I'm not a huge fan of light fluffy bread. I like my bread to have substance and chew. So I decided to get the flatbread. It wasn't bad at all. Tho I did wish it was more like a melt. It would have made for a more melded bite. The bread was just lightly toasted and the filling was cold, so a warm ooey gooey bite would have been so much more comforting. This place is super stingy with everything. Also when you ask for double meat, I'm happy to pay for, they don't give you double meat. I gave it only one star because it is clean. If you order the tuna, at other subway you'll get 5 scoops, here you'll get 4 small scoops that they spread so thin the slices of cheese is thicker than the tuna. I walked in this morning to order a sandwich and was greeted as I entered by the lady behind the counter. I walked over and looked at the menu while she was preparing bread by adding cheese while having a personal conversation on her phone. She continued with the conversation while I waited for her to take my order. I went to this subway last week and they made me the perfect sandwich. I felt I should go on yelp and leave them a review, its that nice.

Came in around lunch and there was an extremely rude staff that visibly rolled her eyes at you if you asked for the additional toppings you were afforded to select from and intentionally threw down ingredients and sauces. I ordered a supreme meats footlong and attempted to use a coupon. She didn't even read the coupon and exclaimed that she can't accept it because it had "extra meat" and said it is excluded from coupons. I checked the fine print and nowhere did the coupon state it excludes Supreme Meats. She wouldn't even let me attempt to scan the coupon and see if the system accepts it and cut me off before I could even ask to try. After I paid for the order, returned to my car, and checked the online ordering platform. Magically, the online website accepted my coupon on a supreme meats footlong for pickup at the same store! She was clearly lying for an unknown reason. I will definitely not be coming back to this Subway in the future due to the horrible service. read more

I've been coming here for lunch about 2-3 times per month ever since I moved to a nearby office about a year ago. It's kind of hard to be either overly effusive or particularly critical of a chain restaurant, as the components of the sandwiches are provided in bulk to all the franchisees. There's a certain standard that is expected of these places, and as long as that is met then I'm not going to complain too much. Every time I've been here there has been a steady stream of customers. They work fairly efficiently here, though sometimes I have to repeat myself (e.g. no - I do NOT want my sandwich toasted!). They have all the standard sandwiches, and they've accepted company-issued coupons that I receive in the mail or the newspaper. Not all franchises accept them, so this is appreciated. The bread is fresh and soft and they are fairly generous with the veggies. The restaurant is clean and and from what I've seen the workers practice proper food hygiene techniques. Minor quibbles about this place: the electronic menu screen cycles a little too quickly to really consider everything on each screen. Also, the chips selection isn't to my liking. They have Doritos (good) but the Cheetos are always just the flaming hot variety, which has never been my thing. Anyways, as a whole this Subway meets but doesn't exceed expectations - a standard performance for a standardized restaurant. read more

Grabbed a sandwich for lunch. Super fast, easy to order and parking was easy. Staff is super nice and they patiently were waiting as I did change my order. Not a lot of people were eating inside therefore I feel like subway is more of a grab and go type. I do like their new menu that has been added and have tried three sandwiches off that menu so far. This has got to be the worst run Subway in the chain. Not only am I asked to wait while the staff fills a very large mobil order as both gals work on their order, but I order an egg, bacon & cheese sandwich, after the girl has sliced the bread, added the egg and bacon tells me she can't sell me this sandwich. I gave this location a couple of chances, but the one lady there refuses to smile, not be rude or let us warm our meat (seriously!?). She has been rude literally every time we went and although the spot is clean and next to Starbucks, they just lost our business as we will drive farther to get food service and not a rude experience every time. Too bad Yelp doesn't allow negative stars. This has to be the worst place to eat ever. The people are rude. I ordered a large sandwich, get home and there's the meat of a small on the sandwich, then filled it lettuce. My wife asked for avocados on her sandwich. Avocado is written on the wrapper, yet there are none on her sandwich. This is second time that I have been here and this is this is the second time that I have received terrible service. Terrible! If I could give no stars I would. Picked up 2 foot longs one chicken one steak. Got home to see 5 little pieces of chicken and so little steak it looked like maybe sauce only. When I called to let the guy know and offered to bring back to show he paused and didn't speak until I asked if he wanted to make our order good. He said he needed to call his boss and said he'll call back. That was 20+ minutes ago and I have heard nothing. Wow! Obviously customer service is not important. Surprisingly a decent subway. Since its newer I expect the staff to be a little off. The sandwich I got was my usual BLT on flatbread with avocado. It came out just as good as I thought it would. Sally the owner was just awful. My son got an achievement award from school. It was a small half lunch certificate. He received it 20 days ago. The certificate expired just a couple days and she would not honor it. Knowing that this is an 11 year old who was honored with a subway certificate she said NO. On August 25, 2020 at approximately 12:52pm, my young son and I went to Subway at 5805 Silver Creek Valley in San Jose. Subway employee, Isabel, was the one that helped us out. While asking my son what else he wanted on his sandwich, Isabel was tapping her finger on the counter indicating for us to hurry up. She did that a few times. When done paying, I looked at my receipt and noticed Isabel over charged me. I asked and I think it was her manager that corrected my payment. Nicest subway I have ever been to! The new design and bright and colorful interiors look great. The place is always spot on clean and the staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. They don't wash their hands between each interaction. While making a veggie sandwich they rush the process and when veggies fall on a different customers sandwich with meats they pick it up and contaminate the veggie sandwich. Won't return to this location. I don't recommend this location to anyone unless you want your food prepared by subpar employees. read more
