Horrible customer service. We ordered Cajun style fries and asked if we could just get a few normal fries since we had our 1 year old daughter with us and she can't eat spicy. Cashier said ok. When they were packing the food they then said they couldn't , I asked why and the guy said we just can't. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he WAS the manager. I was the ONLY customer there . In the photo you can see there are a good amount of fries . I don't understand how you can say no to a couple regular fries . read more

Have you ever had a BLT on a Burger bun? I Did not expect that, was not warned and will never do it again. Firstly as a big franchise, I think it's despicable that they take shortcuts on a classic BLT. They literally threw a bunch of thin broken bacon into a hamburger bun cold with exact same toppings as a Burger it's horrendous. I paid $6.80 for it. Don't waste your time here. they obviously do not care about what they put out for their patrons to eat. The best part of this visit was the peanuts. It's just shameful. First time trying Five Guys and well it was pretty darn good, the burger I got was the little cheeseburger with mayo, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions and grilled jalapeños, which I have to say was a delicious combo. I would get it again and again. The burger tasted fresh, homemade and I really liked it. I'm not too crazy about the fries, they alright, I am very impressed by the burgers. Tonight we went to Five Guys for the first time. It was good but very pricy for the size of the burgers. My Partner ordered a double cheese burger, she liked it. I ordered a single burger which was good. The patties are way too thin for the price. We ordered a medium fry and a small fry. The fries were just thrown all over the bag. It was a mess with fries burying our burgers. I really didn't appreciate the mess!!! I think if you eat in the restaurant they should place your food neatly on a tray instead of just throwing it in a bag. It seemed kinda strange to me the way they serve the food. The fries were tasty though, fresh and salted just right. We also ordered a drink and had cup of water. There are no combo meal deals. You have to order everything separate. Walked in, noticed the floor was filthy. There was a spilled drink on the floor under one table. Fries spilled all over under another. There was not a clean table top on the place. Arrived and waited over 30 minutes only to be told that they lost the order and must have given it to another person. My order was almost $40. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. I really don't like Five Guys. Not having many other options in the area and being with guys who wanted a burger we stopped here. Service is fine, they get the food out quickly. The food, I am totally not a fan of. Overpriced, greasy little smooched burgers, I'll pass. I had an order of cajun fries, huge portion, I will give them that, but they sucked. Not spicy, just loaded with seasoning salt, tossed more than half. Not a fan of the messy peanut floor, doesn't really fit with the burger vibe, more for one of those cheap steak houses. We tried doordashing and the were not confirming our order EVEN THOUGH WE PAID & it took more than 15 minutes for the order to be confirmed. In the end it never confirmed, and was still "processing". And when I tried calling the restaurant, not once but FOUR TIMES they did not pick up. It's as if they didn't even try to take off their restaurant out of DoorDash for one day if they were not accepting orders. Clearly not satisfied. Why do you have a phone number but the line isn't ringing and beeping as if the bills for the phone hasn't been paid yet?! In the end talking to the customer service for DoorDash, I received DOORDASH CREDITS and not even a full refund on my card!!! Hmm...I'm conflicted about this place. There's a lot to like, but some other deal-breakers. First, let's talk fries. I don't know why this place just can't get it right (it's not just THIS one, it's all Five Guys locations), but their fries are ALWAYS undercooked. Nothing worse than a limp/mushy fry. Those of you that have read my reviews before will know that's a cardinal sin. Even ordering them well-done will be 50/50 at best. This particular Five Guys is no better. Next, let's talk burger itself. You (if you know me) know that I am a burger man. Like, REALLY burger. All burger. Ridiculous. The burger here is good. That's talking about all Five Guys locations. They make a good 'quick-serve' burger. I also love how they (for to-go orders) label their items with numbers, so you know exactly who gets what burger based on the receipt. That's an awesome concept that other restaurants should steal. Now, as far as Five Guys goes, this particular location does a good job with their burgers. But, it's still a Five Guys burger, which isn't ever going to be as good as some other burgers out there. But, for what it is, it's good. Overall, you won't have a bad experience here. But, just know that even though they don't have a drive-thru, you're still getting a 'quick-serve' burger, and it's not going to live up to something like The Habit. read more

Went in there rn to just get some fries and a drink. I wouldn't say it was super busy in there. Maybe like 5 other people there? Compared to in-n-out that's nothing. I wanted Dr Pepper so I went over to the SELF-SERVICE drink machines and one was completely down and the other was out of Dr Pepper. I go and ask one of the employees about it and she says she will check it. I wait and she has not gone to check at all. I ask again and she say no it's coke?!? Like I ordered online and accidentally put coke on the third drink. But that literally shouldn't matter because they just give the cups and we fill them. Then she continues to argue with me about how it says coke on the receipt. Like girl it doesn't matter IM FILLING THEM. Plus when you order online it only gives you like 6 choices when their machine has way more. Then she just tells me she's busy. So when she said she would check she lied??
