We ordered for delivery. The orange juice was fresh and delicious. The portions were big and easily shareable as we had two days of breakfast with one order. There is a good variety to choose from the menu. The bread was amazing.

Are you looking to eat a delicious breakfast AND exceptional customer service? Look no further than First Watch. The restaurant is conveniently located off of Scottsdale Rd and offers plenty of parking. There is plenty of seating inside and also a few seats on the patio. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome right away. They do tend to get busy so plan accordingly. On this visit we had the Works omelette and double bacon Parmesan hash. Plain and simple, delicious and fresh. Fresh coffee keeps things going. They also offer a variety of pancakes and waffles. Overall a very good spot to enjoy delicious, hot breakfast and freshly brewed coffee.

The new Fall menu made our food choices easy. I thought the pickled jalapeños on the maple back sandwich paired well with the sweetness of the maple croissant and brown sugar bacon. The pumpkin pancake was good, I would've liked a little more pumpkin spice plus a second cake. The pomegranate sunrise was a great take for a tequila brunch cocktail. Our server was prompt and very friendly. This place is family friendly for families with kids. With the wood flooring it does make the place a little noisy when it gets busy.

Always dependable with sizable portions and freshly made. I have ordered the Avocado toast in many of their locations and I have never been disappointed.

You always know what you are going to get when you come.....words from hubby! Food is always great. Service was 10 out of 10!

The Raspberry Ricotta French Toast was delicious, not too sweet and very flavorful. My wife loved her Avocado Chopped Salad, grateful that the dressing complimented the ingredients without being overpowering. We both tried the Blue Booster juice and loved the crisp, fresh taste of the Fuji apple juice. The ambiance was delightful as always. Our server, Dakota, provided exceptional service.

Never have a had such a terrible experience at First Watch. We were sat at a table with food in the bench, dirty table, and dirty coffee cups. Gross! So we moved. Next table has crumbs and wet glass marks and DIRTY coffee cups. Think twice before you go here. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Came here with a friend at 11am on a Friday. Despite the hour and day, it wasn't full or on a waitlist and we were seated immediately. I enjoyed the carafe of water we were provided on the table and was offered a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, I don't think their coffee is a house blend. It tasted like keurigs coffee, which isn't to say it's a fact but it tastes low quality. I ordered a seasonal drink called the Tangerine Dream (shown) and the Tri-Fecta with poached eggs, chicken patties and a pancake. I'm a huge fan of pancakes and I'd like to say I have a knack for identifying them. This one was just good. The patties were good too. Overall, everything was just good. Nothing to rave about and I don't particularly want to attend again when places like Snooze exist. We did also have quite a wait for a dessert my friend ordered despite it not being full, though I don't know if they had a lot of online orders or something else preventing them.

Still love this location! The food is perfect, the best comfort food. Mariah is still my favorite server. It's always nice to see a friendly face every time I go.

I was between appointments and decided to treat myself to breakfast. Wasn't sure where I wanted to go and then I remembered there was a First Watch at Promenade. Perfect! I was a little nervous that I'd feel awkward being a party of 1, but the hostess didn't even bat an eye. She put my name on the list and said maybe a 10 min wait, but it wasn't even 5. I was given a regular menu and a holiday menu. Not much appealed on the Holiday menu today. I was in the mood for the basics, so ordered the traditional breakfast. There was a drink on the holiday menu though that piqued my interest - Red Medicine. Let me tell you - it may be the best juice beverage I've ever tasted. They need to bottle that! Pomegranate, cranberry, black tea, honey and cinnamon. Whoever came up with that deliciousness deserves an award. My breakfast was good, but nothing overly special. Over easy eggs done exactly right. 4 slices of bacon, unlike the 2 other places tend to give you. I requested extra crispy and this was just right, but not a big fan of whatever brand they use. Toast was good and I appreciate the little cup of jam. The potatoes weren't my favorite. I'm not a big breakfast potato fan and prefer shredded hash browns. Overall a good breakfast and a nice place to dine solo.

Came in for brunch today with some coworkers and the food was delicious. we were in and out in under an hour and staff were friendly! There is plenty of seating inside. The gluten-free bread is delicious and there's no up charge. I will definitely be back to explore the menu a bit more :)

Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos

Looking for something we didn't have at home and found First Watch. So thankful we did! Our waitress Veronica was so helpful with all our questions. We wanted to order everything off the menu. We started with the Blueberry Lemon cornbread and it was phenomenal. Tasted straight out of Grandmas kitchen. We all ordered something different so we could share and it was all incredible. I got the breakfast tacos and they were to die for! Adorable atmosphere with all the country themed decor! Next time we are in Scottsdale we are definitely coming here to eat!

