We love the fries here. One large order of fries can feed a family of 6 easily. The burgers are hearty and they make to order. Hot dogs and grilled cheese for the kiddos that don't like burgers. The burger was ok. However, the taste I had after seeing and dealing with the workers left a truly bad impression. The cashier was rude and didn't seem eager to provide customer service. After I ordered, he crumpled up my change along with the receipt and gave it to me with attitude. I guess it's my fault for not paying closer attention to the menu but I had heard their burger toppings were top notch... when I got back to my hotel I discovered that my burger came with none. The burgers are as good as they get. Staff has always been friendly when we eat here. Love their fries and how you can get stuff like grilled mushrooms on your burger for no extra charge. Plus love munching on the peanuts they give you. Yes, it's a little noisy but all in all you get very good value for your buck and the burgers are to die for! read more

My toddler loves the peanuts and grilled cheese. One of the best things by far is how many fries they give you, like loads. I've heard good things about this place but I was pretty under-whelmed. Stopped in with the 2 kids after a movie. Got a regular bacon cheeseburger (2 patties). You can get additional toppings included (sauteed onion, lettuce, tomato, etc). We ordered a large fry for the family, and fortunately noticed that they cook in peanut oil. No other sides available - so our ten-year-old son could only eat the burger. The burger was pretty good, but nothing wow. Fries were much better than most fast food fries. But if I'm going to pay $7.50 for a burger and a couple dollars extra for the fries, I'd rather sit down at a decent bar & grill, pay $9 or $10 for a burger that includes fries, eat it on a plate, enjoy a bit of elbow room and hint of atmosphere and order a beer to go with it. read more

Their food is absolutely delicious. The meat feels and tastes like grade-A ground beef, not gray rubbery patties you'll get from other places. The fries are delicious, and they are pretty generous when filling your order of fries. They are also very courteous and maintain wonderful customer service. After I made my order, my wife asked why I didn't ask for jalapenos on my burger, and I realized I had forgotten to ask for them. I returned to the front desk to change my order, and the woman simply turned around and told one of the guys to put jalapenos on my burger. When I pulled out my wallet to pay for the extra topping, she told me that it's on the house. That was very nice of them. I usually go here after shopping at South Shore Plaza, and I plan on continuing to give them my patronage. One word. Horrible. From the moment I walked in I felt like the staff really didn't want me there. Rude cashier, rude girl cleaning tables and the cooks all had a scowl on their face. I can get over that. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a drink and a regular fry. The drink machine was pretty cool as it was a touch screen, never saw that before. The fries were beyond bland and they formed together into a soggy shape of a paper cup that they were served in. The burger was not much better and just a total grease ball. Annoying. How hard is it to tell the guy punching in your order that you want a cheeseburger, ketchup and mustard and you get home to no cheese, no ketchup no mustard. And the girl making the fries was literally shaking the fry basket so violently that fries were covering the floor....the food waste was shameful! I won't be back. Some of them looked like they were homeless just coming in from the cold and others looked like high school kids that were there for the night. Currently writing this as I'm enjoying my cajun fries. My order was perfect and I love this place so I thought why not write them a great review on what an excellent job they do. Like I said, I love, love, love this place! Excellent customer service, great food quality, the place is clean and it's great for all ages. You can take your kids or your elderly parents or go with friends. The workers are so nice and friendly! You don't have to wait much for your order.
