We ordered for delivery. The orange juice was fresh and delicious. The portions were big and easily shareable as we had two days of breakfast with one order. There is a good variety to choose from the menu. The bread was amazing.

Are you looking to eat a delicious breakfast AND exceptional customer service? Look no further than First Watch. The restaurant is conveniently located off of Scottsdale Rd and offers plenty of parking. There is plenty of seating inside and also a few seats on the patio. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome right away. They do tend to get busy so plan accordingly. On this visit we had the Works omelette and double bacon Parmesan hash. Plain and simple, delicious and fresh. Fresh coffee keeps things going. They also offer a variety of pancakes and waffles. Overall a very good spot to enjoy delicious, hot breakfast and freshly brewed coffee.

The new Fall menu made our food choices easy. I thought the pickled jalapeños on the maple back sandwich paired well with the sweetness of the maple croissant and brown sugar bacon. The pumpkin pancake was good, I would've liked a little more pumpkin spice plus a second cake. The pomegranate sunrise was a great take for a tequila brunch cocktail. Our server was prompt and very friendly. This place is family friendly for families with kids. With the wood flooring it does make the place a little noisy when it gets busy.

Always dependable with sizable portions and freshly made. I have ordered the Avocado toast in many of their locations and I have never been disappointed.

The Raspberry Ricotta French Toast was delicious, not too sweet and very flavorful. My wife loved her Avocado Chopped Salad, grateful that the dressing complimented the ingredients without being overpowering. We both tried the Blue Booster juice and loved the crisp, fresh taste of the Fuji apple juice. The ambiance was delightful as always. Our server, Dakota, provided exceptional service.

You always know what you are going to get when you come.....words from hubby! Food is always great. Service was 10 out of 10!

Never have a had such a terrible experience at First Watch. We were sat at a table with food in the bench, dirty table, and dirty coffee cups. Gross! So we moved. Next table has crumbs and wet glass marks and DIRTY coffee cups. Think twice before you go here. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Came here with a friend at 11am on a Friday. Despite the hour and day, it wasn't full or on a waitlist and we were seated immediately. I enjoyed the carafe of water we were provided on the table and was offered a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, I don't think their coffee is a house blend. It tasted like keurigs coffee, which isn't to say it's a fact but it tastes low quality. I ordered a seasonal drink called the Tangerine Dream (shown) and the Tri-Fecta with poached eggs, chicken patties and a pancake. I'm a huge fan of pancakes and I'd like to say I have a knack for identifying them. This one was just good. The patties were good too. Overall, everything was just good. Nothing to rave about and I don't particularly want to attend again when places like Snooze exist. We did also have quite a wait for a dessert my friend ordered despite it not being full, though I don't know if they had a lot of online orders or something else preventing them.

Still love this location! The food is perfect, the best comfort food. Mariah is still my favorite server. It's always nice to see a friendly face every time I go.

I was between appointments and decided to treat myself to breakfast. Wasn't sure where I wanted to go and then I remembered there was a First Watch at Promenade. Perfect! I was a little nervous that I'd feel awkward being a party of 1, but the hostess didn't even bat an eye. She put my name on the list and said maybe a 10 min wait, but it wasn't even 5. I was given a regular menu and a holiday menu. Not much appealed on the Holiday menu today. I was in the mood for the basics, so ordered the traditional breakfast. There was a drink on the holiday menu though that piqued my interest - Red Medicine. Let me tell you - it may be the best juice beverage I've ever tasted. They need to bottle that! Pomegranate, cranberry, black tea, honey and cinnamon. Whoever came up with that deliciousness deserves an award. My breakfast was good, but nothing overly special. Over easy eggs done exactly right. 4 slices of bacon, unlike the 2 other places tend to give you. I requested extra crispy and this was just right, but not a big fan of whatever brand they use. Toast was good and I appreciate the little cup of jam. The potatoes weren't my favorite. I'm not a big breakfast potato fan and prefer shredded hash browns. Overall a good breakfast and a nice place to dine solo.

