I was going to be in the area and figured a "pick-up" would be better than ordering to ship. This location actually had a lot more items in-stock than the Ontario Mills location, as I was going to be in two places on the same day. As with any Bath & Body Works location, we are greeted on our way in and there is also always a long line to the registers. There were bins in the middle of the store, near the register, with great deals! The store was clean, neat, and fully stocked. My online order for pick-up was not ready until late morning the next day (ordered the early afternoon before), so keep that in mind especially if there are sales going on. I was worried that my order would not be ready by the time I arrived, but good thing I was there in the early afternoon the next day, instead of the morning. We were able to pick-up our order, without any issues, and they even had the free plastic bags for gifts (when asked). We were at the Ontario Mills location earlier, and they were out, as we had also purchased a few items from there. There were plenty of parking in front of the store, very conveniently located store.

Unfortunately, another associate interrupted and told gestured to wrap it up. At first, I assumed she needed to go on break, but after I completed my purchase, I saw her assisting another customer. It gave me the impression that the store discourages associates from spending too much time with individual clients. That was disappointing because personalized service is what makes shopping at Sephora special. Customers should never feel rushed, especially when they're making beauty purchases and looking for guidance. If the store allowed associates to spend the time needed with each customer, they could build loyal, lifelong relationships. Sadly, because of this experience, I don't plan on returning to this Sephora location.
