Thai Chicken Curry Thai chicken curry
Hina w.

I had a doctors appointment at El Camino Health and I had an to spare during lunch time. I decided to give Fish's wild a shot because the name was kind of fascinating. I tried Thai chicken curry and it was an average dish. Though there size was good but somehow less rice with a lot of curry. My daughter had chicken taco and she said it is ok.

Chicken Katsu

Probably my number one katsu ever. Comparing to other Hawaiian places, the chicken was juicy but not in an oily way. It had a nice crisp to it. The Mac salad was creamy but didn't feel fatty. It had crunches from onions and carrots that tied in with the creamy texture. The best part was the sauce. The BEST katsu sauce I ever had. The sauce was tangy but wasn't overpowering with vinegar. It has sweetness to it to balance out the tang. That whole plate was about $15 too! The spam musubi had a crisp to it and it wasn't overpowered by rice like some places. Still pretty tasty. The tilapia wrap was soft and wasn't salty at all. Their overall wraps seems healthy with greens. Pairing it with the katsu sauce was top tier. I'm surprised it's not crowded, Definitely coming back!

Shrimp and fish taco

This place is a 3.5 stars. So we came here cause I wanted seafood. So I ended up with the fish plate with rice and Mac salad. Got the fish with Cajun seasoning and it was good perfectly cooked fish. The rice was dry and old tasting on both dishes and the Mac salad was extremely salty. Did enjoy the fish and shrimp tacos. Just wish there were more shrimp. There was like only 5 pieces of shrimp. The chicken was just okay very typical. We ordered on a self kiosk. And there's plenty of seating inside.

My husband had the mahi-mahi tacos

This was our first time here and the food was amazing. The owners of the restaurant was extremely polite, and the ambience of the location was clean, quiet, and well decorated. We will definitely come back.

I needed a quick lunch and I've been wanting to try out this spot. It's interesting that they're called Fish's wild but also offer Hawaiian food! I got the bbq chicken and katsu plate with brown rice and veggies. It was pretty well portioned and didn't taste too oily which I appreciate!!! I don't like eating super oily fried food. The veggies and brown rice options made it healthy, but would like to try their Mac salad next time! They have a a good amount of sides to try from. Food was made fairly quick, but maybe it was because I was the only person ordering during lunch lol Otherwise, Will def come back !

French Fries 5/5 yummy

Ample parking in this square and they have a good seating and ambiance inside for a quick lunch. Loved their vast menu choices and full entrees of grilled seafood with 2 sides in $18. Friendly staff and quick service calls for a good lunch spot in the neighbourhood. On a weekday, i walked in to order takeout and order was ready in less than 10 mins while i picked my cvs prescription next door. In $18, i got: - grilled tilapia fish 2 pcs 5/5 cajunstyle - side of steamed veggies - brocolli, carrot, zucchini, cabbage/ bokchoy - fries - 4/5 decent masala cajun fries with not crazy spicy but good medium spicy :) made fresh and packed separately. So smart! Thank god for that :) Deducting 1 star due to price - i wish they served half the portion size for half the price (something like a lunch menu in $10 or so) so its more affordable for daily lunches. Will definitely be coming back to try the salmon and chicken katsu

This little venue reminds me of a mix of Hawaiian BBQ and Thai food. The place was clean and they had a self-ordering station as well as a live person who could take your order. I had the chicken katsu with macaroni salad rice...the macaroni was a bit salty, the katsu thin, and the rice wasn't the traditional white rice. I was expecting it to taste like L&L but since it paled in comparison, I was disappointed. My friend enjoyed shrimp curry and she loved it.

Fish Taco Combo

Good selection of seafood entrees. Tried their fish taco combo today. Their fries are good; yummy batter and fries are crispy but not oily. Tacos were stuffed full and they have various sauces at each table. Lady at the counter is very sweet. Clean and simple interior. There is outdoor patio seating as well. Self dispense fountain drinks are available. They also sell bottled beer behind the refrigerator along with other beverages.

Fast service, comfy seating and delicious food. I ordered the salmon salad. Salmon was cooked perfectly not overdone and seasoned well. The salad was fresh although the tomatoes were a little bit bigger then I prefer. The addition of apples was a nice texture. The miso dressing was bomb and made me want to take some extra to go. My party also liked their dishes as well. It was overall healthy but still big on taste. It didn't leave us feeling too full but satisfied.

Same quality but Bigger portions and better dashi, for about the same price? Sign me up. My girlfriend and I skated the potato salad appetizer - a delicious DIY experience that let you control the texture of your potato salad (though I feel I overmixed), and two take bowls which were MASSIVE - easily could have shared. The seafood was fresh, the portions generous, and maybe it's because I have a more Americanized palate, but the mixed seafood dashi was richer and paired much better than a mild seafood chazuke. Plus it came with shiso leaves and tempura crunchies so it was really no comparison. Overall this was a delicious meal that left me extremely full, unlike other seafood bowls that leave you just a little too hungry. Given the tastiness of their dashi, I'll def be back to try their udon. Also, as an added bonus, my dogs love the little dashi fish topper on their food they sell separately at the front. Love! --- Sweet: amazing dashi broth, delicious seafood bowls. Rare instance of a dinner living up to the hype Bitter: wish they had mini versions of their more deluxe bowls!!

My ultimate birthday go-to for fresh seafood and steak!…read more Market Broiler Fremont has been my absolute go-to spot for birthday celebrations for years. When you want a consistently great meal to celebrate a special occasion, this place always delivers a solid 4-star experience. Here is why it keeps winning out over other chain options: The Apps to Start: You have to start with the appetizers here. They bring out that warm, fresh sourdough bread to the table which is dangerous because it's so good. Pairing that with their classic seafood apps like the crisp calamari or a shrimp cocktail sets the perfect tone for a birthday dinner. Fresh Fish & Steaks: For the main course, their menu hits the perfect balance. The fresh fish is always cooked beautifully, flaky, and high-quality. If you're looking for land instead of sea, their steaks are consistently juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. The Vibe: Sitting in the Pacific Commons location makes for a great, lively atmosphere that feels celebratory without being overly stuffy. It's a reliable local favorite that never fails for a birthday dinner. Great food, solid portions, and always a great time!

This is the kind of place you would go to for Father's Day as it's kind of place to go to for a business lunch or a business dinner. The staff here is very good in terms of level of service and knowledge of the menu and making you comfortable. Really the only reason I am giving three stars rather than something higher is because I don't think they do a good job with their pasta dishes. I had the spaghetti Pomodoro with Italian sausage added (upcharge), and there was almost no Italian sausage in the dish. And the noodles were a sticky mass. I believe you are better advised to order from the grill as my dinner mate's rosemary chicken looked very good and he ate it all. My wife is vegetarian and there is almost nothing hot for her to eat apart from the disappointing spaghetti pomodoro or the grilled zucchini. There are also some pizzas. The beet salad was excellent as was the Caprese salad and the minestrone soup. I had the Volo cocktail which is their version of a Paper Plane. Another dinner mate had the Sorrento King which comes under glass with smoke. My drink was good, but hers was better. It has been probably 15 or 20 years since ate at one of their locations and I don't think I'll be back without a protest. They have their target market, but I realize I am not part of it. They will do fine without me and I will keep looking for an Italian restaurant I like in the Bay Area.
