This is my third time trying Five Guys Burger & Fries. We arrived 15 mins to closing and they still made our burger to the liking of our taste buds. I decided to order a small cheese burger with grilled mushrooms, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, mayo, and a little kick with some jalapenos. We also ordered the Cajun style fries. Our meal was great, and the service was wonderful the staff was super friendly even if we were the last customers to leave. There were cleaning and were still asking if we need anything else. That is a big wow in my book. It's all about the customer Wow experience. I will come back again for the food and for sure the service. read more

Dined in with my wife on a Sunday afternoon and found Five Guys to be underwhelming. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 small order of regular fries, and 1 medium order of Cajun fries. The Cajun fries were the highlight of the meal. In my opinion, I found the beef to taste like any other fast food burger (Wendy's came to mind) and very under-seasoned. For the price point, I'd expect more from Five Guys. If you're in the area, head to Bigz for a better burger experience. read more

It's a fast-food burger, but superior to some of the other chains. The peanuts while you wait are a nice touch, and the cajun fries are tasty. My complaint with this particular location is the wait time. Took almost 15 minutes after ordering... for fast food, that's rather slow. They cooked a big batch of burgers for several customer groups at once, then laid them all out on the buns/counter to assemble the various add-ons. The result of this mass assembly was that my burger was only lukewarm by the time it arrived. Once you factor in the cold lettuce, tomato, etc, it truly tasted cold. Would've been better if they focused on a few groups at a time, rather than trying to do everything at once. read more

I know that a lot of the time burger review can be highly subjective but here is mine. I love this place. Their burgers have always come out fresh for me. I love the flavor and their pickles. The service here is always friendly and fast. I hate being last minute eaters but last night it was just on of those nights. When we got there it was about 10 minutes till the closed. Before our order was taken for specifics, the cook asked us if we knew how many patties we were going to need so he could get our food started (not the first time that has been done - and was very nice about it). Our order was taken and as we waiting we had some free peanuts. I noticed that their fries were sitting waiting in a basket to be dropped into the fryer so even with the time, we still got hot, fresh fries. Now I'm not saying that anyone should plan to be the last customers but since we happened to be, they upgraded our fries to a large (even though a reg was enough) so they didn't have to waste food. Yeah, the place is clean and the food is decent, but the burger never seemed like it was good enough to be worth this price. I got a large fry to share with a friend and a drink and it ended up almost being eighteen dollars. This is the best burger i have had in some time. I did not know that the burgers were made to perfection. It is not a fast food place but also not a sit down so the best of both worlds where you can take to go or sit in but no long wait times but not speedy fast food that is not worth the money. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and BBQ sauce. It was delicious, the fries were also very good! They even have peanuts you could eat while your waiting for your food. And a bunch of drinks too choose from. My husband also got a burger and we got drinks as well. Only 20 bucks which is not bad at all. The food at this five guys is good just like all other give guys. Here are the things that need improvement. The bathroom were really bad, the water was barely coming out of the tap to wash hands. While eating the staff starts cleaning literally right next to your table which is a little uncomfortable perhaps a good practice would be to wait a little until the customer is done eating. Finally staff shouting at top of there lungs. I never understood the humor in that. If above can be fixed that would definitely improve the experience here. read more

Upon My husband and I arrival to a very clean establishment, we were greater with smiles by Domingo, at 8 pm on a Friday night. I am a difficult person to please when it comes to burgers as I prefer my hamburger to be cooked very well done ( pretty much burned). Jaden, took my order with a smile and listened to my request to "burn" my burger and was sure to pass on my request to the cook in front of me (usually where the communication errors occur). I then made sure to convey to Nathen that BURNING MY BURGER BLACK was perfectly fine . He replied with a smile and ease to reassure me that my request wasn't a problem. I later made several request for condiments from Will, and he too was happy to help. The bathrooms were clean and smelled as a bathroom should. I always say from the first person you speak with, whether at an office, store, or restaurant, they set the pace of the experience you will have. JOB WELL DONE! Twice with personal take out and once with delivery. Paid for bacon cheese burgers didn't get bacon or cheese! Didn't order extra mayo and had so much mayo on my burger it was all I could taste. I fixed their gas leak behind their Fryer and these three cool young guys hook me up with a double meat burger,soda and fries!The burger was good and so were the fries. This place is clean and the service is good and I am not just saying that because these guys hook me up I notice it way before with their customers and they even helped me moved the fryer back into place. Yum! Yum! Yum! So the way it works is, you order and pay for your food at the counter, then wait for your name to be called. It kind of feels like a fast food dine in restaurant. They offer free peanuts that are OK. I dined in on a weekday in the evening and it was not that crowded. Our food was fresh and hot. The burger was filled with hot meat and fresh vegetables. The fries were fresh cut, piping hot , and served up in a large cup. Love bottomless ketchup and beverages. The place was simple and clean. Awesome burgers hands down. Really fresh meat, fries are alright, but you can add anything to your burger. It is a bit pricy, everything is sold separately so you pay 5 bucks for a burger, 5 bucks for fries that feeds up to 2 people and then have to buy a drink on the side as well. Many of my friends have raved about Five Guys, so I was excited when I saw one on our way to Seaworld this summer. It wasn't that good. The burgers were okay, but the meat inside was really thin and there was way too much sauce on it. The fries weren't hot, and that is one of my pet peeves. We came early too - like 11:20, so why did we get soggy cold fries? The dining room was ice cold, and I said something to a woman who I think was the manager.
