The name of this place gave me Game of Thrones vibes for some reason. Don't know why. Maybe because it's called First Watch and it is kind of like Nights Watch. I came here with a friend. We went to the Broadway location for brunch. There are multiple locations across Tucson. They serve healthy breakfast foods, which was nice. It reminded me of my future brother-in-law. (Next time he comes to Tucson, I'll have to bring him here.) They have a few items not listed on their menu. I got the vanilla chai latte pancakes. It was topped with bananas, raspberries, maple-chai-almond butter, and a super-seed mix. I really liked it. It is different and you don't feel guilty after eating it. I didn't eat all 3 cakes, so I brought it home. I also got the Blue Booster, which has white grape, blueberry, lemon and basil in it. It really gives you energy. My friend got a classic breakfast and an Iced coffee. The iced coffee is really good; tasted like caramel. I really liked this place and I would love to bring my fiancee here. I think he would really enjoy it here. I got him the farmhouse hash to go and he had it when he got home that day. He really enjoyed it. So I would definitely return here. Love this food BUT don't like the First Watch (all of them) mask policy. It's voluntary for staff even if they don't have vaccines. We had masks on but they are the ones bringing our food. We got a waitress with no mask so I asked if she was vaccinated. She hesitated then said no so I asked for another waitress. She got angry and said we were discriminating. I have been coming to this First Watch Cafe location, since it was The Good Egg Restaurant. This cafe is exceptional and our favorite place for breakfast and lunch. I have come to this location two days in a row, just to try the Quinoa Power Bowls. Amazing! These bowl are happy, healthy and super savory. I have had just about everything on the menu, including their grand specialty breakfast drinks. Absolutely delicious! I have yet to have less than exceptional service. We've been to all three locations in town and while we typically enjoy the service and quality of the food, we've experienced their kitchen's inability to cook an order of over-medium fried eggs: always too runny with lots of uncooked egg whites, or too hard. This is very consistent at every visit! We've sent eggs back time and again with no substantial change. On the plus side, the smoked salmon frittata is consistently well-prepared and very tastefull. My wife always loves the Morning "something" drink with red beets, etc. Decent food, usually good service, over-priced for what you get, quite the wait to get a table at times on the weekend. It's a nice change of pace from our own home cooked breakfasts or Laverna's cafe. read more

I was getting my car windows tinted nearby...so I started walking to see what was around. I saw the sign for Firstwatch, and thought..."I will just get a cup of coffee and read". I got the TRI-ATHLETE (Egg white omelet with house- roasted Crimini mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and green chilies. Served with house-made pico de gallo, whole grain artisan toast, all-natural house preserves and fresh fruit). OMG it was delicious! The green chilies added zip yet were not blazing hot (I added hot sauce).The toast was a perfect compliment to the perfectly cooked egg white omelette, and it had texture and tasted like fresh baked bread!