Came in for brunch today with some coworkers and the food was delicious. we were in and out in under an hour and staff were friendly! There is plenty of seating inside. The gluten-free bread is delicious and there's no up charge. I will definitely be back to explore the menu a bit more :)

Looking for something we didn't have at home and found First Watch. So thankful we did! Our waitress Veronica was so helpful with all our questions. We wanted to order everything off the menu. We started with the Blueberry Lemon cornbread and it was phenomenal. Tasted straight out of Grandmas kitchen. We all ordered something different so we could share and it was all incredible. I got the breakfast tacos and they were to die for! Adorable atmosphere with all the country themed decor! Next time we are in Scottsdale we are definitely coming here to eat!

Everything was very good, and the sauce on the pizza was especially excellent. Service was good -- not great, but good. The DJ actually added some nice ambience to the place and gave the restaurant a good vibe. Now here's my problem. This is a BIG restaurant. I'm not talking about some tiny little neighborhood place where they have to squeeze every table into every corner. Yet somehow, they sat the four of us right next to the server computer station, where the staff is constantly coming and going, punching in checks, picking things up, walking back and forth -- the whole time you're trying to eat dinner. And to make it worse, that table is close to the front door. This is Arizona. Every time that door opens, you get a blast of heat. I can only imagine in colder weather you'd get the opposite problem. I've been around restaurants a long time, and some tables just shouldn't be tables. That's one of them. I understand nobody wants to give up a four-top, but in a restaurant that size, come on. Move the table or get rid of it. The guest experience should be worth more than squeezing in four extra seats. The food absolutely deserves a return visit. Just do yourself a favor if they try to seat you by that computer station near the front door, ask for another table.

This was years ago, before the speakeasy existed. I remember we were greeted at the table with glasses of champagne. Service was impeccable, food was delicious. We had one of the best desserts of our lives. 10/10 first impression. We went back maybe a year later after the speakeasy was built in, and it seemed like all their attention went to that instead. They were out of a bunch of dishes on the menu. I remember we all got our food except for my husband and we finally had to ask the server what was going on with his dish and that's when they told us they were out of that dish he had ordered too. They offered to make something else on the house, but at this point we were all almost done with our food so he ended up with nothing. They did try to make it right, I'll give them that, but it was a weird experience. We decided to give the restaurant one last try for my mom's birthday over the weekend and it solidified our opinions on this place. First of all, it's EXPENSIVE. I get it's Scottsdale but they are trying way too hard with $80 ribeyes and $1500 bottles of wine, but not giving you anything for it. Don't get me wrong, I'll enjoy an expensive meal when I feel it's warranted. The food, service, details need to go above and beyond to justify my $500+ tab. That's just not the case here. The server didn't do anything out of the ordinary. Didn't even offer a birthday dessert? We ordered salads before our meals and our entrees showed up two minutes later. My sister had her leftover pasta boxed up and they never brought it back. She asked about it and they said they could fire her a new one, but we were ready to go at this point. These are not issues you should be having at an upscale restaurant at this price point. After all this, we won't be returning. There are much better restaurants at lesser price points that offer amazing food with above and beyond experience. Everyone try Restaurant Progress instead!

Instead, we were publicly embarrassed and treated like criminals for absolutely no reason. After we were seated, I closed the curtain because the table next to us was loud and obnoxious. Minutes later, the manager, Hannah, walked over and decided our entire group was "too intoxicated" to be served. Not a single person in our group was causing a scene, being disrespectful, or acting out of control. We were sitting at our table, ordering dinner. What makes this even more ridiculous is that after taking our drink order, Hannah personally brought out three green tea drinks in champagne glasses. Then, almost immediately afterward, she decided we were somehow too intoxicated to stay. Which is it? If we were supposedly too drunk to be there, why were drinks being served in the first place? We had already ordered what would have been around a $700 meal, and instead of being treated with basic respect, we were stereotyped because we were a bachelorette party. It felt like Hannah had already made up her mind before giving us any chance to prove otherwise. Restaurants absolutely have the right to refuse service to genuinely intoxicated guests. What they should not do is make assumptions based on the type of celebration or the size of a group. This wasn't responsible service--it was poor judgment, inconsistent management, and an incredibly embarrassing way to treat paying customers. We'll happily spend our money somewhere that values its guests instead of profiling them. !!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! We ended up at ZUZUs, they treated us with respect and dignity.
