First visit. Pancake & eggs were good. Staff was friendly. I liked the freshly squeezed orange juice. They also have super healthy drinks such as turmeric lemon aid and a beet & turmeric lemon juice. Both were also good. read more

I had lunch today at First watch I felt the wait staff was very rude playing around on there cell phones manager no where to be found. Second of all bathroom very dirty and filthy. I don't recommend any one to go there but the board of health to close the place. read more

I've only been here once for breakfast but it was memorable. The service was fast and friendly. Menu is extensive with lots of options between savory and sweet. My eggs came as ordered and hashbrowns were delicious. I would like to try again and order something off the lunch menu. read more

Very good meal. Appreciate the nutritional menu since one of our party was on a low sodium diet. The gluten free online menu (only) was a little harder to maneuver. We came on a holiday WE, we thought we were going to have to wait the standard hour prior to being seated, but we were seated right away...I quickly noticed how well trained the support staff was which translated into outstanding customer service. You're are never going to have a better meal, with better service and fresher ingredients than at First Watch at Union Center in West Chester Ohio. The restaurant is always clean, and inviting. The menu is a clear step above any other place you're going to find. They add a variety new, delicious items regularly, and maintain favorites. The people in the kitchen are masters at what they do and great care is taken preparing and plating your food so that when it reaches your table it almost looks to good to eat. The service is undeniably the best I have seen. Servers are quick, caring and courteous, and the teamwork is amazing to watch. You're food is never going to arrive cold because the moment it hits the plate it's whisked away and to your table. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant, nor do I ever expect to. For me there is simply nothing in the area that can compete. The food is on another level and the service top notch. From management to kitchen, to server, to delicious and priced right, you're not going to find anything better. Five stars for me, and I don't give that distinction lightly. All things taken together, if you want a great dining experience, with a great crew, First Watch Union Center is the place to go. And I should say, I find all of the First Watch restaurant to be better than your average restaurant, but Union Center is the gold standard. read more

Food was healthy and good. Not great just good. It was a good portion but a bit pricey. The service was just meh, the waitress we had was serving 2 other tables who already had their food yet she was nowhere to be found. Drink orders taken then it took the waitress almost 10 minutes to get back to our table to take the order, she was clearly in our line of vision standing at the host/pay area talking to 2 other waitresses. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes exactly from the time we walked in (no wait) until we walked out. If I could rate the food it would be 4 but the service was a 2 or 1 star. This was a great breakfast stop for my trip to Cincinnati. I had the Works omelette, which was probably the best restaurant-made omelette I've had. The country-fried potatoes were a welcome change from hash browns, and the fresh-baked muffins were amazing. Like others have said, the coffee was pretty bad, but if your only complaint is that coffee isn't great, that's pretty good overall. read more
