The best burgers around! Can't believe I haven't tried five guys until now. Awesome soda machines! I need to go back and try the shakes!

Basically the beef tastes like Wendy's but I guess the edge goes to 5 Guys since you can customize (add myriad toppings to) your burger. The fries are "hand cut" real potatoes (I forget the exact phrase they use) and they give you a ton, but they're really not that great (a "sounds better on paper" sort of thing). Skipped the pricy drink when I went there and if I go again would skip the fries. The cheeseburger, with two patties, is $5.89 plus tax, which is still a little high but doable. But adding fries and a drink makes it too expensive, as others have noted. read more

I am not really here to review five guys. It's a chain, burgers fries on the fresherish side. I am only reviewing this location because this is the second time I have ordered here and the order was screwed up. I normally order bacon cheeseburger w/LT, grilled O and Cajun fries. Last time I got no bacon, no grilled O, and no cajun on the fries. This time I also got no bacon. I checked both times and the ticket was punched in correctly. Maybe the folks assembling burgers should not smoke dubbies before the shift. Just sayin. read more

They have lost their way. Prices have gone up quality has gone down. Now barely better than McDonald's. Bun tasted old, meat tasteless. Cheap toppings are piled on while the bacon is skimpy to make the burger look big. Fries are always undercooked. This applies to other locations as well. Sad story for a once great place. read more

Very friendly. Service is quick and the burgers and fries are good! I love that I can order from an app on my phone or on the web and get there in 10 minutes to pick up my order. Best five guys I've been to thus far. Delicious cheeseburger that wasn't greasy or messy and I got ketchup mayo pickles lettuce and tomato ! Didn't make a mess and I ate in the car. So delicious. Employees were pleasant as well. read more

ok this review i must start by saying ive never had a bad burger here--HOWEVER,i ordered a veggie brgr for my wife and asked clearly for NO onions, well its a good thing i opened the bag and opened the bun,because there were onions. So i asked them to make a new burger and the cook made it right away,maybe too quickly because a n hour after she ate it she threw it up!! SO the lesson here is always check your order AND lets get the person taking the order to be supervised! read more

I went in and only counted four guys. When I confronted the staff about there being only four guys, they just rolled their eyes. I would've gave five stars if there were actually five guys. They don't give enough fries and the burgers aren't greasy enough. read more

Don't get the BLT ever! Worst sandwich I ever had. Hard, over cooked bacon, asked for mayo - got none, wilted lettuce and a very hard slice of completely underripe tomato served on a mushy hamburger bun! Paid over $10 for a meal a 5 year old could've put together better. Won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Five guys always hits the spot. It's fast food but it's a step above most other places. Five stars for this location because the customer service tonight was awesome! The cashier (I think his name was Doffy) was super friendly and nice and the same goes for the guy who gave us our food (whoever is working on Sunday night 9/2). To greasy to busy to expensive. The only good thing is they use "real" chop meat but for 17$ for a single person meal ill goto Adams up the road and buy grass fed natural chop meat and grill my own burger. read more

past this place a ton of times, but finally got the chance to stop in. we did the double cheese burgers, a single ahmburger and fries. double cheese burgers with ketchup only, no other toppings, were really good. plain hamburger was dry - probably b/c the guy kept pushing down on the burger to make it cook faster. fries were not to my liking - I prefer thinner crispier fries. all in all a very good burger read more

The prices are a little high but most definitely worth it. The BEST burgers in the Hudson valley and it's not even close. Be aware though if you have a PEANUT ALLERGY. Everything is fried in peanut oil and peanuts are given for free and are all over the restaurant read more

Meh...We stopped here today having never been to a 5 Guys before. It seems clean, well-lit, and staff friendly. But we found the burgers to be a little dry and not much taste (unless you load it up with toppings, which sort of defeats the point). Certainly not juicy like we were led to believe. A long wait for our food...lots of people standing and waiting ahead of us. Fries were ok but VERY salty. In the end, two burgers, two fries and two shakes cost us over $35.00! I thought it was interesting that all of the reviews from newspapers and magazines which are posted on all the walls around the place were dated from 2007-2008...8 and 9 years ago...a lot changes in the restaurant industry in that amount of time. I wonder what recent reviews would have to say? Frankly, we prefer Smashburger...they serve you at your table, the burgers really are juicy and tasty, and you get your food in a flash.
