Holy yum. My husband and I had a day off together today (which is rare) and started our day here. Ambiance is clean, modern, farm-esque. (Lol that's a terrible description but I think you get it) Our waitress offered coffee and then left the whole pot on the table which is honestly genius. As a former diner waitress, I can attest that coffee refills are so tedious. My husband got the Kale juice and it was REALLY good. Slight bitterness from the kale mixed with fruitiness. Okay so food- I got the Chickichanga and he got the Salmon Benedict. Both were fabulous and suuuuper fresh. My potatoes were perfectly seasoned and we each got a bowl of fresh fruit. Moral of the story, you can guarantee you'll find me here again next week when my parents are in town. read more

An amazing place to eat breakfast and lunch! Their food is delicious, I personally get their Belgian waffles with strawberries and for lunch a BLT. All of the servers are super friendly, I've never had a rude experience with a server or The First Watch in general. Every time the food comes out, it is piping hot and freshly made. This is definitely my new go to breakfast spot. It's clean, bright, and airy, and the service is great. It seems to attract a different crowd than the Denny's / Waffle house crowd as well. Not a judgment, just an observation. . . I enjoyed my triathlete breakfast and appreciated that it was without cheese. I thought I overpaid for coffee, but you know, I'll get over it. I can't believe with how often I go to Winter Garden Village, I've never once eaten in First Watch until today. The food is really fresh and delicious, with plenty of healthier options as well as pancakes, waffles and all that good stuff. My husband and I got the Traditional Breakfasts. Mine with turkey sausages and he had pork sausages with a side of bacon. We also each had a coffee which was really good, actually, I'll probably pick up a bag when I'm up there next because I'm craving it now! If your hungry and in WGV before 2:30pm, I highly recommend stopping in. read more

I arrived at 2 pm (they close at 2:30) and was warmly welcomed and the waitress was so good. She was normal-friendly with a beaming smile. (Not the I'm-a-waitress-so-have-to-be-friendly type. I'd kinda like to be her friend.) I was aware of the time, so was careful not to overstay my welcome. I ordered the fresh kale fruit juice. It was yummy, but this was just to try it. I can't see myself paying $4 again for it. My meal was an odd, but perfect mix of flavors and textures. I had the Smoked salmon and Cucumber sandwich. The salmon was fresh and nice. The capers were am excellent addition. And the bread!! I wished I would have asked if I could buy a loaf- sweet and nutty. It came with two eggs over easy (which is a win in my book).The cream cheese was not too much. I was glad for this, as it tends too make things too creamy unnecessarily. The interior was okay. Just like any other brunch place or family restaurant. It kinda made me sad that it wasn't more unique or intimate or memorable. But, that's my only negative, so you bet I'll be visiting this lovely brunch place in Winter Garden again. read more

Here's the thing - I'm a big first watch fan. I've loved this place ever since I moved to FL and I've practically been to more than half of them around the state. All of sudden they come out with an açaí bowl that comes with a side of toast with almond butter and sea salt...my life has forever changed. I am praising the gods for this but also already stressed because I love the avocado toast so much and I'll be worried about what to order every time I go. The açaí bowl is filling, healthy and pretty - everything I need to start my day. Let's just say I'll be back very soon :) read more

There are choices for everyone and you can stay super healthy with egg white omelets and fresh fruit or go decadent with chocolate chip pancakes. Kids love it and adults too. This location is open until 2:30 most days but call ahead to be sure. The menu is geared to breakfasts and lunch sandwiches. I love First Watch. I first tried it back when LA Fitness was Lifestyle Fitness. After my first try, I was hooked. I've taken all my friends there, and now everyone's a fan! I can easily go through 3 pots of their coffee--SO GOOD! I like that I can choose to have a nice healthy option or opt for a not-so-healthy one. My waist-friendly go-to meal is the Tri-Athlete omelette. Otherwise, I'll have the Belgian waffle with potatoes (and a side of bacon to sprinkle on my waffle haha)!! This place is often busy, but I've never cared to wait. The service is great. All my servers have always been super friendly, and they always keep my coffee coming! Even when I sit outside, they're always attentive! If they served mimosas, I'd give it 5 stars! hahaha ;-) read more

