I ordered 2 bowls and 2 large drinks. After waiting for the lettuce to be refilled, I was served lettuce that was gritty, dirty, and appeared completely unwashed. It was so bad that I ended up throwing away an entire bowl. With all of the foodborne illness outbreaks linked to contaminated lettuce over the years, including E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria, serving dirty produce is a serious food safety concern--not just an inconvenience. To make matters worse, there were 3 employees on duty, yet the lettuce bin was allowed to run completely empty before being refilled, and none of the sodas were stocked. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this location has been out of products. As a loyal customer, I expect better. Wasting money on food that isn't fit to eat and paying for drinks when the soda station is empty is unacceptable. Management needs to address food safety, inventory management, and overall customer service at this location.

He is constantly checking on customers, making sure people are okay, helping at the register when needed, and staying actively involved throughout the restaurant instead of just standing back managing from a distance. That alone says a lot about his leadership. But what really stands out is the culture and camaraderie he has helped create among the employees. The staff genuinely greet each other warmly when they come in, and there's a sense of respect, teamwork, and positivity that feels authentic and uplifting. In a world where people are so quick to complain, it feels important to publicly acknowledge when someone is creating something positive. The energy in this Chick-fil-A feels different now -- more welcoming, more connected, and more caring. Trey deserves recognition for that. Leadership matters, and it absolutely shows here.