Our server Preston was the best, such a breath of fresh air, kind, genuine, and best smile! Food also, so so so delish! Those potatoes are the best!

Absolutely delicious food, with a large menu. The restaurant was crowded and busy(which says a lot), and yet service was fast.

They're larger than they look in photos, perfectly balanced in flavor and not too greasy. You can tell they're made properly on the oversized hot crepe griddles, and it shows in the texture. Despite being in a tourist-heavy area, the café itself feels tucked away and surprisingly quiet inside. There's also outdoor seating if you prefer. The indoor tables have games on hand--like dominoes and Connect Four--which adds a relaxed, welcoming touch. (I won at dominoes!) Service was genuinely hospitable, and the whole experience felt thoughtful and unpretentious. Definitely a spot we took note of and will be back to.

I paid for egg to be added but barely tasted any egg in my crepe. Portion was okay but barely any goat cheese either. Overall flavor was muted. Sorry, I really wanted to love this. I wasn't able to connect to WiFi. When my food arrived I was directed to the condiment tray when I asked for salt and pepper. There was only one pair of shakers there for all to share. I would have appreciated packers extra shakers to move to tables. I did love the other seasoning options.

The excellence service and hospitality is the reason I would take time to write this review. It's an "order at the counter and you find a table to sit" place. As this was our first time here, we were kinda confused. Iris, the general manager, with the big smile like sunshine, was very welcoming and explained the menu to us. She came check if we were doing well a few times. The other staff also had his big smile when he gave us our foods and drinks. Iris and her team is the cherry on top of our whole experience. The food was honestly terrible--bland, poorly prepared, and tasted like it had been sitting around for far too long. None of our meals were enjoyable, and we ended up leaving most of the food untouched. What made the experience even worse was the manager whose name was Iris. Instead of listening to our concerns or trying to make things right, she was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Her attitude turned an already disappointing meal into a completely frustrating experience. A good manager knows how to handle customer complaints with respect, but that certainly wasn't the case here. Between the awful food and the poor customer service, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience

Their cappuccino is exactly what you hope for but rarely get--perfectly balanced, smooth, and dialed in with real precision. The espresso has depth without bitterness, and the milk is textured flawlessly--velvety, not overly foamy, letting the coffee actually shine. You can tell the baristas know what they're doing. Beyond the cup, the vibe is clean, modern, and easy to settle into whether you're taking a meeting or just enjoying a quiet moment. It's the kind of place that treats coffee like a craft, not a commodity. Scottsdale has no shortage of options, but Press stands out for consistency and quality. Schmooze is a hidden gem!…read more Its a lovely garden oasis right in the middle of the Old Town Scottsdale. The birds are chirping and literally run things...lol. Thankfully they are not bravw enough to hop on tables outside while you eat. The outdoor and indoor seating are equally nice but if you want to get work done finding an outlet can be a challenge so be strategic to eye the table that is close to one. Each time we went, we enjoyed something yummy. The grilled salmon with salad and fries was well portioned, fresh, and tasty. On another occasion, I had the Avocado Toast with smoked salmon and a vanilla latte with a shot of hazelnut. My companion had the bagel and creme cheese with a side of fries. The whole QR code scanning for your meal is cool. Its not too impersonal to me. Once you put in the order, the wait staff are generally helpful and friendly when they come with your order. The space has two very different vibes in a good way: a beautiful garden/courtyard area outside that feels fresh and upscale, and a more traditional café-style interior inside. The restaurant itself was very clean, parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere felt polished without being overly formal. Ordering is done either at the counter or by scanning a QR code at your table, so it's more of an open seating, modern café setup than a full-service restaurant experience. Food runners bring everything out and clear dishes afterward, but there isn't much traditional table service. That made the automatic tip prompt during ordering feel a little noticeable, especially since guests are essentially placing their own orders. I ordered the arugula caprese avocado toast and added an egg on top. Flavor-wise, it was really good. The ingredients tasted fresh, the egg was cooked perfectly, and the combination worked well together. My only issue was that it was surprisingly difficult to eat neatly. The cherry tomatoes and small mozzarella balls were sliced in half and kept sliding around, the toast crust was very tough to cut with the knife provided, and because it's avocado toast, it became pretty messy fast. They also only gave one small paper napkin, which definitely wasn't enough for this particular dish. One thing I've always believed is that restaurants should actually sit down and eat their own menu items using the same utensils and setup guests receive because it really highlights little details like this that can improve the overall experience. The latte was excellent though, and overall I still enjoyed my visit. The ambiance and food quality made it feel elevated and inviting, even with a few small execution details that could make the experience smoother.
