25 min. Arrived cold. So cold did not take a chance. Asked for a menu to reorder. -got menu and had to flag down my server to actually reorder. ....Really??!!!. - when 2nd order arrived I asked for additional jelly, server acknowledged and never came back.....disappearing act. - after all the troubles server advised us she adjusted bill and the coffee was on her.... huh ... after all I went thru!! The Egg and I could not hold a candle to First Watch. I am a fan! I had the frittata: a Greek frittata. It was crisp, moist and flavorful. The signature breakfast is wonderful and the portion sizes should suit the most hearty appetite. The service was quite attentive but not overbearing. The best thing to be said about First Watch, is the food is absolutely FRESH! The juice bar is great, too. I like juicing. I didn't try the juice yet...it was a coffee type morning. I left with a loaf of the fantastic artisan bread. YUM! I went for the Bacado, which is a bacon and avocado omelette, monterey jack cheese and sour cream with a side of greens and whole grain toast. In my opinion I recommend that one over the meditation (but my friend definitely recommends the other one.) I ordered the quinoa power bowl. The eggs were basted , which meant it had yolk in it. Went with my two friends from out of town because I had a great experience my first time there. We were sat outside in the middle of a busy hour because there was more free space out there. We accepted and we took it. Little did I know we were gonna be left out there neglected and with a server who was completely clueless. I never blame the server for occasions like this so I went straight to management. I'm glad they comped out our order, but it was disappointing to have a horrible dining experience and it made me look bad when recommending that restaurant to other people. We didn't have 2+ hours to sit there and wait for our food to get cold because we wanted to eat together when one of us got a wrong order. This is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast! From the rustic decor to the great customer service, this location has it all! I have not had any issues with my meals. I typically order "The Works" omelette and tweak it every time. My requests are always honored. It seems like each chef/cook has their own way of making the dish because it comes out just a little bit different, depending on who's working that day. My favorite side dish-- grits! Loved that they brought a full coffee pot to the table for two of us ...we did drink the whole thing. They didn't even give us dirty looks when we stayed and chatted for a full hour and some change. Started off with coffee...don't look now, but pumpkin pie spice creamer was on the table!! Also, available, Pumpkin Pancakes. The pancakes are plate-sized, so be ready. Their pancakes are good, but average. The Butternut Squash Bisque was creamy and above average, for sure. Got the Eggs Benedict Florentine, and it was delicious. Eggs were cooked to perfection and the sauce had that just-right hint of lemon. I love the organic, farm vibe. This was going to be a 3 star review because service was absent. But, as I was leaving, I put a couple of those pumpkin spice creamers in my purse....and that explains the 4th star. Don't judge!!! Will be back for the fresh seasonal selections offered. Today, everything was on point and awesome.....friends of ours had the wheat quinoa wrap and omelette. My kid had the grits, fruit and grilled cheese. My hubby had the works omelette. It came with potatoes and toast. I had cheesy eggs, whole grain banana granola pancake. We had bacon on the side. It was good but the bacon was not crispy bacon. Everything was eggscellent. There was coffee and infused water for us waiting to be seated. We had hot tea, oj, coffee & water. The waiter gave us a carafe for extra water. My son didn't like the pulp in the oj but everything was great. Service was good. Great! read more

She is quite possibly the most engaging, upbeat, energetic and beautiful young lady I have had the pleasure of ordering from. She absolutely made my day. Professional in taking order and checking back to insure everything was correct but she took the time to chat and share personally as well. My wife and I tried the Smoked Salmon Benedict and we both felt disappointed. It's such a simple dish, but to complex for the cook. Food here has little to no flavor. I had the cold potato with my dish. My wife had the dressing less greens. She had to ask twice to get the dressing. On a good note the coffee is ok. Today my daughter and I visited this 151 location for brunch and I must say that I have been to this location many times. Today was different. I am posting this review for a few reasons. Our server Daniel Carrick is by far the best server at this restaurant. Daniel was welcoming, continuous, kind, upbeat and very attentive. He made sure that our order was both accurate and delicious! If ran this restaurant, I'd promote Daniel to a server trainer because he definitely knows how to provide top notch service. If you visit this location, Id ask for him if he's available. The food quality isn't even close to the prices they charge (easily over $20 per person for breakfast). Their "Million Dollar Bacon" is a perfect example. I was hesitant on the wait due to reviews but their online wait in line feature was great, and easy to use. When I got in line it was a 2 hr wait, normally I'd go somewhere else but the food looked great and with the reviews I wanted to check it out. We got there about an hr and a half after I got on the wait list and only waited another 10 mins and we were seated. They had cold fresh water outside for those waiting and it was a very pleasant check in. The host once we walked in was really my only complaint, she was less than friendly and seemed put off to help. Once seated our server came by within a couple of minutes and got our drink within another few. They were busy but you wouldn't tell when the server was with us. She never seemed to rush us or make us feel as though we were bothering her (this has been an issue at a lot of places lately). She was on it, kind and very helpful! The food was pretty good, I didn't like the.candied bacon (I hate pepper and didn't realize it was on it), but everything else was great! Oh if you're like me and like to butter your own toast, be sure to ask for it on the side, just a preference thing lol. All in all, go with plenty of time, be sure to use the get in line feature.