I've been going here for years and their menu has gotten better since the renovation a little while ago. The space itself is attractive with a "farmhouse" type of theme going on. The service is always good even on busy days like Sunday afternoons. I went in with a friend today and despite the crowded waiting area, we were seated immediately because we chose the outdoor tables. Our waitress was extremely friendly, giving us recommendations and being attentive enough without being annoying. When she set the check on the table, she said there was no rush which we appreciated. I ordered the pick 2 lunch special-- honey pecan salad and roast beef havarti sandwich. Both were delicious although I do wish there were more greens on the salad, it seemed a bit drenched in the dressing towards the end. Regardless, solid place for great food and service! read more

I seriously need more of this place in my life! Never heard of the First Watch chain before but, boy, have I been missing out. If your like me, and don't know much about the First Watch franchise, I would liken them to an IHOP or Denny's serving breakfast and lunch with more variety, fresher food, realistic portion sizes (one plate won't feed a small nation, just you, which I think is great) and healthier dining options. This place is good and good for me! I came here after a yoga class nearby (see my review for Bikram Yoga Winter Garden) and had the Tri-Athlete Omelet (an egg white omelet with mushrooms, green chiles, onions, and tomatoes), it came with a side of salsa, an English muffin and fruit. Del-icio-us! It was so satisfying and, best of all, I didn't have to undo all the great work I had just done at yoga. Healthy breakfast, quick and friendly service, and good prices - they need to open one of these in my neck of the woods ASAP. read more

First time for this first watch in Orlando Florida. It was crazy busy as they all are but we were able to check in online so the way it was not too bad. I had to BLT eggs Benedict it was really good and a little different then your normal Benedict/omelette. The chicken Changa which is basically a burrito with eggs peppers onions etc was awesome. Our server was incredibly busy but still kept the time to keep on top of things for us and I have to say it was a really good experience - definitely go there read more

I actually came here for the very first time this past Father's Day, since my husband had been before and requested it for brunch! Luckily, I saw on Yelp that we could easily get on the waitlist through the app!!! Yup, pretty much saved Father's Day brunch, since wait times were ridiculous everywhere! I put us on the list from home, checked in (in-person) at the designated time, and ended up waiting maybe ten minutes. Our server was great, too! I really appreciated the fact that she took the time to talk to my son to take his order. Even though he's five, he doesn't like to be treated like a baby, so he got to feel like a big boy & everyone was happy! When our food actually got to our table, it all looked so good! Honestly, better than I expected for a busy holiday! Better than that, everything tasted fabulous and we all left completely satisfied! My husband had the farmhouse skillet hash, I ordered the eggs benedict BLT & our son had the half waffle from the kids menu! Seriously, all so good! I also appreciate that they offer healthier options than other places! I'd love to go back, again! Can't believe I passed this place up so many times, especially considering how close we live! I used to eat at First Watch all the time, but eventually became tired of the battle to find parking, the line at the door to enter and the same dishes. After a few years' hiatus, I suggested First Watch as a spot for brunch midweek. When we arrived I found that parking is still a bit of a challenge at this location, but was pleased to find that First Watch as I remembered it no longer exists. The location has been remodeled and has a very sleek urban farmhouse appearance, and the menu had been significantly revamped as well. While classics such as the Tri-fecta and the Bacado still remain, there are new WOW items such as the Elevated Egg Sandwich and Avocado Toast. The servers here are friendly and efficient, and the pricing is very fair. Tip: I am one who thrives in cold environments, but on my last visit the restaurant was absolutely freezing. You may want to bring a jacket :) read more

But this location has an unfortunate problem; often very limited parking nearby because of the layout of the shopping center. You usually have to walk at least a block or two, just to get here. Other than moving the restaurant to the other side of the shopping center, there seems to be no solution to the chronic lack of parking. read more

I've been going to first watch for years growing up in Sarasota, Fl! Decided to try this location by where we live. Winter garden village gets BUSY so get to breakfast early especially on the weekends! Parking is quite limited in that area of the shopping center as it shares with a few boutique shops and LA Fitness. We were promptly seated which was good, as we got there around 9:30am- crowds started coming in after us. We ordered the skillet hash and tri athlete omelette. My first time here since they remodeled and changed the menu. I love how they have a bunch of healthy and not so healthy options on the menu for everyone. Anything from a quinoa bowl packed with protein to biscuits and gravy for any brunch water. The also have a lot of tasty salad and sandwich options. The free coffee up front while you wait is also a nice touch. We came at 1 on a Saturday and waited about 10 minutes for a table after being told 20 minutes :) The prices aren't bad either and we didn't wait very long for our food to come out.
