The windshield looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I started noticing water leaking inside my car. Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. VERY good heat reduction I've notice inside my car on these hot hot summer days. Definitely would recommend their service, but be mindful of your time in case it isn't a 'quick' pickup.

I called Safelite and they gave me a ridiculous quote and couldn't get it done until Monday, this being a Thursday. My wife gave me the number for Mobile Safe Auto Glass since she used them before . I called and spoke with Rick, he gave me a quote much lower than Safelite and was able to do it same day between 10am and 1 o'clock . We have been coming to this body shop since it opened. Over the years we have had two rear end accidents, a vehicle keyed, a dead rat stuck in the hood of our vehicle, along with front end car accident damage. Without hesitation we contact Fix Auto. We have always been able to bring the vehicle in right away. Our vehicles have always been fixed and/repaired to our satisfaction and ready in the time frame given. When we have any damage to our car this is our first call. One time I called about replacing my windshield and was told to call my insurance company as it would be cheaper for me to go through them. That is an honest shop. I have referred all of my family and friends over the years and they are returning customers too. We live in Orange and there are many body shops here but the customer service we receive at Fix Auto is worth the drive. read more

Picture perfect. I've had 2 cars repaired and partially repainted at Sharper Image over the past 2 years and the work has been flawless. Black and metallic silver can be hard to match and blend and they did both perfectly. Just picked up another part I took to them last week and it was done when promised and the finish and color were perfect. The facility is exceptionally clean and well organized and I have no problem leaving my custom cars in their hands. Customer service is excellent with a helpful friendly crew and hands on owner. As an insurance agency owner I get to know which shops do good work and which do not based upon the feedback from clients when they return the Claim Service Report Cards following the repair of their vehicle.
