Since my local one shut down unfortunately. But first thing is first, we have to face the fact of the price. Yes I know you are able to put any toppings on all burgers and shakes including my favorite. Adding some of that the caj to my fries salt bae style. Yes I said it but regardless of this I noticed that it is not consistent including the portions it all depends who is working. If you like grease tho then yes you are in luck. But one thing for sure that I can look forward to is spending $45 for two people. But hey at least you can get free peanuts and have some kid make a mess at the coke freestyle machine very awesome. I still recommend but I will be visiting every blue moon. Would give a 4 star but have to make it 5 because the two blondes with the glasses are cute. We were looking for a burger after a school activity and decided to come to five guys. I forgot that I left a review previously. There wasn't a lot of people at the restaurant when we first stepped in at eight. The staff was friendly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger all the way. In my mind, I thought five guys burgers were amazing. This is not even close to a shake shack. The burger was very lackluster like last time. Again the fries were really the highlight and the free peanuts. I really regret my decision coming here because it was not cheap for three people. It was $48 without drinks. First I will start off with the price $9-$10 for just a burger is enough to not return again. The music was so loud you couldn't have a conversation. My husband and I will not be returning way to expensive and if I'm going to pay $35 for lunch I know of other places that would cost less for better food and atmosphere. read more

Normally love 5 Guys but lately not so much. I ordered 6 burgers total for our family. The numbers were all mixed up so it took a lot of shuffling to make sure everyone got what they ordered. The regular French fries are hit or miss. Sometimes a large order is enough for 3 people. Today I watched the girl fill the order. She didn't even fill the cup full and only put a handful more in the bag. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. With prices rising, it's just not worth it anymore. This was by far our best visit to Five Guys (carryout). Our food was hot (!) ; the order was correct (!) and not sloppy (sometimes the condiments and lettuce and tomato are just haphazardly slapped on the bun). Stopped for what we thought would be great burger and fries today for lunch. Took about 10 minutes to receive food. We had ordered a full size hamburger and a small cheeseburger with different toppings. We couldn't tell which was which without opening wrapper. Once I opened my burger it looked like something from a McDonald's bag. It was smashed to about 1" thick. Top bun was crushed by the burger maker. Once I tried it I found the burger was the same cold temp as the lettuce and tomato. This was less than 2 minutes after picking up the bag from counter. We were almost done when we saw a girl come out to clean tables. She was on her phone the entire time. One thing we noticed was she only had 1 cleaning cloth. She was wiping down the table and seats then moving to the next table to wipe it down with the same cloth she just wiped the last table and seats with. No cleaning spray or sanitizer at all. If the health department saw this they would shut you down ASAP. Nasty. To the owner of this Five Guys. You once had a nice place to eat and great food. You have allowed your staff and food quality to sink to the quality of McDonalds or worse. If you don't fix this soon you will be out of business at this location by the end of the year. read more

Took my senior friend here for dinner. He had Never been before. I've only been once about 15 years ago. It was fantastic. Once inside we found it to be clean and staff patient and friendly. He ordered the BLT with mayo hot sauce and sautéed mushrooms I ordered a cheeseburger with the works. Also two orders of fries but we easily could have shared one order. They're huge; and two drinks that include refills. For two people it was about $25. Pretty pricey but once in awhile is good. Al the toppings are free to add to whatever you order. They also serve veggie sandwiches hot dogs and shakes. They strictly enforce al Covid rules with tables separated masks required by staff and guests and gloves worn by staff. They also offer carry out. The sandwiches Comes wrapped hot In foil and the fries are House made and delish. Both our sandwiches were messy and falling apart and the juices were running down our hands. Awesome. The BLT was loaded with bacon and lettuce and soaked in hot sauce. When he took a bite he rolled his eyes back and said "mmmmmm!" He ate every last bite of the entire meal. We would def go back. It's such a treat and great food. Highly recommend. read more

If possible, I highly recommend avoiding this location and ordering from the Northcrest location! I've been patient with this location's tardiness and lack of attention to detail for a few years because the food is good! I've tried a combination of calling in advance to confirm order prep times and then ordering online to avoid communication errors. This still leads to me waiting at least 20 and up to 40 minutes after the promised ready time and eating burgers with botched ingredients at home. Unfortunately management doesn't say sorry and is not open to feedback, so I think it will stay this way. Go up North or get carry out from Black Dog Pub! read more

I love this place! If you're hungry this is the go to! I get a cheeseburger and this comes with TWO patties. The little burger comes with one. If you want to try the Cajun fries but don't want them to be a waste. I suggest getting the seasoning on the side then sprinkle what you wish. Also one tiny cup will be enough. TRUST me. Then one day I did and I remember that first bite of deliciousness that has me hooked and I go back. Oh and let's not forget about the fries. Mylanta sauce they are bomb specially the Cajun ones. And they are not shy about making sure your getting your fill of potatoes. And no they are not much more expensive than a number one combo somewhere fast food wise. So my last visit was splendid as expected. You walk in they greet you. Place your order and wait just a little bit. Fresh burgers! This place is filthy! The food was cold and the bread was hard and stale! The workers just sat on a chair when it was slow instead of cleaning the dinning area. Every table was dirty, it was very hard to eat here because of the lack of being clean. The restrooms where just horrid, no toilet paper and people were using paper towels and throwing them in a corner. Ended up just leaving and didn't even finish meal, went somewhere else! Not really any worse than the typical look of wanting to eat someone's soul, that customers get when they try to order something. This was my first experience here and I was totally disappointed with the service I got I ordered a hamburger with lettuce tomato onxion and pickles with ketchup & mustard. And I ordered 2 milkshakes and a small cajun. fry it was so much cajun on those fries it was all over my clothes, I received my food but not my milkshakes I literally had to ask for them twice....they actually thought I was gonna sit there while they prepared other peoples orders to get my shakes so my food could get cold...my bun was soggy from the loaded ketchup and mustard on it I had to remove the buns cause they were wet like....yeah ill never go back to that one again... read more

I have always loved the jefferson location but at around 915pm on august 28th I had one of the worst experiences ive ever had. The clerk was rude and the other cooks were too busy cleaning to get our milkshakes until we were done eating. They didnt even make it until we had complained multiple times. They were cleaning instead of helping customers. Its a bad vibe and I may not come back. read more

So disappointed. My burger was barely warm and not very good. Obviously not cooked fresh. Even the grilled cheese was not very hot. Fries are ok but too greasy.
