I recently came in with my Mom for a nice brunch after a doctor's appointment nearby. I ordered a chili cheese omelette with hash browns and a bottle of orange juice. The omelette was hearty and large, I had a great meal. My meal also came with a couple of slices of wheat toast and butter. Our service was great, we had a friendly, older lady take our order and bring it out to us. She was very polite and brought our food out quickly. The other staff were also quite nice, the dining room was kept clean and we were checked on. Coffee was consistently refilled. Over time, we spotted several individuals popping in for a Friday brunch. It's nice to see Menifee rally around this diner gem!

Long chewy pieces of brisket that tasted like it was frozen, thawed, in a microwave and tossed on a griddle. The bun was completely soggy that it literally fell apart after the first bite. no taste at all and just plain bad. Please, if this is normel, do customers a favor and take it off of the menu.

Sometimes it can go quick and other times its a 20 minute process. Menifee really needs another location, maybe on the south side of the 215 or further north down Newport. The ambiance can be rough as there are always a ton of people (30-50) just loitering and hanging out so there is never any where to sit. It is always good to see kids hanging out but seeing 20 e-bikes left all over the sidewalk and witnessing drama gets old. This location should dedicate 1-2 spots for the e-bikes (leave it up to the kids to leave someone to watch the gear).

We ended up getting our meal relatively like maybe 15 minutes after we placed it and at firsthand the meal was good. The tacos were tasty. The burrito was just OK and their beers were fine. I don't want to say it. It's a tad bit overpriced they do have a feel like they are aspiring to be Kalaveras, but they're not necessarily Kalaveras and so you could tell people come here mainly for the atmosphere. I would check out another place just because it's overpriced for the food that you get being that it's in Menifee. I think overall what we paid for the pictures here it was $65. There's plenty of parking as it's in a shopping center.

He turned back and both just looked at me and didn't check back on us. I was looking over there so she can come back to let her know about my burger but funny how she never came back to check on us. My hubby had to waive her down to for her to come and give my kids more napkins. Wouldn't come back!

Even if the policy couldn't be adjusted, a bit more kindness or acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left to manage a large order on my own without assistance. I hope future situations like this can be handled with more empathy and customer care.
