Good burger joint! If you want fresh made, this is a good place to get in and out. Fries are a bit on the greasy side, my entire bag was covered in it. ( take the extra 30 secs and drain the fries properly ) Hotdog wasn't the best, but really, 4+$ for a single hotdog? ( I've had better costco dogs ) Prices are a bit on the high side, almost 26$ for a dog, little burger, BLT two drinks and one order of fries. Consistency! It doesn't matter which location you go to, Five Guys burgers will be prepared almost identically. Food is decadent, but delicious and cooked to order. Also, when you order a hamburger, it doesn't come with fries, that's an additional cost, which makes this place over priced to be sure. This review is only for the 5 Guys in The Forum. For some reason the hamburgers were smashed into their wrapping instead of just wrapped up neatly, leaving the bun itself nearly destroyed. We ordered the large fries and half were put into a container and the rest of the fries were dumped into the bag loose on top of the wrapped hamburgers! Wow! Very unimpressed with this kind of service, especially at these high prices. The food tastes fine but won't go back to this location. read more

I actually love their food, but I dinged 2 stars because if I ever order delivery the hamburger isn't cooked all the way. Really gross if you don't like raw burgers (some people do). Awesome awesome service & some bad ass burgers! Even though it was about $40 for two adults and 2 kids (ages 3 & 2) and that is kinda pricy it is so worth it! I love their soda machine and the various options it has and the fact that they also have 4 different styles of tea options! The burgers were thick and juice and the cheese melted. They had plenty of toppings to choose from and they were all free I had sautéed mushrooms and the regular fixins on my burger and it was amazing. My husband had sisters mushrooms and onions with the regular plus bbq sauce and said it was amazing. The kids burger had cheese and other things and was huge for a kids burger. And the hotdog was split in have a grilled! The fries were not too salty. The atmosphere and staff also made our dining experience amazing. They were all so nice and personable and seemed to truly love their jobs which is refreshing to see! read more

It's been years since I've been to a Five Guys restaurant. The last time I had visited their restaurant was in New Mexico years ago. This visit was nothing like I remember. I was disappointed paying nearly $30 for 2 meals. I found myself pulling off the cheese from my bacon cheeseburger. The cheese looked and tasted like those processed cheese slices that are wrapped in plastic. I'm sure it was the cheese my mom used to put on our bologna sandwiches back in the day. It ruined my $10 burger. I never thought cheese could ruin a burger, but I guess I was wrong. My wife wasn't too impressed with her burger and also left disappointed. I think we'll go elsewhere the next time we crave a real quality cheese cheeseburger. read more

We got the order corrected but had to them wait until the others ahead of his order for my husband to get his burger. No rushing his order so he could eat with the group. Not sure why Five Guys has such great ratings because they are incredibly expensive and serve a mediocre product. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and barbecue sauce, regular fries, and a cup of water; the total came to $14+. I thought, "Wow, this is going to be an AMAZING burger!" Not so much. The burger was small, REALLY small for being over $8 and I had a small spot of barbecue sauce on the inside of the bun and some tiny pieces of chopped up bacon. The patty was flavorless and bun was thin. I've honestly had WAY better burgers at Whataburger for $5. The fries were cooked decently, but they were flavorless and I felt like I needed to cover them in salt and pepper and ketchup, which shouldn't have to be done to "freshly made" fries. The best part of the meal was the free peanuts you can get when you enter. Huge disappointment and a waste of money. Next time I'll go to Red Robin right across the street. read more

Wish I could rate 0 star. My first and only time trying five guys and the employees are rude, unprofessional and can't speak up. We barely heard the workers calling our order out and when I say we im talking about ALL the customers coming in or getting carry out, not just my party of 4. Second, I ordered a shake. Like I said in the beginning: my first time here! And I didn't know there was a "shake counter". By the time everyone consumed half their food and I asked a couple of times for my milk shake, it was all watery and sitting there by the front counter where we ordered. Yes we come here all the time usually at 9:30 at night for our second dinner. Damn my fast metabolism. By this time the store is almost empty, but not once did the workers here gave us attitude. They have always been helpful and friendly to us, which makes me feel so much better about eating a cheese burger and some fries before my bedtime. The peanut crates are still filled, so feel free to munch on those while you are waiting for your order. The place is clean - maybe because I'm always here when they are about to close, but someone is always wiping the tables or swiping the floors. Personally, I think everything they sell here is delicious and I'm very glad that they are so close to where I live. read more

I order a bacon cheeseburger "all the way" (grilled onions and mushrooms) and when I'm feeling adventurous, I get a small cajun fries to share with my husband. Very surprised they use fresh jalapenos instead of the pickled variety, gives their burgers a nice flavor. You can customize your burger with pretty much any topping, and condiment your heart desires. The restaurant was busy since I came in during lunch time but from the cashier to the cooks, they didn't miss a beat. Staff was extremely nice and professional. The food came out in about 4-6 mins and I got my usual cheeseburger and fries. As always, it was cooked and prepared to order. The meat was cooked the way I asked, the buns were fresh and so were the vegetables. If you love fresh veggies on a burger, than this place is great for it.
